27/11/2025: From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was both relaxing and welcoming, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. We were warmly greeted by our host, Alessandro, who went above and beyond in guiding us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations for both appetizers and entrées. The food selection offered something for every palate, and each dish we tried was outstanding—beautifully presented, incredibly flavourful, and clearly crafted with care. The visual appeal of the plates matched the remarkable taste. We had the cod meatballs and broccoli stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone cheese drizzled with truffle honey as our starters. Our mains were the Marsala beef stew and the low temperature cooked cod. Everything was delicious and bursting with flavour. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The host even took the time to pick up my husband’s coat that had fallen off his chair - twice. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

27/11/2025: I highly recommend Triscele, from the service to the ambiance. The food is top-notch, everything is meticulously prepared, and the service is incredibly attentive. The octopus was cooked to perfection. They are incredibly detail-oriented. And please, try the Roche Bianco dessert—it's absolutely delicious. Highly recommended if you're visiting Cefalù and want to try some great Sicilian food.

18/02/2026: I visited this restaurant intrigued by its participation in the "4 Ristoranti" program. The atmosphere is welcoming, but unfortunately, the dining experience didn't live up to expectations. ​I ordered seafood salad and mixed fried fish, which I found subdued: the flavors weren't well-balanced and lacked the "zing" you'd expect from fresh fish. The first course, "Lo Special," also didn't convince me: the pasta wasn't quite right, and the sauce wasn't very strong. ​I'm disappointed because there's potential, but in my opinion, the cuisine needs more attention to live up to the restaurant's reputation. Friendly service.

28/10/2025: A very warm welcome, a smiling waiter, and quick service. They changed our wine because there was a problem with the one we were initially served. They didn't charge us for it and even offered us a complimentary digestif.

26/10/2025: The perfect place, a discovery of the 2025 season. Local, seasonal, and top-quality ingredients. The bruschetta tomatoes are aromatic and fragrant, with a touch of good extra virgin olive oil. The mussels are of excellent quality, fresh, perfectly prepared, firm, and not rubbery, with a delicious sauce of their own, seasoned so that the seasonings don't overwhelm their flavor. Next time, I'll ask for a spoon, because it would be a shame to leave such a wonder on the plate! The raw red shrimp from Mazzara del Vallo served with a drizzle of citron sauce and pink peppercorns. A masterpiece! The grilled swordfish is simply divine... The new team, led by Carlo and Mauro, make every effort to ensure guests feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I consider this a prime example of how customer service should be. Attentive, kind, and genuine. I will be back, and I highly recommend it! 04/11/2025: We went to Le Terme in July. We were told that it is Cefalù's bedt restaurant, and that's true. My partner had the spaghettone and a glass of white Grillo. Both were excellent. I had the risotto and the mackerel. Also very good. The place is great, the service flawless and the food is absolutely magnificent. I really recommend Le Terme. Top shelf cooking, absolutely stunning. (The photos don't look great because I took them at night.)

15/02/2026: My boyfriend and I often go with friends, some of whom have children, and I have to say we always have a pleasant evening. The pizzeria is a little outside of Cefalù's historic center, making it easily accessible by car. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. The pizza never disappoints, highly recommended!

09/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. We booked weeks in advance. No one greeted us when we arrived, and when we sat down, the table was already stained. The place gave off a generally unkempt impression: water on the floor and chairs full of sand. The service was very slow: we waited almost two hours just for an appetizer, which was also wrong and didn't even match what was on the menu. Even one of the first courses was served differently than expected: a pasta dish that didn't taste like fish. The waiter was quite rude; they even got the bottle of wine we ordered wrong several times. Furthermore, there was no indication that it was Women's Day, despite the occasion. Another unprofessional detail was seeing a waiter with very long and dirty nails. Overall, it was a very negative experience. Frankly, it gave the impression that the place wasn't yet ready to open or handle customers.

30/11/2025: A very welcoming restaurant near Cefalù Cathedral, with a unique menu, tastefully presented, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent dishes paired with excellent wine. Try it!

29/11/2025: A wonderful Wonderful place! Everything we tried was fantastic, but ceviche stood out as a star dish. Service is very personal and the owner gave us excellent advice for wine and food. Recommend wholeheartedly.

14/11/2025: A nice restaurant in the old town, not far from the cathedral. Very friendly staff, good food and house wine, reasonable prices. Unfortunately, it suddenly closed during our visit at the end of October/beginning of November.
