04/04/2024: Truly delightful place: the staff is infinitely courteous and the cuisine is a wonderful journey into the flavors and traditions of Venetian cuisine... we only stayed in Verona for three days and we spent two dinners here... the third was not possible just because it was their closing day!!!! thanks Patry and Paolo

02/04/2024: Typical (and famous) tavern in the center of Verona. Nice place, generous portions with average prices for the area (high...). 1 starter, 1 first course, 3 second courses, 2 waters and half a liter of wine in a carafe around €90. I recommend for quality

11/05/2024: Ci ero già stata l’anno scorso con degli amici e mi ero trovata benissimo, ieri ci sono tornata per una cena in coppia e non solo ha riconfermato quanto mi ricordavo ma mi ha colpito ancora di più. Un giardino citatissimo, fiabesco, a due passi dall’arena, per una location da 10, personale squisito, preparato, cordiale, velocissimo voto 10, pizza… wow….me la ricordavo molto buona ma quella di ieri era incredibile, si scioglieva in bocca, era perfetta, forse la pizza più buona che abbia mai mangiato, voto 10 e lode. Prezzi più che onesti. Mi sono innamorata di questo posto, che sicuramente è diventato la mia pizzeria preferita di tutta Verona e provincia. Bravi, bravi, bravi.

28/04/2024: If a place presents itself as serving gluten free pizza one could at least expect that even if a separate oven is not used, that there is the flexibility and innovation enough to use a plate when cooking the pizza to avoid contamination. In addition, if a guest has presented himself or herself as someone who can only eat gluten free, how come gluten free breadsticks are not presented to the guest when normal bread is being served to the other guests? This place is nice and the pizzas are good, but the staff need to be a bit more attentive and maybe the management a bit more innovative for a restaurant close to Piazza Bra in the heart of Verona.

22/03/2024: Restaurant frequented by locals, with good service and well-prepared food! We ate the classic carbonara and tagliatelle with veal ragú, both very good, but the carbonara stands out, the one we liked most so far. We recommend! For dessert, we had the tiramisù, a not-so-sweet dessert, with just the right amount of coffee and cocoa, delicious. For those who want to try typical Italian food and escape the tourist restaurants, we recommend visiting!

28/04/2024: Family lunch after a walk to visit Verona. Not very central, but still close to the center, away from the tourist chaos that fills the streets. A truly welcoming, well-kept and familiar environment. The food is really excellent and of high quality, super honest prices for the service and for the raw materials they use. The potato pie was delicious, the pork ribs were fabulous, the homemade gnocchi was top! The service was fast and impeccable... in short, we will definitely be back if we are in the area! Compliments!!

29/03/2024: Very welcoming family-run restaurant, the cutlets with unmissable condiments are absolutely worth trying. Tried the rabbit with polenta, as good as I haven't had in a long time! Second courses are around 15 euros. Advised!

09/03/2024: Wonderful treatment, unbeatable value for money, exquisite pasta and incredible escalopes, we stayed two nights in Verona and we both had dinner there, it is worth recommending.

07/05/2024: Very delicious food, well presented with excellent service. Vines were served directly at the table directly from the bottle. Price range for a for a full menu (3 courses) and one Glas of alcohol is 55-70 EUR pP. Absolutely recommendable, if you’re aware of a higher price point.

06/04/2024: Quite environment close to La Arena. We had dinner twice in only one week. Nice pizza and risotto al radicchio. The waiters were very nice.

27/04/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in coppia senza aver prenotato un tavolo di sabato e con molta cortesia e disponibilità ci hanno fatto accomodare nonostante il ristorante fosse tutto pieno. Il personale di sala è di una gentilezza unica e sempre sorridente. I piatti tipici veronesi e veneti sono presenti nel menù e sono molto buoni oltre alla presenza di un menù di pizze molto vario. Scelta da ripetere presto.

26/12/2023: The place is small, very nice and clean, the staff friendly. The first courses are very good and tasty like the desserts. As soon as you enter, on the right you will notice the open door where the very clean and organized kitchen is located.

02/04/2024: Beautiful cafe with terrace overlooking the river and stone bridge. The spritz comes with a snack consisting of peanuts, chips and tomato bruschetta. Fair price, clean restrooms and friendly staff.

01/04/2024: No-nonsense down-to-earth food and drinks in a magical location with views on the river and the castle. Service was friendly without groveling and efficient without pressure. We had a light lunch and drinks and enjoyed it greatly. The only downside was other guests constantly standing over our table to take selfies with the view, which cannot be blamed on the establishment.

12/03/2024: Una piacevole scoperta questa trattoria La Molinara! L'atmosfera è accogliente e il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Ma il punto di forza del locale è senz’altro la cucina. In questo locale avrete la possibilità di gustare prodotti tipici della tradizione con degli ingredienti a km 0. Il tiramisù “in vasetto” da gustare al cucchiaio è stato il tocco finale di una gustosissima cena. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a tutti gli amanti del buon cibo!"

11/03/2024: Got recommended by the Airbnb host and was the best meal we had in Verona. A place mainly for locals but service was friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing. Great produce and well cooked. All in all, highly recommend instead of the tourists traps in the piazzas …
