25/12/2025: The pizza dough was very good but the ingredients left much to be desired, the table service was lazy, and the bill for what we ate was very salty. I do not recommend it.
20/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in the town center, just steps from the boulevard.
Spacious, bright, and clean, it offers excellent dishes prepared with quality ingredients.
Beyond the restaurant, there's an upstairs floor with a stunning view that offers a spectacular dinner.
The service is excellent, with friendly and courteous young people and experienced waiters.
The prices are reasonable for the magical location and the products served.
Compliments and recommended.

03/03/2026: Parlo served us and we had lovely meal beside the canal with the canal view. It had a lovely romantic and homely feel to the place and all the staff were lovely. The food was very nice and good potion sizes for a reasonable price.

09/03/2026: We sat down at 1:05 PM and received our appetizer (a plate to share between three) within minutes, and had to wait until 2:55 PM for our first course. We asked for bread (which hadn't been brought) to accompany our appetizer, but it never arrived. We had to ask three more times until the much-desired loaf arrived, which we finished during the hour and a half wait for our first course. After a third reminder to the waiter, who informed us we had a train to catch and couldn't wait any longer, our pasta finally arrived, cold of course. Bigoli with lake ragù and three small pieces of fish (colder than the pasta) and bigoli with smoked trout carbonara, featuring a nice piece of smoked trout, probably fresh from the fridge (or freezer).
We asked for the bill, and the waiter, after a courteous and thorough recap of all the dishes we'd ordered, didn't offer us a discount, coffee, or a liqueur as an apology. Total €87.50 for a dish divided between three appetizers, three first courses, a water, and a quart of white wine.
What a shame, an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Avoid!

Inattentive service and very long waits!
The pasta arrived before the appetizers and was sent back twice!
The same pasta, unheated, was brought later!
An experience not to be repeated. A shame about the location!

02/03/2026: On our last vacation, we ate there every day. It's a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, and the food was always excellent.
For any vacationer who values quality and excellent service, this is definitely a must-visit.
We'll be going back again on our next vacation and enjoying more delicious evenings.

06/11/2025: This was a wonderful experience. The food and the ambiance was spectacular and the blend of Parisian vibe and Venetian cuisine worked very well together. I have no words for the Tiramisu, I discovered new flavours!!! The service was incredible, shoutout to the young Englishman for being so kind and informative.
28/10/2025: Nice small place, professional and friendly staff, very tasty pasty, standard pizza, tasty wine, not enough space for legs under table. Probably standard couvert on the bill.

16/05/2025: We had the misfortune of having dinner here. The lasagne was bland, watery and overcooked to the point of being mush, carbonara had turned into scrambled egg and the roast potatoes were soggy and cold. I expect everything was frozen and reheated in the microwave. I sent my lasagne back and staff then avoided our table for the rest of the meal, even when it was apparent that several dishes were untouched. They were indifferent when I mentioned the issues with the food. If I was the owner I would be extremely concerned that such poor standard of food is allowed to leave the kitchen as most of it was inedible.
17/04/2025: Ottimo per tutto! Cibo, Prezzi, Posizione! Ci torno sempre volentieri al Ristorante Pizzeria Vecchia Marina; Lo consiglio!
p.s. fanno anche un ulteriore sconto del 10% a chi alloggia all'attiguo Hotel Johnson ! (Ottimo Hotel che consiglio).

05/06/2025: Wish I'd have read the reviews before we visited this place. We were attracted to the lovely surroundings and were in need of a rest and a couple of drinks. Fortunately we didn't eat. When we paid at the end we were handed a receipt for 15euros which was more than the menu price however when I checked the credit card bill later they'd actually charged over £15 which must have been about 18 euros. The place is total rip off.

Personale menefreghista e non attento al bisogno del cliente.Io e un'amica abbiamo preso il fritto di Lago,ma mai visto cotto per intero dovendo farsi male con le lische senza averlo pulito! Sentendosi dire dal cameriere che dovevamo optare per un'altra cosa se non piaceva! "Finito (per dire)" il fritto non siamo state più considerate per un eventuale dolce/caffè o altro.
Cosa gravissima durante il pasto c'è stato un inconveniente di un insetto dentro un calice di vino pieno, il quale visto più volte dal solito cameriere, non è stato neanche chiesto se potevano cambiarlo o per lo meno non farcelo pagare dato che non è stato quasi consumato ne sostituito!! Prezzi esagerati e differenti dal menu scritto. Ultima cosa penosa è che l'insegna del ristorante in vista è "Pizzeria da Frank " anziché "Pizzeria Bounty"! Molto probabilmente per non poter scrivere recensioni di esperienze pessime come la nostra. Questo non è saper fare quel tipo di lavoro! Potessi dare -10 lo farei.

11/03/2025: Locale bello ed elegante, personale non troppo simpatico
Qualità del cibo molto mediocre, 11€ per una lasagna alla bolognese che era un’insulto alla vera lasagna. Pasta stracotta, sembrava una lasagna confezionata, anzi con le lasagne confezionate mangiate meglio e spendete sicuramente meno.
Per lo meno le porzioni erano abbondanti
L’unica cosa davvero buona il caffè
