30/07/2025: We had dinner this evening at this inn. The staff is competent and friendly. The food is excellent and the prices are absolutely fair. We will be back soon.

15/08/2025: In a nutshell: it's worth the long line you have to stand outside. Top quality, masterful organization, impeccable selection of products, affordable prices. I highly recommend it to everyone. P.S.: I'd only stop the duo who walks between the tables with a tambourine.

15/08/2025: Let me start by saying we had dinner on August 6th, when Cisternino was very busy. I imagine and hope the timing isn't what we've experienced. We arrived at 8:30 PM, having been told over the phone that they didn't accept reservations. We waited in line to choose our meat at the counter until 9:30 PM. The first courses arrived at 10:15 PM. The sausage was good, especially the spicy one, and the bombette: unfortunately, the first ones weren't fully cooked. The capocollo was too tough. The meat rolls, however, were excellent. So, we'll try them again at a less crowded time of year.

05/05/2025: Simple place, a butcher's counter where you can choose what to eat, a few tables inside and a few outside just outside the historic center. The very courteous manager. We ate assorted Apulian bombette cooked on the stove, livers. Grilled potatoes, excellent tomatoes. Delicious almond biscuits are offered with coffee. Highly recommended.

01/05/2025: Tagliata eccezionale, bombette deliziose. Personale gentile. Assolutamente da provare. Ambiente pulito . Siamo al chiuso che all'aperto.

10/07/2025: Locale bellissimo, ottima cena, ottimo servizio, calorosa accoglienza, prodotti di alta qualità. Siamo stati molto ben accolti e serviti da Francesco a cui rinnoviamo gli auguri di buon compleanno. Francesco miglior cameriere del mondo.
