15/12/2024: I'm really sorry, but this time I'm forced to give a negative review: I've been to this place to order something twice, in the first case I ordered a piadina with porchetta, ketchup and mayonnaise...they brought me a piadina with ham without ketchup and without mayonnaise.
In the second case (i.e. today) I had ordered a pizza diavola + chips, they delivered this pizza to me and once I got home I found a very simple devil without chips despite having paid a supplement of €1.50.

12/05/2025: Restaurant sieht schön aus. Obwohl es genügend Platz im Saal gibt, bekommen wir einen Tisch direkt beim Eingang.
Wirt wirkt ungepflegt und unpassend in Schlabberhose gekleidet.
Essen sehr salzig.

20/10/2024: Pizza ok, service and communication bad bad!
Pizzas booked in the app for 10pm, we call at around 10.30pm to find out about the order and we are told that there are delays with deliveries but the boy is leaving. We called back after another 40 minutes and they replied repeating the delay in deliveries and this time that the pizzas were about to be put into the oven (hadn't they left 40 minutes earlier? ) and that they were almost about to call us to go from home to takeaway (madness, after more than 1 hour). Notify the customer immediately if you are unable to manage the delivery.
the pizzas arrive at 11.30pm, and we don't even receive an apology for the delay nor in the call where they only justified themselves and didn't even send an apology to the delivery boy (he only told us that it had also happened last Saturday), as if nothing had happened and as if 1 hour and a half late was normal and not to be made up for.
Now, we understood and adapted to your mistake and also to the mockery of "they are leaving", but we expected correctness and also gratitude for your patience.
Learn to communicate well with the customer, even if it seems that losing some isn't a problem for you.

01/06/2025: Assolutamente da evitare. Cibo pessimo, servizio vergognoso atmosfera caotica. Ad eccezione della pizza con patatine, la più’ gettonata, i piatti del ristorante e dei vini sono troppo cari.
01/06/2025: Ristorante da dimenticare. PESSIMO. Mangiare così male in Sicilia è davvero difficile. Cameriera scortese e antipatica. Focaccia bruciata. Pesce davvero pessimo. Se abitassi qui non ci tornerei mai più. Sono del Nord e in Sicilia, solitamente, mangiamo bene. Ma qui: da dimenticare. Ristorante tipo mensa aziendale. Dozzinale.

Ottimo cibo, camerieri gentilissimi e cena servita in tempi record.

L’acqua e la Nutella sulla pizza!
Per il resto il mangiare che cucinano per strada in India o nel terzo mondo forse è migliore! Come ciliegina sulla torna una cameriera mi ha rovesciato addosso la pasta al sugo, non ha provveduto a portare una tovaglia pulita e dei fazzoletti per me se non si mia richiesta. La qualità delle patatine fritte non la dico nemmeno perché già immaginate.
06/04/2024: Out of 3 nights in the Noto Valley, I ate at U Saracinu twice - the first time was a nice surprise and the second time surpassed it. The food is good, plentiful and equal to as well as a bargain compared to the places on the main drag. The service is solicitous but not overly so, the cook came out to check because he cares. I'm lucky to have found so nice a place to dine that it warranted two very satisfying visits.

tra le patatine e le pizze più di un' ora incredibile e per di più condimenti errati e insapori mi dispiace da non consigliare

02/08/2024: Yesterday we had lunch at "C'est la vie", the owner Biagio, super kind and helpful, the spaghetti with excellent sea urchins, the red prawn still with the scent of the sea, the super cut, all delicious. We will be back. Gioia, Angela, Ines, Giuseppe and Lorenzo. 😘
