12/12/2024: 10.15pm, after checking the closing time of the place (11.30pm on Google), we kindly ask for a table for 2 and are sent away because the kitchen is closed. The place was still full with people eating appetizers. Very sorry as I am already a customer.

08/12/2024: Beautiful environment, intimate (maybe even a little dark...). Traditional Piedmontese food, good. Not suitable for vegetarians.

03/01/2025: My parents and I were there for Christmas lunch, we've been going to a restaurant for the occasion for a few years now. This year it was the turn of the Scuderie Sabaude and, fortunately, it went very well! We ate a lot and well (I photographed the menu, you can take a look to get an idea). The service also, nothing to complain about, really very attentive to everything. Only one thing surprised me a little about this lunch: at the end we found ourselves on the bill for three "welcome" glasses of bubbles for €8 each. I highlighted the word welcome because that is how the dining room staff put it. We asked to put all 3 of them in a little and we didn't even finish that little, precisely because it represented a welcome taste to accompany the entrée, not surprisingly called "Chef's Welcome" on the menu. I realize that it was a general misunderstanding on the part of both of us, but I would recommend next time to be more transparent towards the customer so that he can be 100% aware of what he is spending. I reiterate the fact that I gave 5 stars, this is not meant to be a negative review, on the contrary. It's just a small note that I'm sure can be resolved in the future.

28/12/2024: Just one word: excellent. The only regret is that I had overdone it the night before and was in an "alcoholic hangover" and was unable to test a monstrous cellar

17/12/2024: Absolute excellence. Excellent bar excellent aperitif spectacular location excellent service good price. Not to be missed in Bra.
