18/12/2023: Buona cucina, porzioni abbondanti. Peccato che i coperti siano pochi e spesso si mangia gomito a gomito. D’estate c’è possibilità di mangiare all’aperto coperto. Sono stato negativamente sorpreso dai prezzi che sono aumentati.
Servizio non male, proprietario esperto e disponibile.

24/02/2024: Il mio ristorante preferito della zona.
Menu semplice ma allo stesso ricercato, in tutti questi anni penso di aver provato quasi tutto e non sono mai rimasta delusa.
Davide ed il suo staff sono sempre cordiali e preparati.
In assoluto consiglio il vitello tonnato che mi ricorda quello di mia nonna , quindi una bomba !

30/03/2024: Good pizza, although not exceptional. But the dough was well made because it didn't give me any digestion problems. Friendly staff. Fast service. Ample parking possibilities.
We also tried the bruschetta. Very good. Let's get to the negative points: Place with bad acoustics because it is very noisy. I don't recommend the place for a quiet dinner if it's full of people. Knives that don't cut. Prices a little high, especially the drinks: Coca Cola (in a plastic bottle!) at €4.80 seems a little exaggerated to me...
27/03/2024: Good Neapolitan pizza but now considering the increased prices and the city competition, net of the fact that it is more difficult to reach as it is very much on the outskirts (Alessandria industrial area) it has lost a bit... In practice you go there with pleasure but the next time you're looking for something else to stay in the city since you spend the same in other places where perhaps the pizza is even better.

Cucina Location Personale all'altezza.
Lo Chef è strepitoso con grandi capacità estro creativo e maestria nell'elaborazione personale dei piatti.
Il posto che dire..sembra di essere caduti dentro una fiaba di quelle che leggevamo da bambini.
Tutto il personale è attento e preparato, dedica il massimo dell'attenzione e non lascia nulla al caso.
Davvero indimenticabile.

18/11/2023: Ristorante per chi cerca un luogo ideale per riuscire a parlare senza chiasso, serviti in modo eccezionale, con una bellissima vista, con un menù fantastico e portate preparate in modo magistrale senza cadere nel perimetro dell'odiosa nouvelle cuisine. Sicuramente nella top 5 dei migliori ristoranti dove sia stato a questo livello. Prezzo assolutamente corretto in rapporto, come già sottolineato, alla qualità sublime della cucina, delle materie prime e del servizio.

24/03/2024: If you are in the area, even about twenty km from Pessine, it is worth traveling a little further and having lunch or dinner at the Passeggeri restaurant. Abundant dishes, excellent cuisine, mostly homemade first courses, delicious. I recommend the gnocchi with Castelmagno and the linguine with seafood, in this dish there are more clams, mussels and shrimp than linguine. The second course is a nice mixed fried dish, not at all greasy and with a light batter. Super recommended.

01/02/2024: Very nice restaurant, probably one of the most elegant in the area. An eye on tradition with also innovative and experimental combinations. Absolutely try the Gavi risotto, the best ever. Vast wine list, with quality bottles for all budgets, let us advise you, and a truly fascinating historic cellar. In summer the internal courtyard is an oasis.

26/04/2024: I had lunch with a sports car club, great place, service ok, a rich starter. The only flaw is the wine, a local dessert that didn't excite me.
24/04/2024: A truly special place. It is located a few meters from the main road but incredibly makes you feel like you are in the middle of nature and away from any inhabited center. Surrounded by greenery and the historic villa itself is wonderful. The staff is highly qualified and very kind. Very clean facility. The only flaw is perhaps the gym (for those interested), there are few tools and machines but it can be done.

10/03/2024: One of the best restaurants in Alessandria, excellent cuisine and excellent service. Definitely my favorite at the moment.
I had dinner with foreign colleagues and I asked for a tasting (55 euros) with a triptych of quality Piedmontese wines... Alta Langa di Serafino, Timorasso di Massa, Barbera di Ratti, Barolomdi Gaja... Total... expensive but not exaggerated. Around 100 euros.
But it's worth it all... just for the numerous interludes such as amuse bouche, pre-dessert and coffee with sweets... in short, here you are in the high range. Nel.resto.di alessandria, excellent quality and service but of a slightly lower range.

30/01/2024: Il posto è veramente incantevole, i piatti buoni ma senza effetto WOW, buono e attento il servizio.
Un po' lunghi i tempi di attesa e la carta dei vini è un po' scarna anche con le proposte fuori carta.
Il costo è correttamente proporzionato a quanto proposto.
Tutto sommato ci tornerei volentieri, nonostante l'acustica non ottimale.
30/01/2024: The place is truly enchanting, the dishes are good but without the WOW effect, the service is good and attentive.
The waiting times are a bit long and the wine list is a bit sparse even with the off-list options.
The cost is correctly proportionate to what is proposed.
All in all I would happily go back, despite the less than optimal acoustics.

07/09/2023: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante dove eravamo già stati sotto una precedente gestione. Seduti in una bella corte, ho preso carne salada con involtini di melanzane e robiola, piatto buono e abbondante e come secondo piatto una grigliata mista di carne, anche questa buona e abbondante (ma bisognerebbe procurare un coltello più adatto per le costine). Conto onestissimo e sembrerebbe tutto perfetto, ma c'è un ma. Tempi d'attesa troppo lunghi: quasi mezz'ora per avere il primo piatto e poco meno di unora tra il primo piatto e il secondo. Avremmo voluto prendere qualcos'altro, ma sfiniti dall'attesa non ce la siamo sentita di ordinare i dolci e ricominciare ad aspettare.
Coraggio: questo locale può aspirare al massimo della valutazione, ma serve un pò di riorganizzazione della cucina /servizio

25/02/2024: Excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes with 0 km ingredients. Wine list consisting of selected local wines. An absolutely characteristic location because it was created inside a tuff infernot with an exposed brick vault. Advise.
