05/02/2026: What can I say, a unique experience with unique dishes. I chose the "percorsi" tasting menu. AMAZING. An experience you absolutely must do if you're in the area.
02/02/2026: The restaurant is surrounded by somewhat dilapidated buildings and trattoria-like signs that make you wonder if you're in the right place. Fortunately, once you're inside and savor their dishes, any doubts vanish, leaving room for the satisfaction of savoring high-quality cuisine.
Of the many Michelin-starred restaurants I've visited in Piedmont, this is certainly one of the best. Each dish was refined and well-crafted, never lacking in nonsense or neglecting flavors and textures.
The service was good but aseptic (just a quick briefing about the dish and off we went), a bit slow (we sat down at 1:00 PM, got up after 4:00 PM), and even the chef was glimpsed in the dining room for just 30 seconds to greet someone I believe was a regular.
So perhaps I missed the guidance during the tasting experience, but that's a very subjective factor.
The price was truly excellent.
Ultimately, this is a restaurant you absolutely must try. Highly recommended.

20/12/2025: The idea was to grab a quick pizza, but when we saw the fish... We had a delicious fish dinner, including dessert. Despite the restaurant being packed, the waiters were very helpful and quick. Thank you for the excellent dinner.

The last time I ordered coffees, after a very long wait, we gave up.

01/06/2025: Locale inserito nel Ricetto di Candelo, antico borgo medievale!! Mura antiche che all’interno custodiscono un gioiello dell’ingegno umano: un torchio imponente. Ambienti affascinanti e citatissimi, cucina e servizio eccellenti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Valore aggiunto del ristorante è il suo proprietario, Alberto, un vero anfitrione e chaperone!!

05/02/2026: In the heart of Biella, this fantastic restaurant and pizzeria has absolutely amazing fresh food, with top notch ingredients.
We had the mixed fritto misto as an entree and pizzas.
Friendly service, we were lucky enough to have a whole room to ourselves since it was during lunch, but I can assure that dinner is a whole different business!

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside was perhaps the slightly high price for what we ate.

15/02/2026: We'd been to the restaurant in previous years and hadn't had the best experience. For Valentine's Day, we decided to give it a second chance... terrible idea!
The evening was a disaster; we waited an hour between courses, they didn't remember what menu we'd chosen, and the food was nothing special.
The only positive was the beautiful dining room.
When it came time to pay, we didn't even get an apology.
Highly not recommended!
05/12/2025: We chose this place to celebrate my dad's birthday. The place is very welcoming and well-maintained.
We had a delicious focaccia with cured meats, made in a wood-fired oven. Then we had a first course appetizer and a pizza, all excellent. Special mention goes to the chocolate cake, which was truly delicious.
The waitress was very friendly, kind, and helpful.
One of the best restaurants in Biella, in my opinion.

06/04/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di fermarmi, per pranzo, con la mia famiglia in questo posto meraviglioso, che affaccia sul lago di Viverone.
Essendo una bella giornata di sole e calda, abbiamo optato per mangiare all'esterno all'ombra di un grandissimo albero e con la splendida visuale sul lago, ma il ristorante offre anche posti a sedere all'interno. Il menù è vario, sia nel mangiare che nel bere. La qualità del cibo è davvero ottima e i piatti sono particolari e curati nella presentazione. Il ristorante offre anche il servizio di menù bimbi, di cui noi abbiamo usufruito. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Sicuramente un posto consigliato e dove ritorneremo, ci siamo trovati molto bene.
