20/09/2024: Sono stata con mio marito mercoledì sera a cena in questo locale che è davvero bello e accogliente. Strepitose le frasi spiritose sulle lavagne che ho trovato geniali. Il cameriere preparatissimo e gentilissimo. Ci ha spiegato tutti i piatti in maniera dettagliata , soprattutto la descrizione dall'antipasto. Abbiamo preso appunto l'antipasto, che io consiglio vivamente, la.chitarra al ragù, gli arrostiti e i ravioli con speck e pistacchio. Tutto super buono, i ravioli poi consigliatissimo. Il titolare simpaticissimo e sorpresa finale il conto. Io sono di Trento ma una cena così da noi l'avremmo pagato sicuramente il doppio. Sicuramente se ripassiamo torniamo sicuramente. Ultima considerazione...inutile...l'accoglienza del sud è una cosa davvero unica. Complimento a tutto lo staff. Maria

10/08/2024: Una certezza da sempre. Zuppa di legumi, carpacci, tagliere di formaggi con ottima marmellatina, grigliata e arrosticini Vino rosato della casa. Tutto ottimo. Mi sento di fare una sola nota: il tagliere di formaggi aveva un solo tipo di formaggio. Ne metterei almeno 2 :). Grazie ragazzi, a presto

10/12/2024: Very nice place located in a characteristic village of our area, Ripatransone. We went to dinner intrigued by the menu of "le vie di bacco" which has an already established price... contrary to what one might expect in these situations, the portions were generous and the dishes very appetizing and tasty. They also included bitter coffee and a second bottle of wine in the price even though they were off the menu. Kind and affable staff. Beautiful evening...we'll be back for the pizza!!!!

27/10/2024: 10e Lode. Finally a place where catering is done to make customers feel good and not just for profit, a virtue that is sorely lacking in San Benedetto del Tronto. From the dishes to the atmosphere, from the hospitality to the professionalism, in everything you can perceive all the passion that Sigismondo has for this job and all the desire he has to pass it on to his customers. Dinner for couples, we chose the "Giant's Menu", so we could have a taste of each course on the menu. Refined raw materials of exceptional quality, handled with skill by their chef who manages to rewrite traditional flavors with which we all grew up in a modern key. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we will definitely come back to visit you.

10/11/2024: Spiace dirlo ma locali del genere fanno passare la voglia di andare a mangiare. Frittura di calamari e gamberi mi domando dove erano i calamari??? Erano totani per di più unti d’olio che avrà visto centinaia di fritture al terzo pezzo assaggiato passava la voglia di mangiarne altro perché eri nauseato. Fuori di zucca fritti con alici zeppi d’olio senza sentire sapore di alici o di giri di zucca. Esperienza da non ripetere

10/11/2024: Pessimo è fargli un complimento. In primis i calamari si sono rivelati essere totani della peggiore qualità, serviti molli e cotti in un olio che ha visto lustri migliori. Le specialità poi lasciamo stare, olive di pesce che non sapevano di nulla e fiori di zucca molli e di bassa qualità. Prezzo spropositato per la qualità offerta. Esperienza da non ripetere

The portions are generous and the combinations made are excellent, as the flavors combine very well with each other. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, I recommend trying this place.

21/08/2024: The Osteria Cinque Colli in Montefiore dell'Aso proved to be a lucky choice during the 27th Maialata in Piazza, a renowned and always very popular food and wine event in August. After a long wait to taste the specialties of the event, we decided to have dinner in this charming tavern located in the heart of the historic centre, taking advantage of the outdoor seating available. The venue stands out for its suggestive atmosphere, perfectly integrated into the historical context of Montefiore dell'Aso. The service was impeccable: the staff is attentive, courteous and ready to satisfy every need, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. Our gastronomic journey began with a meat tartare enriched with flakes of fresh truffle, an excellent dish in terms of quality and presentation. Subsequently, we savored a mixed fried dish which included perfectly prepared Ascoli olives, crunchy and tasty, and cremini which, with their hint of anise, added a touch of elegance to the dish. The first course, the Monterubbianese fried tagliatelle with truffles, was an authentic revelation: a characteristic specialty with an intense flavour, which won over all the guests. For the second courses, the steak proved to be succulent and cooked just right, while the wild boar stew was expertly cooked, with well-balanced flavours. The capocollo in porchetta, accompanied by a delicate mashed potato, completed our dinner excellently. Everything was accompanied by an excellent Rosso Piceno "Picus", which enhanced each course with its strong and harmonious notes, perfectly framing this culinary experience. In conclusion, the Osteria Cinque Colli is a place that stands out for its hospitality and the quality of the local cuisine offered. The quality-price ratio is absolutely normal, and we will undoubtedly return to visit this tavern. Well done to all the staff for making our evening truly special.

