Diablo In Pavia

Tonight my wife and I dined at Diablo Saloon in Pavia, and the experience was truly enjoyable, perfect for ending a day of exploring the city. The restaurant has a warm and informal atmosphere, in true American Western/steakhouse style: wood, soft lighting, and that relaxed pub vibe where you can sit back and enjoy the evening. We ordered a delicious grilled steak with fries, served hot, tender, and well-cooked, with that flavorful crust typical of a well-done grill. The portions are generous and satisfying, perfect if you're hungry after walking all day around Pavia's city center. We paired it with a fresh salad and simple but perfectly executed flatbread. For drinks, we chose cocktails (a gin and tonic and a soft drink): well-prepared, served with plenty of ice, and beautifully presented.

Just like 30 years ago... same unique and welcoming atmosphere excellent food, reasonably priced beer beautiful, always worth returning to
