I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and had a truly positive experience. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, with fresh ingredients.
The service was friendly and professional, always attentive without being intrusive. Wait times were reasonable, and the staff was available to answer any questions.

I visited this magnificent restaurant for the first time just last night
(Sunday, March 1, 2026)
I came for dinner here with my partner, and we both loved it and had a great time.
But obviously, I'll speak for myself and share my experience.
Let's start with the location:
The place is truly unique and, in my opinion, quite reminiscent of Mexican style, with several paintings hanging on the walls depicting folkloric Mexican skulls, numerous climbing plants scattered throughout the room and across the ceiling, as well as a dedicated DJ station for live music that's very reminiscent of Mayan style.
And to top it all off, they also put on performances during dinner, dancing and passing around the tables.
And upon request, they also give you the famous sombrero, to further immerse you in Mexican style.
I thought it was truly fantastic.
Now let's move on to the food:
As soon as you arrive, they bring you some nacho-style chips with chili sauce as a welcome treat.
To start, I ordered the following appetizer:
Empanadas de Reserva
filled with beef, olives, hard-boiled eggs, and spices, served with Pozole sauce.
I really enjoyed them; I personally recommend them.
To continue, I ordered a delicious meat dish:
Tartare de Reserva y Midollo, a new dish on the menu, consisting of Argentine Angus beef tartare seasoned with mustard, capers, olives, salt, and oil, served with warm marrow.
Trust me, this dish is a real treat for those who love a strong flavor.
Personally, I loved it.
I then finished the dinner with six shots of Tequila, salt, and lemon.
"I even drank for my partner, who's almost teetotal 😁"
Now let's move on to the Service and Staff:
Personally, my experience was more than positive.
We were served by Davide, a very kind and professional person. In a very short time, we felt like we'd been lifelong friends; he made us feel truly at ease.
Always available for any information or request, he was also really friendly and charismatic.
The owner is also really kind and welcoming; I had the opportunity to chat with her, and I was truly pleased.
If you're in the Sempione area of Milan, I recommend stopping by. I think it's definitely worth it for a lovely evening with friends or even with your partner.
I'll definitely be back.
I'll leave you with some photos and videos of the evening so you can get a better idea.

Typical atmosphere, perhaps a little too chaotic, making it difficult to communicate with other diners.
Dance show alternates with disco music.
Good food, but be careful about allergies.
Overall, recommended!

I've been eating at Parrilla for years, and I have to say that for a place that lends itself to entertainment, with great shows and music that gets you up and dancing, the quality not only remains the same after years, but seems to improve. Expectations are exceeded every time. And if it's hard to find a place to reserve, it's not just my opinion, but that of many others. So I'd say it's one of the best in Milan, and not just for this type of venue, but especially for the unexpected quality of the food. Long live Parrilla ⚡️

The Carnival-themed evening with music was truly wonderful: the atmosphere was captivating, the fun was guaranteed, and the organization was meticulous. The service, overall, was attentive and friendly.
It was a shame about the menu, though.
I was at a large table and was therefore forced to choose the set menu. Since I don't eat meat or fish, I asked if it was possible to order à la carte, especially considering the rather steep prices. I was told, rather arrogantly, that I would have to choose the Mexican menu. I pointed out that that menu also included meat, and was told, "We'll replace the meat with vegetables."
Essentially, I paid the same price for a reduced menu adapted at the last minute, with no real structured vegetarian option.
Furthermore, serving nachos with rather poor-quality cheese—honestly, inferior to what you'd find even in a simple pub—in a restaurant that bills itself as Mexican is a bit perplexing.
A real shame, because the evening was very nice. With greater attention to dietary needs and the quality of certain dishes, the experience would have been decidedly better.

A nice place to have dinner and enjoy after-dinner drinks. The only downside is that the tables are too close together, and you can't see the dancers very well.
The waiters and people passing by bother those eating, who have to keep moving their chairs. Get fewer people per shift, you deserve all the 5 stars.
