Crescia with sausage and sautéed chicory was delicious—not the usual puff pastry, but slightly leavened, unique, I must say—and I was pleasantly surprised. The sirloin with lard and orange—I needn't even say it. Definitely generous portions. Authentic Marche cuisine in a unique location. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner is a true gem himself. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

20/09/2025: Restaurant-Wine Bar-Rooms La Marchigiana, a historic restaurant in Saranno, features several beautifully furnished and very clean rooms. First time for lunch with my wife. Starters with local products (local Marche ciaiuscolo from Monterotti), the first course with hare ragù, then a mixed grilled roast (spectacular lamb) grilled in plain view and washed down with a red from Erasmo Castelli. Impeccable service with qualified staff. Wine bar well stocked with important labels. The negative part of this experience was the wait for the roast, which didn't quite arrive "scottadito" style. But it was a very positive culinary experience and worth repeating!

31/10/2025: A bit disappointing compared to a few years ago. Excellent first courses and satisfying portions, the second courses a bit meager: the sardines a scottadito were good, but maybe only about ten! The mixed gratin dishes were served in an unappealing way and gratin dishes only in name!!! Not enough and filled with really soggy breadcrumbs!!! I don't recommend it these days!!

03/10/2025: EXCELLENT. The food at this historic restaurant in the center is spectacular. We ate wonderfully, and there was truly a lot of attention paid to the service. Everything was delicious and traditional from Macerata. Vincisgrassi, ciauscolo, and varnelli, all seasonal, like the truffles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The staff is also wonderful; Andrea, the waiter, was exceptional. P.S. The braised beef in the photo is a half portion (my boyfriend ate the other half).
