06/04/2026: Wonderful place just a stone's throw from the sea, top-notch food and even American fare, wonderful staff, but the one who stood out the most was Carlo, a masterful performance, a real highlight.

The food is amazing.
The staff is more than friendly, never intrusive, and the explanations of the dishes are superb.
The wine cellar is very varied.

28/02/2026: Everything was excellent!!! From the perfect service (kind, professional), the very welcoming atmosphere, to the EXCELLENT food!!! The raw ingredients were of the highest quality, the dishes were very well presented, and the portions were generous (more than a Michelin-starred chef). I will definitely be back.

The quality of the food, especially the meat, is very high. The service is friendly, attentive, and always available. Excellent wine cellar.
The only drawback is the price of the dessert, which dramatically increases the otherwise average final bill.

29/03/2026: If you're in Macerata, Da Rosa restaurant is a must-see. The welcoming and well-kept venue makes you feel instantly at home. The food is truly excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients that come through in every bite.
But the real gem is the owner: kind, friendly, and always ready to make guests feel at ease, making the experience even more enjoyable. A place where you eat well and feel right at home. Highly recommended!

22/03/2026: Everything was excellent! The fish dinner was delicious, and my 3- and 1-year-olds loved the gnocchi, tagliatelle, and fried fish! The fries weren't the usual ones, but rather slices of fried potatoes! Excellent! Well done! I'd gladly return (traveling from Puglia to Emilia Romagna with a one-night stop in Civitanova).

The quality and attention to detail have remained the same over time. The service is impeccable, attentive, and friendly, and the cuisine is meticulously prepared and in keeping with seasonality and detail. The wine list is adequate, if not extensive. Recommended.

Excellent quality food and just the right portions.
Excellent and always attentive service. The only negative is that I would pay a little less for some dishes. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
If I have the chance, I'll go back.
