19/08/2026: I had a gluten free pizza here and it was delicious. The base was crispy and tasty. I also had the gazpacho soup, which was likewise very good. They seemed able to do a lot of GF options.
18/08/2026: We arrived by chance with our large dog in tow and were greeted by very friendly staff, attentive to the needs of our four-legged friends. We had lunch outside, which was divine. The food was excellent, both in its presentation and its flavor. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city of Belluno.

The menu isn't endless: (what they do, they do well!)
You can sense the refinement, and therefore the menu isn't banal.
We'll definitely be back.
15/08/2026: A pleasant experience in the village of Cart. A minimal restaurant, with just a few tables inside and out (reservations recommended).
Generous and delicious dishes; trattoria-style dishes.
A fixed-price menu is available (first course, second course, and coffee).
The young and friendly staff.
The route to get there is also enchanting.
We'll be back to try more.

19/08/2026: Super restaurant, great service and very good food! Dough was sublime! Please check what type of pizza you’re getting as they have a fluffy deep dish type and a fried type as well as seen on picture. 10/10!

20/08/2026: Stopped in on their 2.5 hour “open” window for an evening meal. Staff member came to the line of people waiting to get in and rudely turned everyone away saying “not on waitlist leave and come back another day”.

27/06/2026: While staying in Belluno, six of us popped into La Trapola for pasta, and it was a hit. A relaxed, holiday atmosphere, everything was a plus. The carbonara was creamy, substantial, and beautifully served in an aluminum pan, which did the trick. The portions were generous; even I left feeling full, and I enjoy good food. The service was unhurried, and everything was efficient. The staff was happy, our bellies were full—it was simply a good dinner.
24/06/2026: We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, and Benny made it even more special. He was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. His positive attitude and professionalism made us feel very welcome. Thank you, Benny, for making our meal so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

13/08/2026: Those who frequently browse my reviews know how I'm constantly searching for that perfect harmony between ingredients, ingenuity, and service, that fateful "wow" effect that can transform a dinner into an unforgettable memory. Expectations for dinner at Aurora Ristorante Dinamico in Feltre, on Via Roma, were high, but the food itself revealed a far more ordinary reality: an experience neither good nor bad, where the food isn't bad at all, but one that leaves without that visceral desire to return.
The atmosphere is undeniably friendly and courteous, accompanied by prices that lean toward the high end (with parameters that border on the Milanese standards I'm accustomed to). However, the table layout seems lacking in fluid harmony, slightly detracting from the atmosphere and comfort of the room. The start, then, immediately seemed subdued: an entrée offered by the kitchen consisting of a small mozzarella and a cherry tomato skewered on a skewer. Basic, perhaps too basic. The research drive is lacking, as is the cooking technique, manipulation, or elaboration one would expect as a welcome addition to a project that defines itself as dynamic.
Moving on to the main courses, the raw ingredients are unquestionable and the pasta is cooked to perfection, but the overall blend struggles to take off:
• Cold spaghetti with salmon, fresh avocado, and cherry tomatoes: a summery dish that promises freshness on paper, enhanced on the plate by salmon roe. Unfortunately, the composition is disjointed; the elements travel on parallel tracks without ever integrating into a satisfying bite.
• Tagliatelle with fresh chanterelles: a perfectly cooked egg pasta, packed with invitingly fragrant mushrooms, which turns out to be a well-crafted dish but lacks the underlying depth or the extension of flavor capable of captivating.
• Beef fillet with rosemary-crushed potatoes and gratinated fennel: a perfectly cooked, juicy meat, paired with a classic side dish, that delivers on the promise of substance without offering any surprises or culinary flair.
• Iberian suckling pig with eggplant and potatoes: slices of flavorful meat covered in their cooking juices, served with golden potatoes and eggplant. A solid main course, well executed in the basic technical aspects, but once again lacking that captivating harmony that makes all the difference.
The sweet finale, always my favorite test and the true icing on the cake that should satisfy the entire experience, was perhaps the weakest point of the experience. The dessert menu failed to spark even the slightest curiosity: an almost too banal offering that forced me, almost reluctantly, to forgo dessert. It's a real shame, because the basic technique is there and the quality of the ingredients is tangible, but without a bolder and more exciting culinary concept, the experience stops just short of the finish line.

