12/04/2026: I've been going to the Ariston for several years, first as a pizzeria, now as a restaurant, and it's always a fantastic experience. The quality of the food is top-notch, beautifully presented, and the service is excellent and fast. The owner, Fabrizio, and his wife are always very kind and smiling, and it's a real pleasure to eat there. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with tasteful mountain-style furnishings. My favorite dish is the sea bass fillet in a crispy bread crust: it's delicate, yet flavorful and delicious, highly recommended! 16/05/2026: At the Belluno cicchetti evening, they offered Sicilian-style baked pasta and arancini. Both dishes were fabulous. The staff offered us an extra beer and an extra arancini; they were very welcoming and kind. I'll definitely be back. Bravo!

10/05/2026: I ordered a simple pizza alla diavola (with spicy salami) with fries and Spianata Calabra. Result? The pizza arrived with the Spianata Calabra (a type of Calabrian flatbread) NOT COOKED. The fries were practically NON-EXISTENT. The spicy salami was FORGOTTEN. Completely WITHOUT SALT. Highly recommended pizzeria. 😉

02/04/2026: We went there for dinner. We had an excellent scorpion fish fillet. I must say, it was really good. Nice atmosphere, background music at the right volume. Attentive service with thoughtful courtesy. I'll be back. I recommend it.

The service was very average — our waiter was attentive at times but came across as somewhat pushy rather than genuinely welcome. As for the food, the seafood dishes were particularly disappointing. The flavors were quite bland, and it seemed like they were using lower-quality ingredients that didn’t bring much taste or freshness to the plate. The pasta options were edible but nothing memorable — pretty standard and uninspired. The atmosphere was pleasant enough for a casual meal, but at these prices, I was hoping for better quality.

23/03/2026: I understand that in Italy most restaurants do not serve food before 7 pm. The problem with this restaurant, however, is the attitude of a lady, who seemed to be the owner. We were sitting at a table on a closed terrace. The lady opened a window and began to plant flowers in a planter. The cold was coming from outside, but I didn't say anything. After she finished planting the flowers, she closed the window and opened another one, planting other flowers. At one point, she left and left the window open. I told her it was cold because she left the window open. She said yes and she didn't care, she left the window open... In this situation of lack of common sense, we got up and left. Such a restaurant should not exist. You can't want my money, but don't care how I feel in your restaurant when you bother me, actually. You open the restaurant only at 7 pm and you don't care if you bother your customers by planting flowers in the planters outside just when your first customers came. Bad experience.

Alberto and Giorgia are revitalizing Panevin, offering a 0-kilometer restaurant experience that's refined and popular, simple and elegant without being snobbish. For four: house wine, a perfectly balanced mousse-bouche of sardines in saor, two appetizers—a generous mixed platter, and a cream of asparagus with quail eggs that alone is worth the visit. We continue with two shared first courses: gnocchi with gorgonzola and broccoli—outstanding, plus the evergreen fettuccine with duck ragù. We finish with a second course each, a guinea fowl roll stuffed with pastin and radicchio—flavorful, bold, and Venetian. Oh, and a side of roast potatoes and cabbage included in the price. Careful location, prompt service, for a price perfectly in line with the quality, portions, and atmosphere. A pleasure. Highly recommended.
