Evocative places on the seafront accompany a royal lunch, with a fixed menu that takes nothing away from the quality of the products and above all the fish which seemed to have just been caught. One of the best pastas and mind-boggling appetizers. But what really makes the difference is the hospitality, professionalism and care of the Delfino staff and its owners, guys in love with this restaurant who make the entire experience of a simple lunch a moment of true sharing.

Y vaya si acertamos con este local encantador, con ambiente familiar, muy acogedor. La comida deliciosa, el trato muy amable y entrañable por parte de los dueños y todo el personal. Esta experiencia quedará como uno de los mejores momentos de nuestras vacaciones. Muy recomendable en todos los sentidos. Grazie mille a tutti!

27/03/2024: We arrived at our accommodation nearby at 10 p.m. and wanted to eat something. The staff was super nice and offered us pizza and appetizers. The quality of the food was very good and it was really reasonably priced. A great first evening in Palermo. Can really recommend the trattoria.

The restaurant is almost exclusively visited by locals, as a tourist I was alone here - The food itself is very good, traditional Sicilian cuisine with very reasonable prices. Recommended!

15/03/2024: Dimenticatevi cornicioni stile canotto, qui troverete una pizza non contaminata dalle mode del momento. Una “sincera”, palermitana anni 90 per intenderci, ovvero il periodo migliore. Impasto fragrante, morbido e croccantino al punto giusto, accompagnato da ingredienti semplici ma di qualità. Ottimo anche il calzone, ripieno con un prosciutto cotto di qualità, ma soprattutto asciutto e non sbrodoloso come è solito trovare nelle maggior parte delle pizzerie. Prezzi nella norma. Servizio presente e non invadente. Molto consigliato.

15/03/2024: Forget dinghy-style cornices, here you will find a pizza not contaminated by current fashions. A "sincere" one, from the 90s Palermo so to speak, that is, the best period. Fragrant dough, soft and crunchy at the right point, accompanied by simple but quality ingredients. The calzone is also excellent, filled with quality cooked ham, but above all dry and not messy as you usually find in most pizzerias. Normal prices, present and unobtrusive service. Highly recommended.
