13/12/2024: Very good food, really incredible and also quite modern. Revisited in an original and extremely good way. The staff were also very kind and courteous. I will definitely be back!

25/11/2024: Even in the middle of winter, even if you dine inside, without enjoying the wonderful view of the lake, you can enjoy the charm of this restaurant. Excellent fish cuisine and more, pleasant service from the friendly owner, warm and relaxing environment.

01/12/2024: Nice location and good service but the table was not equipped with a tablecloth... The dishes had a very high price compared to the quantity and quality of the product such as the risotto which had an exorbitant price compared to the meager portion and the fassona tartare of very poor quality and combined with unbalanced condiments, staff unprepared on the cooking method payment. Not recommended.

17/11/2024: Seirass ravioli, mountain butter and black truffle, sprinkled with white truffle Seirass cheese, or Piedmontese ricotta. Not very generous serving, but abundant in flavours. It was a great experience. But sairass tastes too strong.

16/11/2024: Ci sono due cose da rimarcare . 1) il locale gode di una vista stupenda essendo un pò in alto permettendo così di avere l'isola di San Giulio mentre si è seduti al tavolo davanti a noi come fosse su uno schermo. 2) Il personale è davvero gentile, tutti indistintamente anche nei momenti di piena capienza. Per il cibo direi nella media di una onesta trattoria che serve pasti non elaborati abbastanza in fretta a gente che viaggia per lavoro anche se la sua posizione è molto turistica. Comunque a mio avviso la cortesia ed il bel panorama compensano ampiamente una cucina normale.

27/08/2024: Pizza sottile e croccante, non di mio gusto. Molto buono e abbondante il fritto di calamari. Un locale prettamente per turisti nulla di eccezionale.

06/08/2024: We made a reservation for my daughter's birthday 10 days in advance, both by phone and by e-mail. However, when we went, they could not see the reservation and asked rudely if we could come tomorrow evening. There are much better places in Orta Lake.

16/09/2024: An excellent restaurant/bar in the center of the town of Orta. The place is very characteristic and the external part remains in a well furnished and particular courtyard. The staff is very kind and the dishes are very good

07/09/2024: Tourist trap restaurant to avoid!!! We're coming out just now... the table next to us also left upset. Baked potatoes that should no longer be young and inedible, the meat the same, my wife's ravioli must have been ravioli bought in a box, and the polenta is clearly not our grandmother's polenta. The only good thing was a nice glass of Nebiolo To flee!

08/12/2024: Cucina senza infamia e senza lode, cara sia in relazione alla qualità che alla quantità. I piatti, infatti, mancano di gusto, le porzioni sono ridicole e il cibo arriva freddo anche per via della scelta discutibile di usare dei piatti piani enormi (senza riscaldarli preventivamente) anche per la polenta, ad esempio. Più di 40€ a persona per un antipasto e un primo (con acqua caffè e vino della casa) per restare chiaramente affamati. Ci siamo rifiutati di ordinare il dolce perché temevamo che fosse in linea con il resto.

08/12/2024: Il locale, di per sé, è carino ma i problemi sono emersi subito: luogo freddo in quanto non ben riscaldato, gli antipasti davvero miseri per quantità (la trota salmonata era davvero ridicola) e neanche eccezionali; i primi e la polenta veramente anonimi e miseri. Sconsigliato, siamo rimasti tutti deluso e affamati.

23/08/2024: Nous allons régulièrement dans ce restaurant familial depuis de nombreuses années. Le cadre est magnifique et reposant. Ce restaurant hors du temps propose des plats traditionnels simples et bons. Le personnel a un potentiel d'amabilité qu'il utilise avec parcimonie mais le service sans être des plus rapides est efficace.
