24/03/2024: Fregola marinara in two dishes there was "only one mussel" One. And a shrimp cut into three. My parents went to make a reservation today. Total disappointment. Hunger portion. Eel with intestines said the waiter that you eat the intestines... As a farm fish restaurant not recommended for 80 euros for two a waste of time. And my parents eat fresh fish.
22/03/2024: The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and refined, with a breathtaking view that made lunch even more pleasant. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive to our needs, and made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived.

06/04/2024: An unthinkable experience. As we sat down, 4 of us came one after the other to ask us if we wanted water. In less than 30 minutes we had seven interruptions to ask how the food was. I understand customer focus but you can't interrupt a lunch and a conversation seven times in a lunch that lasted a total of 25 minutes. The pasta carbonara al mare had a flavor that seemed cooked in brine. We travel around Sardinia a lot and I can categorically say that this experience left us very disappointed.

06/04/2024: Intrigued by the positive reviews we decided to have lunch in this restaurant. We were super satisfied with excellent dishes, clean place, kind and polite staff. We will return next time. Super recommended.

01/04/2024: We gave the service one star, but if we could we wouldn't have given even one. Booked for 4 for 1.30pm, the first and only course arrived (if we exclude two appetizers which still arrived after an hour) at 3.15pm, and practically everyone ate within five minutes of each other. We would have liked to eat dessert too but it was 3.45pm and we decided to leave. Disappointed.
01/04/2024: Last time the pizza was bland. Of all the guests unfortunately. Who knows what will have happened because you go there with your eyes closed to eat pizza at C&D. Oh well, patience. Until next time

06/03/2024: I've always heard of this place as the best home cooking in the area. Unfortunately for me the expectations were really too high. I wouldn't take the appetizers again. The first course was good and the choice of an above-average house wine. The waiter was kind.

07/04/2024: We went to this restaurant for Easter lunch, we ordered a seafood mix and a mixed fry, 20 minutes after ordering the appetizers arrived, quite good, so far so good, the problem comes with the fry which after an hour from the collection of the starter plates it had not yet arrived, we urged the waiter and he told us that he was about to leave and that it would arrive in 3 minutes which turned into 30 and without any excuse, luckily the frying was good but nothing exceptional, given the price we expected more, at the time of payment no questions about how the lunch went which would have been legitimate given the waiting times. In conclusion, prices are too high for what is offered and little customer attention.
31/03/2024: Very poor service, menu not excellent, prices exaggerated compared to the service provided.

01/04/2024: Today, April 1st, Easter Monday, we had booked about a week ago for four people for lunch. On the phone they told us that the time was 1pm. When we arrived at the restaurant our reservation was not for lunch but for dinner. Clarification, thirteen for dinner does not exist as a time. THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. They were also quite annoyed. In any case, we will never return to GAMBERO ROSSO again.
31/03/2024: We were there on March 30, 2024.
Spaghetti with seafood -> the seafood was chopped up and it wasn't nice to eat.
My partner's pizza was in the oven for far too long and therefore extremely dry.
There are better places where you feel welcome too.

10/03/2024: Siamo stati qua una domenica a pranzo. Tutto chiuso, chiamiamo il primo ristorante che risultava aperto! Una scoperta, davvero carino, personale gentile e disponibile, molto professionale ma allo stesso tempo premuroso. I piatti una vera “squisitezza”! Consigliatissimo!

Let's say that for people who come from outside for work and ask for an invoice, after months, despite coming forward and not disturbing the service hours but leaving the billing information, after months nothing has arrived. This behavior is scandalous for 4 extra money
13/01/2024: Touristique assurément sur la belle place mais service avenant et efficace même si pas rapide.
Repas bon, notamment la salade caprese, les ravioli du pesce, et les culurgiones au beurre et à la sauge.

08/11/2023: In una piazzetta del centro storico di Bosa. Menu invitante di cucina "rivisitata" in chiave creativa. I camerieri sono gentili e spiegano le ricette. Però la mia impressione è che ci sia anche molto fumo. Per esempio se ordino una pasta con i ricci e poi i ricci sono frullati e non ne sento nemmeno il sapore per me qualcosa non va. Avrei preferito meno racconti e più rispetto e valore per gli ingredienti.
21/10/2023: Our favorite in all of Sardinia! The food…the service…the professional attitude of the entire staff…excellent. We had the pleasure of meeting sous chef Giacimo….he has the talent chefs dream off!
