03/01/2025: A place located in the heart of old Martina, in a delightful renovated cellar, it is definitely a place to try! The dishes are delicious, with attention to their appearance and preparation and with very fresh products. The owner is truly a delightful person as are all the people who work in the restaurant... when I return to Martina I will definitely come back to taste their cuisine!!!

03/01/2025: Good vegan pizza. The tuna pizza was sold without tuna. After the question, they threw a cold one on top along with cold peppers and cheese, it turned out strange and simply tasteless. The salmon with pistachio plank is very oily and overcooked. Pizza with mortadella is dried. A beautiful place on the main square with bad food.
10/12/2024: After a number of visits to Martina Franca, Ristorante Garibaldi was finally a place worth rating.
Service, food and ambiance is first class.
The south of Italy, such Puglia is my wife and myself is the utmost, other than Sicily is the prime of Italy 💜💜
Each time we eat here, the level is higher!!

05/01/2025: Posto accogliente e piacevole. Passato una serata in famiglia in vacanza e devo dire che è stata la migliore cena del Salento.
Primo e antipasto a 17 euro bevande escluse.
Ottima cucina. Sis la pasta che la carne di ottima qualità.
05/01/2025: Consigliato dalla proprietaria del nostro alloggio, abbiamo deciso di cenare qui. In quattro abbiamo preso antipasti per due: sono stati serviti antipasti caldi e freddi vari, abbondantissimi e veramente buoni. La carne al fornello era altrettanto buona così come i primi. Consigliato!

09/01/2025: The best ever in Martina. I recommend breaded bombette, breaded pork strips, sausage, radicchio, rocket and parmesan, but it's all excellent, the quality is guaranteed. Excellent service, everyone is super friendly, I recommend booking a few days in advance because the place is small..
30/12/2024: Despite the reservation we had to wait over 20 minutes before being seated.
The place is narrow and crowded and the waiters can't keep up.
The meat is quite good and the price is right.

Nice and elegant atmosphere
A very kind and knowledgeable lady welcomed us
He invited us to sit down even though it was 7pm
Very good starters and above all good the recommended wine, a primitivo of which I attach a photo
Very good desserts
I'm counting on 35 each
Passion and quality are the main ingredients.
I recommend it!
01/01/2025: We were recommended this place as a good restaurant in a nearby winery. Wine was good and also service, however food was average/below average. The saddest part was the octopus. I had difficulty cutting it, chewing was a challenge. You can make a nicer octopus at home without previous experience, just tried.

01/01/2025: For dinner on December 31st my friends and I chose Villa Bacco and we weren't wrong. From the appetizers to the dessert, the dishes were very much appreciated by everyone and we complimented the owner and chef Nicola Colucci. We will certainly return to Villa Bacco on another occasion and I will recommend this location to other friends for the right value for money.
01/01/2025: Per la cena del 31 dicembre io e i miei amici abbiamo scelto Villa Bacco e non abbiamo sbagliato. Dagli antipasti al dolce le pietanze sono state da tutti molto gradite ed abbiamo fatto i complimenti allo titolare e chef Nicola Colucci. Sicuramente torneremo a Villa Bacco in un altra occasione e consiglierò questa location ad altri amici per il giusto rapporto qualità prezzo.

04/01/2025: In pieno centro di Martina Franca ma un po' nascosto, questo ristorante ha ampi ambienti con tavoli ben distanziati, bei spazi caldi e ben decorati.
La carta sorprende per la presenza di piatti a una prima lettura elaborati ma dai sapori ben equilibrati e ricercati.
Bombette accompagnate da insalata con salsa di soia, tartare di fassona, spaghetti di castagne al sugo di anatra con salsa di agrumi (che bontà!), guancia di manzo, tenerissima, con polenta arrosto, gnocchi alla fonduta di parmigiano con tartufo nero e infine il tiramisù in boccia di cioccolato.
Tutto squisito e innaffiato con ottimo NERO di Troia Castel del Monte dop!
Da non perdere a Martina F!

02/01/2025: Meat more than good as well as starters. I encountered the usual and widespread "bad" habit of these grill restaurants: SERVING all the meat ordered AT THE SAME TIME.
Result? Easier logistics for service and cooking... BUT the meat ends up getting cold on the customers' table since you can't eat it all at the same time.
From the photos you can understand that you certainly don't dine in a period stone farmhouse or in a mountain hut...

06/01/2025: We found this place by chance and were welcomed in a truly exceptional way. They immediately made us feel at home and put us at ease straight away. The food is good and the products are of quality. The staff was very kind and professional, they explained to us in detail how the procedure for producing MartinaFranca capocollo was, and it goes without saying that the capocollo is perhaps the best in Italy. Compliments! Highly recommended!

14/10/2024: I celebrated my 30th birthday here and I was truly super satisfied in every respect.
I took advantage of a promo and they thought of everything: setup with the colors chosen by me, cake, sparkling wine, DJ and Siae, confetti + Pizza tour (which included a welcome aperitif, appetizers, beer, water, coca cola, pizzas at will as long as we wanted)
Everything absolutely flawless.
Nice, friendly, helpful staff.
Quality food and plenty of it.
We have celebrated more than one event at 'le tre arches' and have always been happy but for my birthday they exceeded all my expectations.
Congratulations also to the DJ who kept us entertained.
We will certainly celebrate other events with you 😘
Many thanks again to all the staff, especially to Claudia who was truly unique 😘

20/12/2024: We ate here twice, in December. The pizzas we ordered were very tasty. We also ordered wine. The welcome was also very friendly.
You can eat here cheaply but certainly tasty. We thought it was recommended. In terms of atmosphere it could be a little better. The design of the restaurant is okay, personally I wouldn't put a TV away. But put on some nice music and add a few more plants, for example. But all in all, a really nice restaurant with good food.
