10/08/2025: It's the first time in decades that we've been asked to leave the restaurant because we were terrified of having to deal with a problem—a fruit allergy—in a place where they basically only serve meat. We were asked to move a few dozen meters and eat at the restaurant across the street. The owner didn't have the courage to ask us to get up and leave, which was a truly poor move. I'd already noticed when making our reservation the day before, so it wasn't without warning, that managing my vegetarian diet could be a problem (she offered me raw meat!?), but that's never a problem. But panicking about serving agnolotti and vitello tonnato out of concern for possible fruit contamination seems truly exaggerated and dictated by anxiety. So much so that we then had lunch at another restaurant almost next door. Not being able to offer a caprese salad, tomato gnocchi, or grilled tomini cheese, DEFINITELY without fruit, is really too much! This shows little attention to their business and customer needs. Shame on them.

21/06/2025: È stata una cena squisita sulla terrazza con vista. Siamo partiti da un antipasto leggero di pesce (fettine di spada e tonno) e tortino di melanzane, per passare ai primi dal gusto delicato (gnocchetti e ravioli), a seguire i secondi di carne (brasato e agnello) ma anche il salmone in crosta di sesamo. Abbiamo concluso il tutto con dei desserts ottimi. Il tutto accompagnato da un buonissimo barbera e dalla cortesia e simpatia del proprietario. L'impiattamento molto elegante ci ha permesso di assaporare il cibo dedicandogli il giusto tempo.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo optato per una cena di pesce: capesante e carpaccio di tonno e spada come antipasti e polipo come secondo. Tutto perfetto.
Come dolci crema brule' con granella di nocciole e tiramisu, tutti e due super!
Una piacevole sorpresa e i nostri complimenti anche per l'atmosfera e la cordialita'

20/08/2025: We stayed one night at Cascina Spinerola Charme & Relax and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is picturesque, nestled in the Monferrato countryside, and the Arborea spa is well-maintained, offering a comprehensive program that offers moments of true relaxation. Clean rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff made our stay very pleasant.
Why 4 stars instead of 5?
The only thing that left us perplexed was the type of eggs at the breakfast buffet: they were Category 3. This means they come from intensive farms, where the hens live in cramped quarters, without access to the outdoors, in unsustainable conditions, and of inferior quality. For a property so committed to well-being and attention to detail, it would be desirable to offer higher-quality eggs, sourced from more respectful farms and not the worst ones available on the market.
Overall, it was a very positive stay, and with this small adjustment, it could easily become a full 5 stars.
16/08/2025: If you're looking for relaxation, good food, peace, and impeccable service, this is the place for you! The lovingly prepared dishes, the pool with its picturesque view, and the stylish spa area will make any vacationer's heart beat faster! We'd love to come back!

The pizza is truly excellent, with a soft crust and, most importantly, not burnt. The service was fast and organized.

Excellent quality ingredients, excellent presentation, well-balanced portions for the €25 tasting menu. Recommended. The owner and waitress, who handled table service, orders, and cash register all by themselves, put in a great effort, with the restaurant packed both inside and out. Compliments to the chef, and our appreciation, because it's not easy managing everything with young people who disdain offers of work in the restaurant business.
Reservations are recommended, as is the rest of the restaurant.
Well done, go ahead, be proud!!!!
31/07/2025: What a surprising little restaurant in the heart of Nizza Monferrato! We had the smaller €25 menu. It started with a delicious, surprising amuse-bouche from the house. Then we had an appetizer, pasta, and dessert. Everything was delicious and festively presented. We had delicious warm bread and a delicious Dolcetto from their own production. The lady who served us was friendly and professional. All in all, highly recommended!

22/03/2025: Da anni abbiamo il piacere di frequentare questo ristorante e l'esperienza è sempre davvero impeccabile. Appena entrati, siamo accolti con calore e professionalità dal personale, che ci fa sentire subito a nostro agio. L'ambiente è accogliente, elegante ma senza eccessi, con una piacevole atmosfera che invoglia al relax.
Il menù offre una selezione variegata, che spazia dai piatti della tradizione locale a proposte più creative. Ogni portata che abbiamo assaggiato è preparata con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, e i sapori sono davvero equilibrati.
Anche il servizio è sempre impeccabile: il personale è disponibile, sorridente e pronto a consigliare i piatti con entusiasmo, senza mai essere invadenti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente ottimo, considerando l’alta qualità dei piatti e l’attenzione ai dettagli.
In conclusione, è sempre un'esperienza che ci ha completamente soddisfatti e che sicuramente ripeteremo. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un ristorante dove mangiare bene in un ambiente tranquillo e raffinato.
05/01/2025: Locale semplice e accogliente, personale molto gentile. Ristorante scelto per ogni occasione da festeggiare, cucina ottima grazie allo chef Luca e ingredienti genuini. Carta dei vini molto assortita. Da provare i plin al ragù d’arrosto e la tarte tatin, per non parlare dell’orologio di formaggi servito con mostarda e miele. Conto più che onesto rispetto all’alta qualità proposta.

We had different pizzas which were all good. (the dough is thin in the middle, which is absolutely fine for me) it comes straight from a stone oven.
We felt comfortable here and can definitely recommend it.

I was a guest of one of my aunts and I found this place by pure chance on the internet, but it was a fantastic discovery due to the friendliness, hospitality, education and professionalism of Mr. Giorgio, who explained the dishes with great care and gave us the best advice. Well-prepared dishes with a lot of attention to detail from presentation to taste and I take this opportunity to compliment the chef and his staff. I will certainly return with friends and recommend it to everyone.
14/04/2025: Guest of friends from Turin, from our arrival the service was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that accompanied the entire evening.
The menu based on mussels (very fresh!) did not disappoint: each dish was studied in detail and presented with attention. The environment was intimate but lively, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends.
Overall, a very positive experience that I hope to repeat soon.
A note of appreciation for Mr. Giorgio who made sure that our evening always went smoothly: thank you!!

14/07/2025: A beautiful location for this historic Asti pizzeria. The wait was too long for a Friday night. The pizza was acceptable, but the overall quality fell short of my expectations. The tables were partly rusty, with plain paper placemats. I was highly recommended the dessert (€6), but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the quality.

03/06/2025: Il Corona per me il miglior ristorante della zona. Sabato abbiamo cenato fuori sulla terrazzetta nella bellissima location. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento ai dettagli. Menù spettacolare: grande scelta di ottimi antipasti, carne squisita, e…..le acciughe fritte fantastiche. Grande scelta dei vini grazie anche alla loro fornitissima cantina con acquisti anche online. Il mio posto del cuore.
24/04/2025: Viaggio di piacere, su consiglio della proprietaria del B&B siamo stati a cena in questo grazioso ristorante. Atmosfera rilassante e cordiale. Piatti gustosi e curati. Servizio ottimo. Cantina dei vini molto fornita e di ottima qualità. Prezzo un po’ più alto della norma.
