The wild boar 🐗 ragout is very tender. Bistecca alla Fiorentina top 👌🏽
We ordered too much because we really wanted to try wild boar. The Bistecca is enough for 2 people. We also ate potatoes with rosemary. Dessert is a pistachio parfait 😋
26/12/2024: Mix of very well assorted starters, tender and tasty roast suckling pig. The roasted potatoes are also very good. We were already too full to even try the desserts. Prices appropriate to quality and goodness. Advised

04/01/2025: The restaurant is in a central position and for this reason we chose to have dinner there. The interior is furnished somewhat in an antique style but with a lot of neglect and objects that I would have avoided (like the fake lemon or the electric candle).
Service without infamy and without praise; we did not experience the typical welcome of these areas.
The food was not to our taste.
I can't comment on the quality of the raw materials, but if they were, they certainly weren't valued. The first courses are nothing exceptional, but the side dishes are definitely not! The grated cheese in the bag... failed!!
The wine by the glass is definitely subpar considering the area!
The bill was a bit too much considering the quality of the dishes.
19/11/2024: sufficient, but if I go out for dinner in Maremma I expect much more, high prices in relation to the quality and flavor of the food, take nothing away from the managers (kind and helpful), but there is better
