02/12/2024: Very welcoming, slightly 80s atmosphere which I personally love. Friendly staff, fast service despite the place being full. The starter: the coratella was really good, 5 stars, cut into pieces that were a little too small in my opinion, but that's subjective and debatable. The starter was good...the buffalo mozzarella was excellent, very fresh and tasty. The first courses: good tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, the trio of first courses included two cannelloni mignon with meat, two with ricotta and a ravioli or panzerotto filled with the same sauce, I didn't like it much. The grill: the lamb was good, what we didn't really like was the pork... unfortunately the meat arrived at the table almost lukewarm, it wasn't cold but we didn't miss it... The general impression was that it was not cooked on the grill but in the oven... cooked initially and reheated just before serving it... We also found it very dehydrated... The desserts, the pistachio semifreddo, are good, I don't recommend the tozzetti, while the cooked wine is really good. The price is honest, the products served with the starter and the first courses are of quality, with the second courses we probably ended up on an unfavorable day. The dish of the day was a polenta lasagna which we didn't have but which looked really good.

30/11/2024: Other times from Mix but always more satisfying. This time Massimo has outdone himself (at least after my long absence!). I recommend "the weekly tasting menu", the one with St. Peter's as a choice. I found everything amazingly good. In particular: Tagliolini (Campofilone pasta) sautéed with chopped mantis shrimp and its broth with poached egg; obviously the slice of San Pietro with bagna cauda, ​​turnip tops and hazelnuts. I'll stop here but there was more, including the various types of bread, to be kept on another table, no matter how good they were. Also good was the Florentine Maurizio (and Giuditta on the music) and Massimo's Piero Angela.

25/11/2024: Very nice place, fast and attentive staff. I really liked the chef's proposal, who immediately intervened with his advice to facilitate orders given the large table we represented. I liked (personal opinion) the frankness of the manager and his no-frills cuisine, with quality raw materials and cooking of the meat as per tradition (no compromises accepted!). I will definitely come back!

01/12/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo per un battesimo e già la location nonostante fosse novembre era comunque bella e curata, il menù che abbiamo mangiato era buono e di porzioni giuste non esagerate ma ripassavano all'occorrenza

01/09/2024: Servizio puntuale e cortese, cibo molto, molto buono. Gratinati di frutti di mare buonissimi, sautè di cozze da gustare in religioso silenzio e per concludere spiedini di calamari tenerissimi. Ci rivedremo 💪🏻

08/12/2024: Dinner with friends and the idea of ​​spending a nice evening in this beautiful place already frequented on other occasions. We immediately found a cold and not very empathetic welcome from the staff. Normal starter, when we arrived at the cuts ordered in 3 different preparations, all 10 diners had the same difficulty chewing the meat which on the first piece was very hard and inedible to the point that it was left on the table. Upon our kind complaint (perhaps an unsuitable cut of meat as we tried to justify) the waiter with arrogance and rudeness confirmed to us that the food was in their (the chef's) opinion absolutely good and regular, further adding that it really didn't concern him. Whereupon, immediately getting up from the table, we paid, obviously only for what we had consumed, and with the cashier's apologies we left. A bad experience that doesn't do justice to the tasteful place we knew.

The roast suckling pig cooked for 50 hours was the highlight, it melts in the mouth, the melon cream soup with frozen fjord milk and raw ham was very interesting. . highly recommended.

28/11/2024: Pranzo di lavoro organizzato da colleghi di fuori regione e mi sono stupita che, pur essendo l’unica maceratese, non lo conoscessi! Una vera piacevole sorpresa, non me l’aspettavo! Abbiamo scelto la degustazione ed è stata l’occasione per assaggiare delle vere esplosioni di gusto. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi vuole fare un salto di qualità.

24/11/2024: Il pranzo da Ninetta è stato molto piacevole.....ci è stato consigliato da un collega per cui non sapevamo se ci sarebbe piaciuto.....gli antipasti vari e molto sfiziosi, i primi e i secondi abbondanti con ingredienti di qualità.....a chiudere un ottimo moscato.Di sicuro non è una trattoria dove si spende poco, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è adeguato.Ve lo consiglio

23/11/2024: A family run restaurant that takes much pride in their food and service. Located in the medieval town portion of Sarnano, which is a treat to visit in itself. The interior brick design is stunning. Good wine, pasta and truffles are exactly why you would go here. LOVE. Highly recommend.
