08/01/2025: I leave satisfied from a place managed with professionalism and friendliness. I only ate agnolotti and chicory but they were excellent. I also give the stars out of confidence on the dishes I saw being passed around and the cleanliness I noticed everywhere: from the dining room to the bathrooms. I highly recommend this beautiful temple of Italian cuisine where you can feel the dedication to work and to the customer.

19/01/2025: Lunch with family, small and well-kept restaurant, housed in the butcher's shop of the manager who is a very sociable person who immediately puts you at ease, the service guys are kind and polite. We ate: crescia with fresh sausage and sautéed chicory, all three excellent, tasting good cheeses but with blueberry gorgonzola which in my opinion is a gamble, we didn't like it much. Then we took a 1.6 kg Florentine steak for 4 people, very good meat and cooked perfectly. The only note I would look for is something to keep the meat a little warmer in addition to the hot dish. Very good fried creams and the tiramisu is also good. Good choice of wines both from the territory and from other regions. Important bill but in line with the quality of the raw materials. We will return to taste the first courses we skipped (otherwise we wouldn't have finished the Florentine steak) and other cuts of meat that look very inviting.

19/01/2025: Exceptional place! We had an appetizer, first and second courses, guided by the owner, a very nice and easy-going person. The raw materials are excellent and this certainly makes the difference. Great selection of wines. I would definitely go back, highly recommended!

14/01/2025: A tavern with typical regional dishes. You should make a reservation as it is also very popular with locals. A nice menu with very good pasta and very good meat dishes. Service very friendly. Price performance top.

04/01/2025: I had stopped writing reviews a while ago but for the Taverna di Ro I make an exception. We were in Cingoli for a short holiday, even in a period that was not exactly in season, but it was very useful to get to know this place. Typical, nice, with quality raw materials, with excellent service. I highly recommend it and would happily go back, if it weren't 400 km of road!

01/02/2025: Today we enjoyed a delicious lunch together with our friends Jeroen and Marleen. MO.MA is highly recommended, all dishes taste great! Everyone in the service is also equally friendly 👌🏻

29/01/2025: I have now been to this restaurant five times, the food is always very good and the menu is always different. It always full at lunch time, but there are plenty of tables. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. I always look forward to eating there and never disappointed.

04/02/2025: Eravamo capitati qui in passato, sempre molto apprezzato. Questa volta siamo rimasti ancora più colpiti dalla preparazione, dall'ambiente, dal personale e dai piatti! Ci hanno riservato un tavolo in una stanza super riservata, servizio perfetto e piatti deliziosi! Decisamente SODDISFATTI!!!

30/11/2024: Other times from Mix but always more satisfying. This time Massimo has outdone himself (at least after my long absence!). I recommend "the weekly tasting menu", the one with St. Peter's as a choice. I found everything amazingly good. In particular: Tagliolini (Campofilone pasta) sautéed with chopped mantis shrimp and its broth with poached egg; obviously the slice of San Pietro with bagna cauda, ​​turnip tops and hazelnuts. I'll stop here but there was more, including the various types of bread, to be kept on another table, no matter how good they were. Also good was the Florentine Maurizio (and Giuditta on the music) and Massimo's Piero Angela.

12/01/2025: Abbiamo scelto menù primo e secondo e dolce per due, Primi eccezionali. Secondi idem. Dolcetti super ghiotti, Una bottiglia di vino rosso della casa buono. Conto 35€ a testa. Bravi 👏

21/01/2025: io e i miei famigliari siamo stati diverse volte nel giro di poco tempo in questo ristorante........abbiamo trovato tre situazioni molto diverse tra di loro.....la prima volta con mia moglie a cena.....ambiente tranquillo locale piccolo e sobriamente arredato (e pur sempre una trattoria) pietanze classiche della tradizione marinara locale.....porzioni soddisfacenti e prezzi molto concorrenziali.......la volta successiva a cena di venerdì sembrava di essere allo stadio locale stracolmo con comitive "fragorose" non riuscivamo a sentirci nel nostro tavolo.......l'ultima volta con mia figlia a pranzo situazione normale.......piatti ben cucinati...nota di merito la frittura mista molto buona.......che dire locale "onesto" con prezzi onesti ma senza grandissime pretese.........una cosa mi è poco piaciuta......il personale vestito come fosse a casa propria...!!!?? non ci vuole molto a mettersi una tshirt bianca o una semplice pannella sopra gli abiti.......a mio avviso è più igienico più rispettoso e sicuramente più professionale e carino.........locale da consigliare? si per la semplicità e correttezza dei prezzi.......

26/01/2025: Like eating at someone's home for the freshness and simplicity of the food. Good value for money obviously although an improvement in the friendliness of the owner would also help attract more customers and perhaps return.

02/01/2025: Ristorante consigliatissimo . A conduzione familiare , tutto ottimo e genuino, piccolo, carino, immerso nel verde. Tappa da non perdere lungo la strada da Macerata verso Sarnano

10/12/2024: eine sehr urige Lokalisation - ein vorbeigehender Passant (und auch Stammgast) machte uns darauf aufmerksam und wir haben seine Empfehlung nicht bereut. Eine Platte mit lokalem Käse, Schinken und Salami als Antipasti, danach Tagliatelle con Funghi und ein leichtes Tiramisu danach - alles top. Überaus freundliches Personal, ein Digestiv aufs Haus nach dem Espresso - wir hatten einen sehr guten Abend hier. Und das Lokal ist urig - wir sassen an dem Tisch mit der Reiseliteratur und den otoalben, die vermutlich von einem Angehörigen der Familie stammte.
