06/01/2025: Highly recommended restaurant in the main street of Lipari. We weren't able to taste all the dishes we would have liked (due to a large lunch that ended a few hours before...), but what we ordered was exquisite, fresh and very accurate: swordfish rolls, escarole, buffalo mozzarella with raw prawns and mandarin jam, millefeuille with ricotta cream.
Next time we will definitely be back to try the wonderful pasta dishes that were on offer..
Only note, the tables could be spaced further apart.
17/10/2024: A restaurant on the Corso di Lipari (the quietest part), dining at the tables outside is very characteristic.
The team is very young, kind, competent. The food was really, really good, a mix of tradition and innovation. The plating is beautiful and the portions are right (not the usual small taste that unfortunately is often found in other restaurants).
Sweet and sour meatballs, seafood salad, grouper ravioli, octopus with chickpea cream, Malvasia tiramisu.
I really liked that the owner/chef came to the table to advise us and describe the dishes.
I can't wait to return.

16/10/2024: There were three of us there in autumn 2024. Logically, you don't need a reservation at this time. The boss seems rather reserved and finds it difficult to smile. When asked which wine he would recommend, he responded by saying he didn't know our preferences. A bit strange, this statement. But the employee (daughter?) is very friendly, she smiled and was quick too. The food was OK, but without that certain something. What was unpleasant was that three local gentlemen on the gallery above us were loudly watching internet videos without the host having anything against it.
11/10/2024: The best place on Stromboli to eat! Professionalism, love and passion for catering. From the restaurant you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the giant (Stromboli).
Highly recommended!

13/10/2024: In a region that has great food everywhere, Maria Tindara’s restaurant, perched up on the mesa and away from the hassle and bustle of the port, was a great find. Three generations of hosts have welcomed travelers for decades. The food is excellent — a mix of fresh local produce and delicious culinary tradition. Good wine list. Attentive service, a beautiful outdoor area overlooking a lush garden lush. A treat to be repeated. They run a shuttle service to/from the port, if you arrange in advance. Reservations are recommended if you are visiting off season.

Servizio formale ma professionale con la giusta attenzione all’ospite.
15/09/2024: Sono stato con mia moglie per puro caso durante la nostra visiona giornaliera a Panarea. Posto incantevole, cibo molto buono e ottimo servizio. Un pò costoso ma ci sta vista la posizione.

24/09/2024: Definitely not my kind of food, although my friends said they enjoyed their meals. Friendly, positive atmosphere and affable service. There was a bit of confusion with the final bill, which started at €482, went down to €387 (after reconsidering the dishes as part of the daily menu offer, as they were initially ordered) and then to €357 (when using a calculator to add it all up). We had a lot of fun otherwise. The restaurant was recommended by a local and we were lucky to get seats without prior reservation.

24/09/2024: Granita eccellente!!! Di sicuro la migliore di Stromboli e una delle più buone che io abbia mai mangiato in assoluto. Anche la brioche buonissima. Prezzo onesto (forse tra i pochi che non fanno pagare il servizio al tavolo sull'isola). Personale gentile e super disponibile. Buono anche il gelato. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Super consigliato!!!

16/10/2024: In attesa della mia vacanza nelle Isole Eolie ero in cerca di consigli su ristoranti dove trovare qualità ad una cifra giusta. L'albergatore dell' Hotel Villa Diana mi ha consigliato E Puledra ed io ne sono rimasta veramente felice e soddisfatta. Il ristorante è molto bello, un giardino che non ti aspetti curato nei minimi dettagli che ti fa respirare aria siciliana in ogni dettaglio. Proprietari e cameriere gentilissimi e professionali. Cibo delizioso, ingredienti di prima qualità, porzioni per me abbondanti, esecuzione perfetta. Vino servito a temperatura.
La guancia di vitello con caponatina mi ha conquistata. Dopo vari pranzi e cene fallimentari, da E Pulera ho trovato ciò che davvero meritava di essere provato, gustato e apprezzato.

14/09/2024: Non vi aspettate i soliti antipasti, qui ogni portata è un omaggio alla bontà, all'arte culinaria siciliana, dalla caponata all'uovo aromatizzato con la nepetella, la cipolla in agrodolce, la parmigiana, ogni cosa è sapientemente cucinata nel rispetto autentico di un territorio che offre materie prime straordinarie. Eccellenti anche i primi, pasta fatta in casa condita in modo magistrale. Non da meno il servizio e la cortesia di Patrick ed il suo staff. Complimenti!

08/10/2024: Il miglior ristorante di pesce di Vulcano non lo trovate al porto, ma a Punta Gelso, dall’altra parte dell’isola. Come arrivarci? Seguendo la strada che attraversa in due l’isola, oppure - meglio ancora - in barca con Massimo Sabbie Nere, così preparate l’appetito con qualche bagno nelle calette che incontrate per mare.
Io menù non è esteso, ma non sbaglia un colpo. Quest’anno ho scelto pasta al nero di totano e totani ripieni: due delizie.gestione familiare attenta cordiale e puntuale.
