07/07/2025: Six of us had dinner to celebrate my mother's birthday during our trip to Tuscany. This place was recommended to us at the nearby campsite, and it truly did not disappoint. The food was excellent, and you could tell it was all homemade and made with love. The waiter served us with passion. They have an extensive wine list. Highly recommended. Make a reservation before going, as it's not very large.

15/07/2025: Lugar muy recomendable, muy amables, tranquilo. Las pizzas que pedimos para cenar muy buenas. Hemos repetido dos mañanas y hemos quedado muy satisfechos. Precio ajustado.
25/05/2025: Very nice place in Certaldo. Recently renovated, the staff is fast and kind. The food is pleasant. Recommended for those who decide to visit Certaldo alta where the places are objectively more expensive.

01/07/2025: Stupendous view, atmosphere, and food. The service was a little slow but it did not detract much from the experience. When dining at night take a walk through the town after dinner and you may see multiple cats!

12/03/2025: Kind and competent staff, excellent short supply chain and organic products, it is also possible to taste them directly in the shop. A real treat is the aperitif with platter enjoyed on the terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view, all prepared by Fiorella.

08/06/2025: The place is small and convivial as befits a trattoria. Typical local menu with simple cuisine but rich in authentic flavors. We consumed a terrine of farfalle seasoned with pesto and fresh cheese, pici alla Mercanzia and a baked rabbit. Everything was really good and tasty but I'll say more about the rabbit!
I have rarely found it so good.
The service of the owner was kind and convivial.
As for the bill, it was certainly not excessive.
Recommended for those who love simple places with authentic cuisine without too many frills.
26/05/2025: I went yesterday for lunch with my husband, Tuscan dishes cooked in an excellent way, the staff was very friendly, modest prices. Highly recommended. We will return soon to taste other dishes.

They do not serve the typical first courses of the area, which is serious.
Furthermore, the waitress did not tell us all the dishes of the day, adding them only when we reached the dessert.

16/02/2025: Come sempre buonissimo, cibo tipico toscano e qualità eccellente! Noi abbiamo preso due primi e poi cervello fritto e lampredotto.
Location stupenda e prezzi sotto la media.
06/12/2024: Un'ottima trattoria Toscana con il pregio di offrirti una bella vista sulla vallata ricca di vigneti e oliveti.
Un menù interessante arricchito con piatti particolari come ad esempio il "frittino" tra gli antipasti composto da fritto di salvia, di formaggio, di polenta aromatizzata e di frittelle di zucchine e cipolle: squisito.
Ottime le pappardelle al sugo di coniglio e i pici con funghi e carciofi.
Il fritto di carni miste (pollo, coniglio e agnello) età molto ben fatto: asciutto e saporoso anche se forse la porzione sarebbe potuta essere un poco più ricca.
Per finire la torta di cioccolata fatta in casa era veramente molto buona.
Per concludere: questa trattoria è stata una piacevole scoperta. Il servizio gentile il prezzo nella media di quelli nella zona ma giusto se si considera anche il panorama che viene offerto.

Tutto perfetto,non dimenticherò mai gli spaghetti alla vigliacca FANTASTICI.
16/11/2024: Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo e, nonostante la temperatura non proprio estiva, abbiamo scelto di stare fuori nello splendido giardino / terrazza del locale, davvero una meraviglia! Ci torneremo, magari a cena.
