01/10/2025: 4.2 ⭐️, a fraud with the number of pizzerias available in the city, we stumbled upon the worst! One server does all the work, the other unfriendly waitress spends her time on the phone. But let's get to what interests us, the pizzas... inedible, I didn't even eat half, undercooked dough, watery tomato sauce that floods the pizza, and an unidentified meat to top it all off. Avoid, there are plenty of choices in this city.

01/10/2025: I couldn't finish my pizza because it wasn't cooked. The waitress was very rude, which made the experience very unpleasant.

11/10/2025: Traditional dishes and a period atmosphere. The trattoria is located in a magnificent square. Outdoor aperitifs are available. The host and staff are friendly and helpful. Fair prices.

The six-course tasting menu at Ristorante Gellius is a true sensory journey: carefully crafted, surprising, and perfectly balanced dishes that will literally leave you speechless. The atmosphere is rare in its calm—the only thing you have to do is let go and enjoy the moment. The staff, impeccable in every detail, takes care of the rest: top-notch service, attentive but never intrusive. The location is truly unique: dining surrounded by Roman ruins is an experience that combines elegance and history, making everything even more special. A Michelin-starred restaurant that deserves every single accolade.

05/10/2025: Very good and well-prepared dishes. The location is charming and the service is very friendly. I have one complaint, however, because one of my plates arrived with a hair in it. I fully understand that these accidents can happen, but at a restaurant like this, these incidents are particularly annoying. Overall, a great experience.

29/10/2025: A beautiful, picturesque place to eat good local food (and more). Very friendly staff. A bit pricey...

13/10/2025: There were four of us, ordering four courses with sides, but the waiter offered us a small sample of a mushroom tart with a little porchetta, ONE dish to put in the center of the table to help break the wait. They were very quick to serve us this "taste"... with one small detail: instead of a small sample, they brought four dishes, one each, with porchetta and the tart. The result was that it filled us up and we didn't enjoy the rest of the dinner. This bothered me because I consider it a "smart move" that ultimately resulted in a much higher bill. I can understand these "tactics" in offering a sample, even if unsolicited, but if you have to bring ONE dish for a SMALL sample, it HAS to be ONE dish and not four!!!! Too bad, four more customers lost, not counting word of mouth.

31/10/2025: Good traditional food and an excellent menu choice for a romantic or business evening. I personally had a hard time tackling the dessert, which wasn't as described on the menu. The other dessert, unfortunately, wasn't cooked at all.

18/09/2025: The pasta fagioli is wonderful. Very tasty. The restaurant is charming. The employees are very pleasant.

29/10/2025: On Saturday night, they made us wait over an hour for our pizzas. After an hour of waiting, the pizzas were inedible.

19/09/2025: We went for lunch on a Sunday. The welcome was warm and the service was good. The only flaw is the menu's rigidity with respect to requests. For example, you can't order a plate of bigoli or ravioli because the kitchen serves it for a minimum of two people! This is a rule I've never encountered in other places, except for risottos.

11/10/2025: Delicious pizza, both mine and my girlfriend's were well-cooked and well-seasoned. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this pizzeria in the center of Treviso.

07/10/2025: This is not just a place to eat tiramisu; it's a pilgrimage for anyone who truly loves the dessert. This is THE birthplace of tiramisu, and if you are in Treviso, this is the one place you absolutely must visit. I came all the way from Singapore, as tiramisu is my favorite dessert in the world. Unfortunately, on the day of my visit, the shop was closed for renovations. I was heartbroken, but then something incredible happened. One of the chefs, Paolo, saw me standing outside and, with incredible kindness, invited me in. Even though the shop was closed, he served me a perfect slice of their tiramisu. It was light, airy, and truly perfect—undoubtedly the most delicious tiramisu I have ever eaten. You can taste the history and passion in every spoonful. It's clear that the creators of this wonderful dish, now loved worldwide, poured their hearts into it. What happened next speaks volumes about the warmth and generosity of the staff. When it came time to pay, Paolo graciously refused to accept any money, despite our insistence. It was a beautiful example of Italian hospitality and a moment I will never forget. Paolo, thank you so much for making this trip so special for me and my family. This was more than just a dessert; it was a perfect, unforgettable experience to end our Italian trip. Ciao!

05/10/2025: Beautiful location, excellent service, and good food. The tagliolini cacio e pepe are truly special! Prices are average for this type of restaurant. I was, however, disappointed by the much-vaunted tiramisu! It's more like a parfait with cream—a real shame!

02/08/2025: Absolutely fantastic restaurant. The couple who runs it is incredibly warm, and the food is as authentic and homemade as it gets. The pasta was freshly made, the service was top-notch, and the whole experience felt like having dinner at our nonna’s house. Highly recommend!

03/11/2025: A wonderful dinner with friends. Very large place, excellent pizza. Wide selection of products, including a variety of seasonal ones. We requested a pizza with lactose-free mozzarella, but the mozzarella turned out to be normal... BE CAREFUL with these things!

19/10/2025: In the center of Castelfranco Veneto, a truly beautiful location in itself. The place is large but very welcoming, with prompt and orderly service. I was there for dinner for a birthday; most of us ordered pizza, which I must say was delicious and light. The beer was good, and the desserts were also good. I definitely recommend it.

12/10/2025: Good food but oh my god the waiting times were eternal, between the appetizer and the first course 2 hours passed... our patience was over and we left without enjoying anything else, a shame 😞

10/11/2025: Very good!! My boyfriend and I came for dinner on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, the place doesn't allow reservations, but the wait for a table is a maximum of 10 minutes. We found this place by chance and it didn't disappoint!! The staff were very friendly and the service was fairly quick, but above all, the food was very good. I had a carbonara, while my boyfriend had a pizza, and we were both satisfied. Highly recommended!!
