26/11/2025: Very authentic! Lots of locals at the end of November, and the place was packed at 9 pm. The Dutch-Indonesian/Italian European owner, with his mother, runs a truly unique restaurant with so much heart ❤️! Fantastic and delicious! The rabbit was amazing, as was the atmosphere! 👍🏽 PS: A wine fridge would be the icing on the cake 😂

27/11/2025: I highly recommend Triscele, from the service to the ambiance. The food is top-notch, everything is meticulously prepared, and the service is incredibly attentive. The octopus was cooked to perfection. They are incredibly detail-oriented. And please, try the Roche Bianco dessert—it's absolutely delicious. Highly recommended if you're visiting Cefalù and want to try some great Sicilian food.

27/11/2025: From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was both relaxing and welcoming, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. We were warmly greeted by our host, Alessandro, who went above and beyond in guiding us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations for both appetizers and entrées. The food selection offered something for every palate, and each dish we tried was outstanding—beautifully presented, incredibly flavourful, and clearly crafted with care. The visual appeal of the plates matched the remarkable taste. We had the cod meatballs and broccoli stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone cheese drizzled with truffle honey as our starters. Our mains were the Marsala beef stew and the low temperature cooked cod. Everything was delicious and bursting with flavour. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The host even took the time to pick up my husband’s coat that had fallen off his chair - twice. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

We felt special – like we were in a movie, in the heart of Sicilian heaven. Thank you for your professionalism, smiles, and hospitality, which we will never forget.

20/10/2025: The pizza is excellent, and you won't encounter many tourists since it's located a bit outside the city. The ambiance is less pleasant than restaurants in the old town, but it's a very authentic place.

28/10/2025: A very warm welcome, a smiling waiter, and quick service. They changed our wine because there was a problem with the one we were initially served. They didn't charge us for it and even offered us a complimentary digestif.

26/10/2025: The perfect place, a discovery of the 2025 season. Local, seasonal, and top-quality ingredients. The bruschetta tomatoes are aromatic and fragrant, with a touch of good extra virgin olive oil. The mussels are of excellent quality, fresh, perfectly prepared, firm, and not rubbery, with a delicious sauce of their own, seasoned so that the seasonings don't overwhelm their flavor. Next time, I'll ask for a spoon, because it would be a shame to leave such a wonder on the plate! The raw red shrimp from Mazzara del Vallo served with a drizzle of citron sauce and pink peppercorns. A masterpiece! The grilled swordfish is simply divine... The new team, led by Carlo and Mauro, make every effort to ensure guests feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I consider this a prime example of how customer service should be. Attentive, kind, and genuine. I will be back, and I highly recommend it! 16/10/2025: Lots of different pizzas where to choose. Every other customer seemed to know someone there, felt like dinning with locals. Pizzas were good, but not the best we have had in Italy.

06/10/2025: On vacation, we often choose restaurants based on their star rating on Google Maps. We would have expected more from a regular pizzeria. The dough lacked flavor, and sometimes the crust was soft. Ours at home are better. The staff was friendly and uncomplicated, and the place was unspectacular.

04/11/2025: Perfect Simplicity by the Sea This restaurant was recommended to us by a Sicilian friend from Palermo, and it was a total success. We arrived early and were lucky enough to get a table with a spectacular sea view, like we were on a boat. The food was simple and delicious. I ordered spaghetti with seafood ricci di mare and devoured every last bit 🤤 authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. My husband had fish: beautiful presentation and impeccable quality. The place is simple and unpretentious, which makes it even more special. Later on, it gets busy, and the service becomes a little slow, but that's part of the charm, and it's completely worth it for the view and the quality of the food. We would return without hesitation. An authentic and delightful spot by the sea.

26/10/2025: I went to this restaurant by chance with my family. Very friendly welcome, very smiling and very kind waiter, I had never eaten so well in my life!!! And the sea view is just incredible!! I recommend it!!

30/11/2025: A very welcoming restaurant near Cefalù Cathedral, with a unique menu, tastefully presented, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent dishes paired with excellent wine. Try it!

29/11/2025: A wonderful Wonderful place! Everything we tried was fantastic, but ceviche stood out as a star dish. Service is very personal and the owner gave us excellent advice for wine and food. Recommend wholeheartedly.

28/11/2025: When choosing a restaurant, please note a specific design element: there is a very large and realistic spider figure above the entrance. Those who feel uncomfortable at the sight of arachnids may want to take this into account. Personally, I have decided to choose another place.

30/10/2025: The pizza was good, as it is everywhere in Italy. The carbonara was terrible, and the lasagna was also not recommended.