The waiter's (Germano) recommendations were greatly appreciated; he deserves a raise for his patience and kindness. The atmosphere is very refined and unique, recommended for lovers of jazz and soft, creamy cakes.
Germano is the strongest, the soul of the place, embodying the improvisational style typical of jazz musicians.
17/07/2026: A fantastic little restaurant inside a historic building, home to a jazz club and music school. The greatest exponents of the contemporary jazz scene have passed through here.
A unique atmosphere, tasteful furnishings, and, above all, a seasonal menu featuring homemade products like tagliatelle and bread.
Open Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtime, Unisono Jazz Club & Restaurant is a must-see for anyone in the city!

If you're in the area, don't hesitate.

Ristorante Amadeus by Nero di Seppia

10/08/2026: We arrived at the hotel at 7:30 pm, hungry and hoping to have dinner early, as we had to get up early the next morning. We were told that dinner was not available until 9:00 pm.
At 9:00 pm we went down to the restaurant, where we were made to wait almost 10 minutes at the entrance. We finally placed our order at 9:10 pm. What was particularly surprising was that several tables that arrived after us were served before us.
When we complained to the waiter, a large man with a very unprofessional attitude, he responded rudely, saying that we were "the last ones". Instead of trying to solve the problem, he continued to behave in a very unpleasant manner and eventually walked away while we were still talking to him.
After several complaints, the first course finally arrived at 9:50 pm, 40 minutes after we ordered. The second course was simply forgotten. At 10:10 pm, after continuing to wait, we had to tell them that we no longer wanted it because we needed to go to bed.
The result: we practically ended the evening without dinner and went to bed hungry, despite having arrived at the restaurant at 9:00 pm.
In the end, they did not charge us for the dinner, which we appreciate. We would also like to point out that the other employee, the gentleman with the white beard, was polite and tried to handle the situation properly. However, the attitude of the other waiter was completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel: no apology, no explanation, and he walked away leaving us talking to ourselves.
A truly disappointing experience. Never again.
10/08/2026: While staying at the hotel, we were told that the only available dinner time was 9:00 p.m., and we were then made to wait another 9 minutes before being seated. I find it unacceptable that a hotel of this standard does not reserve tables for its own guests.
We then had to wait 45 minutes for our food, with excuses such as saying that we were the last table to order, which was not true, or that other customers had ordered salads.
What I found particularly disrespectful was the waiter’s attitude. I was explaining to him that we were clearly not the last table to order, and while I was still speaking, he simply turned his back and walked away, leaving me mid-sentence. This was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. After arriving exhausted from hiking all day, we expected a basic level of service and respect from our own hotel.
We definitely do not recommend this place.

21/08/2026: We had a fantastic dinner here! We ordered two pizzas and one salad and everything was absolutely delicious. The portions were very generous, and the quality of the food was excellent. The service was wonderful, and the place itself had such a lovely atmosphere. We really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend it!
13/08/2026: I called ahead and spoke directly with the owner, who reassured me about two key aspects: the availability of a table outside and the availability of gluten-free pasta (a must for me, as I have celiac disease).
Upon arrival, unfortunately, neither of these reassurances proved true. There was no table outside (we were able to sit outside only after a wait), and the gluten-free pasta was completely nonexistent.
The most unpleasant thing was the total lack of internal organization: the owner was not present, and the waiters were completely unaware of everything, finding themselves extremely embarrassed when dealing with service disruptions caused by agreements made over the phone by the owner. A disappointing experience.
