It will take you inside its world, with the discovery of each product and each producer behind the preparation of each dish. Nothing is left to chance, and the search for raw materials is nothing short of exemplary, if everyone worked like this, IT WOULD BE A BETTER WORLD! Simply a beautiful experience, pampering for the customer and delights for the palate. I highly recommend it to those who appreciate the good behind things, and have a palate trained to recognize valid products from less so, for all the others who write that the menu has two courses, are used to classic tourist menus with 300 dishes and not even one of them is eatable. Not to mention his bread!!! I personally requested that it be brought back to me due to its great goodness! Thanks Sigismondo, keep it up!

Simply fantastic dinner: each dish is an explosion of authentic flavours, thanks to the highest quality raw materials, carefully selected by the owner and strictly zero kilometre. The wine list is refined and surprising, perfectly paired with the dishes. Impeccable service, attentive but never intrusive. A culinary experience to remember. I will definitely be back!

Cosa dire personale di enorme disponibilità e cortesia, sempre presenti e con il sorriso , ma mai invadenti o fastidiosi, piatti preparati con sapienza e gusto. 29/05/2025: I think it is very difficult to find a restaurant of similar quality to this excellent cuisine I who love good food normally skip the appetizer but in this case I wanted to test the dish resulted high quality cured meats (Montemonaco pork butchery) pork and beef loin carpaccio barley and Ascoli olives with battered vegetables various first courses from gourmet cuisine spoiled for choice I personally enjoyed stuffed ravioli and porcini mushrooms and also pistachio gnocchi the second courses vast choice of meats. Quality price 5 stars. Compliments to Raffale owner and chef? And all the staff Moral of the review if you want to eat well this is the right place PS better to book.

22/05/2025: Fried mixed seafood with a side of vegetables for 10, slightly crunchy, finished dinner accompanied by a very good traditional Paoletti foam of the place, practically zero oil residues on the fingers I highly recommend it both to eat on the spot, napkins are available, some tables to lean on and sit on and definitely also highly recommended Takeaway. I will definitely go back when I am in these parts or during my travels, an experience to repeat I highly recommend it. Be careful, the oil practically does not change it often more, so much so that the frying in addition to being crunchy delicate with the oil that is changed often is a spectacle.

The service is impeccable: the staff is very courteous and helpful, always attentive, but never intrusive. The food is excellent: it is a real tasting experience, with dishes taken care of in the smallest details, expertly prepared and well-balanced in flavors. You can perceive the quality of the raw materials and the expertise in the kitchen. The menu is very characteristic and original; perhaps it could be specified when a dish is designed for two people and the relative price refers to only one. Overall, a restaurant that I highly recommend to those looking for refined cuisine, high-level service and a pleasant atmosphere. I will gladly return!

10/05/2025: Eccezionale,abbiamo assaggiato il menù degustazione “ a mano libera “ e devo dire che: se ami la cucina, la ricerca immersa nella tradizione, sei sicuramente nel posto giusto. Ogni piatto racconta una storia, ogni piatto ti riporta a dei momenti e questo è sempre l’obiettivo di una brigata di cucina ambiziosa. I ragazzi di Attico sul mare centrano il bersaglio in pieno. Parlando della sala, preparati su ogni dettaglio, dal servizio alle curiosità legate ai piatti. Carta dei vini per tutte le tipologie di tasche, ben curata ben strutturata, anche qui hai una folta scelta per girare il mondo in un bicchiere. Davvero davvero complimenti, sopratutto ( e non è mai scontato ) perché si percepisce la passione e la felicità in ciò che fanno. Ah dimenticavo, il ristorante è bellissimo e L’atmosfera è magica, tutto questo a mio avviso, giustifica e sorregge il prezzo.

The gricia was perfect, cooked to perfection and with an intense and authentic flavour. The traditional wine was a great choice, it paired perfectly with the dish. The chocolate salami and the tart with a mix of local jams were simply divine The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and attentive. The place was welcoming and had a relaxed atmosphere. I stayed during my stay at Sabya beach where I met Enrico, the beach manager, a very kind, welcoming, friendly, thoughtful and attentive to your every request, putting me at ease in a fantastic atmosphere.. the beautiful, clean, fragrant sea.. white sand.. a carefree holiday in complete relaxation.. pampered by all the Sabya staff. Exceptional restaurant, impeccable service, elegant structure, kind and polite staff.. an infinite thank you to Enrico and all the guys who work at the bar. I highly recommend ♡

28/05/2025: Excellent location on the beach, also ideal for business meetings. I had lunch at Sabaya Beach during a meeting and was very satisfied. Refined dishes, with attention to detail and really tasty. Impeccable service: attentive, friendly and punctual. A restaurant that I recommend without hesitation, both for a business lunch and for a relaxed dinner overlooking the sea.
