09/06/2026: I heard it has changed ownership, but being in Cremona and staying around the corner, l had to see if it stands up to its previous reputation.
We actually came here twice in two weeks, and my daughter picked up takeaway as well.
We certainly did not have to wait long for our order, and the service was good.
The pizzas are still huge and full of flavour, and the wine is extremely good.
The restaurant is small, with plenty of elbow room, but you would not leave it too late to enter.
I"m not sure if you can book, but since being Australians, we were there early.
Great choice if in Cremona and want an authentic Italian pizza.
Love it ❤️
06/06/2026: Excellent experience at this pizzeria, off the beaten track and seemingly frequented mainly by locals and regulars. Very warm welcome and authentic atmosphere, delicious pizzas, excellent value for money. We highly recommend it!

12/05/2026: A friend recommended it to me, and I was right to listen. Everything was delicious, especially the dessert; I loved their version of sbrisolona with apple (super 😋). Plus, everyone is very kind.
Since it's a very popular place, it's best to make a reservation.
(*The 4/5 for the atmosphere is only because it's more like a restaurant than an osteria - otherwise, it's a pleasant, clean, and well-lit place.)

The food isn't particularly good, but at this price, it's hard to ask for more.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous.

16/04/2026: We were passing through Cremona. After visiting the cathedral, we were looking for a restaurant for dinner. We found this osteria. The food was very good, for example, the risotto with foie gras and the pigeon. The wine, Lugana Da Frati, was also excellent. We received very friendly service. Thank you!

10/05/2026: Recommended by a special someone, we went for dinner as a couple of adults and chose the tasting menu: €50 per person with many carefully crafted dishes.
Respect for seasonality and Italian products, including locally sourced ones.
Excellent selection of ingredients.

Wonderful opportunity to purchase many different products at the entrance, with an incredible and niche variety. (Bistro) (Also great gift ideas).

11/05/2026: Very slow and disorganized service.
A piece of beef for 25 euros with no sides whatsoever, not a single vegetable on the plate.
A seafood platter for 25 euros with one langoustine, three shrimp, and only sliced squid.
The value for money was catastrophic. It's bordering on robbery. If a restaurant in France did this, it would end in a scandal. An evening to forget as quickly as possible. France is still ahead when it comes to the art of fine dining.
09/05/2026: High-quality food, truly superb truffle risotto and goose breast, and memorable zabaglione.
The price is right. If you're in Cremona, you can't miss it...

17/05/2026: We dined at Gomedo on Friday evening, opting for the fish menu. What can I say? The food was plentiful (three appetizers, two first courses, desserts, water, and bottled wine included in the menu), excellent quality, and priced at €25 per person, significantly lower than average for similar restaurants. The restaurant grounds are beautifully landscaped and surrounded by nature. The grounds are huge. It was an excellent experience; this is my second visit, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: I did the six course tasting menu with all the wine pairings - excellent! I enjoy this restaurant over Michelin star restaurants because they don’t lose the plot! They are inspired by local traditions and ingredients and deliver delicious!
25/05/2026: The lunch meal that we had at yhis restaurant was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the tables with white tablecloths, nice silverware and wine glasses by Ridel, not to mention proper hand towels in the restroom instead of paper.
Instead of picking dishes for each individual course, we pucked their set menu for 25 Euros, and it was an excellent choice. Each plate of food was nicely presented, perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Getting some extra sweets upon requesting a bill was just the cherry on top.
I can definitely recommend this restaurant. Two thumbs up!

07/01/2026: We were in the company of relatives from Trigolo, a town in the province of Cremona, who invited us to a birthday party. We went to this excellent local inn. The menu had been pre-arranged with the owners and the birthday girl, and included a fantastic cotechino (a type of pork sausage) cooked in the local style, followed by excellent boiled meats with salsa verde and mustard. And to finish, some excellent desserts. The place was beautiful, and the owners and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

15/02/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance for a dinner for two: the place was a bit dated, the food was average (the culatello and marubini were good, the saffron risotto was passable), and the service, unfortunately, was completely inadequate. Left to our own devices after the main course, we waited a long time for someone to offer us dessert. Unfortunately, the maître d', half-hidden around the corner, was busy on his phone, despite there being only four customers in the room. We left our spot and paid the bill (average-high, considering what we'd eaten). What a shame.
20/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant due to its proximity to the hotel. The decor is simple, a bit run-of-the-mill. For the appetizer, a "puff pastry" made of three layers of carasau bread, the kind you'd find at Lidl, filled with burrata and cherry tomatoes. The burrata was fresh and delicious. The dish was a simple one, costing €16. For the first course, paccheri (I don't remember the exact name) with cabbage and a mix of meats. The pasta was a bit too al dente, but the dish was tasty. Water, a glass of wine, and a coffee. Total €88 for two. The price/course ratio was quite exaggerated, I'd say. Would I go back? Definitely not.

29/07/2025: For spaghetti with seafood, a glass of Chianti, a bottle of water, and three covers, I paid €43! Need I say more? Yes, I must add that I paid three covers because the two entrecotes we ordered were cold and arrived sliced! But I ate bread and butter. A great evening. Beautiful location, friendly service, but for me, the food wasn't, and I don't make that a question of price.
