05/02/2026: What can I say, a unique experience with unique dishes. I chose the "percorsi" tasting menu. AMAZING. An experience you absolutely must do if you're in the area.

02/02/2026: The restaurant is surrounded by somewhat dilapidated buildings and trattoria-like signs that make you wonder if you're in the right place. Fortunately, once you're inside and savor their dishes, any doubts vanish, leaving room for the satisfaction of savoring high-quality cuisine. Of the many Michelin-starred restaurants I've visited in Piedmont, this is certainly one of the best. Each dish was refined and well-crafted, never lacking in nonsense or neglecting flavors and textures. The service was good but aseptic (just a quick briefing about the dish and off we went), a bit slow (we sat down at 1:00 PM, got up after 4:00 PM), and even the chef was glimpsed in the dining room for just 30 seconds to greet someone I believe was a regular. So perhaps I missed the guidance during the tasting experience, but that's a very subjective factor. The price was truly excellent. Ultimately, this is a restaurant you absolutely must try. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: It presents itself as a trattoria, but the prices are a bit less so. Very slow service. It took us an hour just to order, obviously finishing the water and two plates of bread due to hunger. The place was pretty empty, so the problem wasn't even the number of people. They placed us on enclosed verandas, it was so hot it hurts, and with only two tables at table, the noise was deafening. After a good hour without even seeing the menu, a small woman with a disturbing look shows up and starts listing the dishes. Unfortunately, I can't decide without a piece of paper in my hand. Okay, I'll take it more simply to avoid making a mistake. Another 40 minutes pass, and everything arrives. The food is good but nothing special. We have the bad idea of ​​asking for dessert; first, there's the problem of intercepting the waiter. Time passes, so we always order dessert by voice. 9 euros for a slice of chocolate sponge cake, saved. At that point, after three hours of waiting for a plate of pasta and a slice of cake, we're at the cash register. The first thing he asks us is if we want a receipt, which he obviously doesn't give us. In short, 82 euros for two for a plate of ravioli, water, and a slice of cake. The cover charge is 4 euros.

14/03/2026: The Neapolitan-style pizza is good, with many variations and delicacies... The restaurant menu is also noteworthy... Most of the dishes are made to order... The staff is always friendly and helpful. On certain days, reservations are recommended.

28/01/2026: The atmosphere is refined and intimate, the service is professional but not cold. It's one of those places for special occasions, where you feel comfortable and, above all, you eat well. It's a journey through flavors, excellent value for money.
