10/05/2025: I recommend! Fantastic place, outstanding food and reasonably priced! The service was efficient (all Italians) and friendly, for 4 people (appetizers, pizzas, beers, water, ice cream and limoncello to taste) we paid only 51 euros... the countless number of people waiting in the queue does not come out of nowhere... :) I heartily recommend it to everyone, the best local restaurant in Bari;)

10/05/2025: We went to the above-mentioned restaurant on May 8, 2025 based on recommendations and opinions. The decor may be confusing and uninviting, but the quality of the food makes up for it. For 12 euros/person we got a lot of regional snacks, beer, ice cream and limoncello, and finally a pizza per person. It's a tasting menu, but you can't eat it all because there's a lot of it and it's delicious. The owner himself, friendly and smiling, prepares everything in front of the customers. The restaurant is open from 7 p.m., but it's worth getting there earlier because it's crowded later. A place worth visiting. I recommend

04/05/2025: The pizza was perfect. Tasty Neapolitan style with bacon and a lot of creamy cheese. Really really good. The staff was really friendly.

04/05/2025: Polecam, pizza rewelacyjna ( probowalismy Margherita, Diavola, Prosciutto Crudo - szynka rewelacja, Norcida - kielbasa super) zarowno na cienkim ciescie jak i neapolitanska. Aperol tez godny polecenia. Obsluga bardzo szybka, mila i bardzo dobrze mówiąca po angielsku. My byliśmy ok 19.00 więc nie było problemu z miejsce ale gdy wychodzilismy ok 20.00 to już byly osoby czekające na zewnątrz na stolik.

04/05/2025: menù degustazione buono, ma a Bari pagare 160€ per un menu del genere con 5 calici di vini( due dita ogni calice), è esagerato.....nn è ammissibile......nn ci ritornerei.....ecco perché di domenica a pranzo era vuoto.....

17/04/2025: Very nice hotel, beautiful garden, close to Bari Centrale station. Very good breakfast. I asked to order a taxi to the airport. No additional fees. Smiling and helpful staff. Spacious, clean room. I recommend it.

17/04/2025: Nice rooms. Bathroom with curtain. There is a fridge in the room and even a work table. Almost non-existent SPA with sauna light burned out and only hydromassage tub, nothing else. Small and disappointing gym, given the expectations due to how they present themselves. Decent breakfast.

16/04/2025: After years I returned to Donato's where I found the usual excellent appetizers, but unfortunately the pizza is no longer what it once was, which was the reference parameter in Bari for the typical Bari pizza. Now it is a pizza without infamy and without praise. Another discordant note is the service, waiters arguing with each other in front of customers.

30/04/2025: El lugar perfecto si eres celíaco. Todo lo que pedimos estaba buenísimo Mil gracias por los tortelli ripieni caseros sin gluten. Nunca había probado nada tan sabroso. Y añadido a esto el personal fue encantador. Lo recomiendo 100%.

The dishes are tasty and well executed: I particularly enjoyed the grilled octopus, perfectly cooked and deliciously seasoned. The wine list is well-stocked, with great references. A great discovery that I recommend!

21/04/2025: Welcomed with cordiality and a smile even if the time was not the most suitable for an Easter lunch. We ate very well, ordered all types of really crunchy fried food, delicious ciccio, delicious and tasty appetizers starting from the mussels "alla scapece", where we soaked almost a kilo of bread, ending with the grilled octopus with broad bean puree. The perfect first courses, from spaghetti to fresh pasta (troccoli). Excellent selection of wines for all palates and budgets. Congratulations, also for the delicious tiramisu to close the fantastic meal. Worth coming back to try the pizza.
