14/12/2024: Nothing to say, in fact there would be a lot of it and it would all be positive. I went to a pre-Christmas company dinner on Tuesday evening and we were welcomed by young and kind but above all prepared staff. We chose the à la carte menu but there is also a tasting menu. The starters were excellent, personally I took raw Fassona meat and Bra sausage and the tajarin as a first course. The serving times were perfect, without waiting too long and without having to stuff yourself because the other dish is arriving. Small but nice place

12/11/2024: Ho pranzato con un amico, antipasti gustosi e non banali, quantità da buona forchetta, i primi originali e più che abbondanti, una porzione può essere comodamente consumata in due, vini ottimi e prezzi più che onesti. La cosa che ho anche molto apprezzato è l'atmosfera, luci basse, arredamento autentico e di buon gusto.

03/12/2024: Lunch with friends. Elegant and refined location. Excellent cuisine. Overall, however, the experience was somewhat disappointing. The rumble and noise in the room do not allow a fluid and peaceful conversation between the diners. Staff not up to expectations. There is a lack of transparency when ordering the chosen dishes. After having ordered a cut that did not exceed 600/700 grams, I was brought a 1.2 kg cut of meat without my knowledge. warned that that was the smallest steak currently available in the kitchen. I would certainly have changed the menu and not spent 90 euros because the steak weighed double what I requested! I think this fact is very unpleasant and shows little honesty towards the customer. The service is very slow: 3 dishes in 3 hours! Furthermore, the toilets and cloakrooms in the room are not heated. After what has been said, I would really struggle to recommend Scuderie Sabaude; I believe that in the Roero and Langa you can find better products with a preferable quality/price ratio

23/11/2024: Excellent traditional Piedmontese restaurant with a warm and peaceful environment defined by brick vaults and columns. The choice of dishes and wines is not very wide, but everything is done extremely well and with excellent raw materials, as well as an excellent quality-price ratio. But the jewel in the crown is the service: it is rare to find such trained and helpful staff today, even in starred restaurants, all without exception.

09/12/2024: I stayed for one night in the B&B and in the room at my disposal there was the indispensable, such as luxurious comfort, heating, but the cleanliness, dust and cobwebs in the room left something to be desired. And the towels smelled musty.

14/11/2024: Large and well furnished room. Rather clean. The very kind owner waited for me until 8pm. A little noisy as it overlooks the square. Overall very good. I would recommend it
