26/01/2026: Monday, 1 PM, it's absurd to leave one girl ALONE to serve 13 people at once—cash, kitchen, drinks, and service. She's brilliant, and deserves to be commended for her handling of everything, but CALAVAERA himself is shameful.

07/01/2026: The place is a bit cold aesthetically. It feels more like a traditional diner than a restaurant. The food was delicious and the waiters were friendly; they played along with us and were able to recommend excellent dishes. The price was reasonable; we paid about 35 euros each for a nice dinner. Recommended

20/12/2025: It looks like a bar, not very warm, the bathroom must have been 13 degrees. They bring you the drinks menu and you have to ask for the food menu. We ask for an aperitif recommendation and even some cold pizzas arrive. We have to ask for napkins because they don't serve them, and the prices are high.

18/12/2025: The Flavors of Mexico - Evening with Friends. On a rainy December evening, we went to dinner at La Hacienda, a Mexican restaurant in the center of Rho, less than five minutes from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Sorrows, in the company of a dear couple of friends, P. & L. Parking isn't easy in the streets adjacent to the restaurant, but I recommend the municipal parking lot on the corner of Via Cadorna and Via Stelvio, a five-minute walk away. This historic restaurant in Rho, established in 2001, recently changed management, although the new owners proved to be extremely helpful, kind, polite, and welcoming. The interiors are reminiscent of Mexican Posadas, with furnishings, handicrafts from various regions of Mexico, Tex-Mex music, and, of course, the dishes on the menu. We were two couples and ordered Fajitas Hacienda, with chicken and beef sirloin, and an Ensalada Mexicande/Texas Salad, a salad, tomato, carrots, tuna, and fontina cheese/salad, tomato, carrots, and chicken breast (somewhat reminiscent of our Caesar Salad). Then we had a Parillada de Res, an excellent mixed grill with salad or fries, and tortillas with cheese and ground beef. Sangria and beers to round out the evening, a pleasant evening with friends in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, at least during the week, with good Mexican food. The price was reasonable, around €70 per couple.

13/12/2025: Overall a good experience, the food was excellent, but the final bill left a bitter taste in the mouth.

05/10/2025: Food: Terrible service. The girls are always serious and unsmiling. The toast was soggy and the meat portions left you hungry... plus the drinks were watered down!

That is, you're physically there, but you're flying to Cuba with your mind, immersing yourself in the warm waters of tropical rhythms and local entertainment, with live music from talented artists and delicious cocktails. A must-try, even for those who don't have dance school training... the entertainment will help! Well done!

05/01/2026: Excellent food Beautiful location, perfect for dinner and after-dinner drinks... Extensive Tex-Mex menu Excellent sangria, there were four of us plus a baby, and we had a great time. Wide selection of cocktails, friendly and professional staff. I'll be back, and we've been back!

05/01/2026: The food was good, but the room we dined in was freezing. They don't accept TheFork Pay (which I used to get a €20 voucher). If I'd known they didn't accept it, I would have chosen another restaurant.

03/10/2025: We went for dinner and found it closed and with the lights off. The phone number was out of service. It's a shame, as it was a historic venue where you could spend pleasant evenings at dinner and after dinner.

15/12/2025: A true trattoria, serving delicious, home-cooked food. The atmosphere is warm and classy. Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful, and the prices are incredibly affordable. In short, a real discovery, a 5-star place.

11/01/2026: Typical restaurant with Mexican-style cuisine. Very noisy, especially on the basement level. Prices are average for the city. Terrible service; orders arrive in disarray. Clumsy waiters. It used to work well, but now I strongly advise against it.
