Centrally located hotel with very good service

We stayed for the Sartiglia on Sunday. We had a great time. The staff were friendly, competent, and attentive, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The restaurant was also good and convenient.

Great weekend, very friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, and just steps from the center.

The renovated rooms are not bad. The breakfast was excellent.

I had a great time, the waiters, receptionists and various hotel staff were very professional, kind and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, the restaurant is exceptional with a fantastic local menu, I had a great time and I can't wait to come back to stay with you!!!!!

Central location. Excellent welcome at check-in, but the receptionist on duty in the morning was "glacial." The waitresses at the excellent breakfast were friendly, but the quality of the espresso coffee could be improved. If we ask to open 5 minutes earlier than 7:00 a.m. for breakfast to avoid missing a flight, for a quick cappuccino and croissant, a little flexibility from the reception could be appreciated. We also paid in advance for the mineral water for the second night, but it wasn't replaced. The quality of the dispensers in the bathroom certainly needs improvement; the current one is truly awful. I understand the low-season rate—the hotel was also chosen for its current rate—but the quality level should always be that of a 4-star, whether in January or August.

Wonderful experience, nice breakfast

We came in winter, so the pool wasn't open, but we received a very warm welcome, even in French. The only slight drawback was the size of the shower cubicles in the otherwise quite large rooms. Free parking is available under the hotel.

high level of courtesy both at reception and in the restaurant being part of the Olympic torch staff I recommend it