18/08/2024: Nice experience in this tavern which inside reflects the characteristics of the medieval village of which it is part. We had lunch outside enjoying the beautiful view of the valley. The waitresses were good and courteous, which should be the norm in restaurants but which today is unfortunately not so obvious. The fried food and cold cuts are good. The vincisgrassi were excellent, the pappardelle with wild boar ragout was good, the pasta was cooked perfectly although I would have liked a stronger flavour. The cheek on a bed of soft polenta is also very good. The red wines tasted were also good. I was then pleased to see my 3 and a half year old daughter brushing her cutlets with chips. Well breaded and well cooked cutlets, NOT industrial. Well done.

29/11/2024: Like Rome 30 years ago, just a door in a small side street. Behind the door a cozy little traditional but not fixed in the past, simple and very delicious food, the bruschetta with hot tomato vauw, and really nice housewine, really nice staff, thanks

13/07/2024: A real gem of a restaurant that seems like a secret find. I had eaten here in 2007 and remembered having an amazing meal. Returning to Ascoli Piceno at the end of June, I was determined to revisit Del Corso and was not disappointed. The restaurant is located in an untouristed part of Ascoli, which gives it part of its special feel. After so many meals of meat, it was a pleasure to be in a restaurant specializing in fish. We enjoyed a delicious pasta with fish followed by an expertly prepared fritti misti and then fish fillets done in a perfectly favored lemon sauce which we soaked up every bit with lots of bread (and accompanied by a perfectly dressed simple salad as well). Lemon sorbet made for a perfect ending, especially given the heat and humidity. We were thoroughly charmed by the owner/chef, Piera, and her daughter, who served us quietly and professionally with the right amount of humor since our Italian is so bad. With our broken Italian, we had quite the conversation after the restaurant closed. We only wish we would have the opportunity to visit this jewel more often than once every decade or so. Bravo!

22/05/2024: We were there yesterday for lunch. Excellent restaurant in the center of Ascoli but off the tourist routes. Fresh and well cooked fish, the mixed fry is unmissable. Impeccable service.

17/11/2024: Se vogliamo andare sul sicuro, ogni tanto passiamo a trovare Katia ed Alessandro che nel loro ristorante ci accolgono come sempre con il calore di casa e virtuosismi culinari dettati da un estro non usuale e da competenza che denotano studio, ricerca e soprattutto passione. Qui non si sconfina mai in estremismi. Con un occhio rivolto alla tradizione e ottima materia prima e l'altro alla ricerca di nuovi e stimolanti abbinamenti, propongono piatti molto interessanti e degni di nota. Non si possono spiegare le emozioni...bisogna provarle. Carta dei vini selezionati soprattutto del territorio e dolci da alta pasticceria. Lasciatevi quindi guidare dalle vostre intime sensazioni senza pregiudizi alcuni e godrete di una esperienza nuova e gradevole. Bravi.... ci rivedremo presto.

11/09/2024: Siamo stati bene , qualità indiscutibile della materia prima , accostamenti interessanti e piatti curiosi , alcuni accostamenti molto particolari. Abbiamo preso due selezione di antipasti , un primo , un secondo e due dolci. Due calici di vino e due acque e due caffe. Conto 110 Euro. Eravamo titubanti lette alcune recensioni critiche , ma siamo rimasti soddisfatti dalla qualità del cibo e dal servizio sempre cortese e poco invadente. Se cercate qualcosa di diverso da mangiare e' consigliato anche se qualche accostamento potrebbe non piacere , ma penso che nel tentativo di assaggiare cose nuove ci sia la possibilità che un piatto possa non piacere. Il dolce finale con la "brioscina calda" da inzuppare nello zabaglione mi ha portato in estasi.
