I migliori ristoranti di cucina mediterranea in Cremona

08/12/2024: it is clear that every evaluation is always subjective, but in my opinion some things should be revised. out of tenths I could rate it a 6. I don't allow myself to give advice but I consider the reviews very very generous.

07/12/2024: Alcuni piatti non hanno il giusto contrasto. i ravioli al torrone dovrebbero compensare la dolcezza del ripieno ma il condimento non produce questo effetto e il piatto si presenta troppo asciutto. La carne con il taleggio viene coperta dal sapore forte del formaggio. il servizio è freddo e molto veloce, forse abituato al passaggio dei turisti per pranzo, si ripete nella velocità alla sera.Non sei ancora a tavola, non hai ancora tolto il giubbotto e ti chiedono che acqua vuoi. Fammi almeno sedere perché sono a cena in un ristorante e non in un fast food. il locale è arredato alla rinfusa, ogni tipo di stampa con cornici di vario colore e forma appese ovunque e a volte pure nascoste dietro a mobili che pure sono molto diversi tra loro. Luci bianche che tolgono atmosfera e tengono triste il locale che già ha scelto colori grigi chiaro e scuro che allontanano un calore ed una accoglienza che una osteria dovrebbe avere. Non c è uno stile, non si vede un nesso neanche nella tavola dove bicchieri di vari colori per l'acqua stridono su una tovaglia priva di colore. Non c è un senso estetico, ma se vogliamo è tutto così perché questa mancanza di una idea chiara e distintiva si ripercuote nel servizio e nella cucina. di conseguenza anche i prezzi seppur sotto media non aiutano a migliorare l'esperienza che è cmq positiva perché il cibo era buono, ma non ti lascia un ricordo e non ti fa dire: ci tornerei.

01/12/2024: Informal, but well-kept and decorous place. The difference is made by the service in the room, very competent staff, very kind and accommodating, given my difficult dietary needs. Excellent quality of food and good value for money.

09/12/2024: We arrived a little late but they let us sit anyway. A great experience. The marubini with three broths are a must try, but everything was of excellent quality. It would be worth going there several times to try all the dishes offered... Very friendly and helpful dining room staff, both the kind waitress (whose name I don't remember) and Abdul.

04/08/2024: A positive note is certainly the fact that they also serve gluten-free pizza. The dough is made so that it comes out very thin (perhaps too thin for my taste) and crunchy. Location questionable because it seems small and honestly from the outside (where we were sitting) it looked small.

04/11/2024: With fairly high prices and coperto 5 euros per person, all the food was mediocre: the tartare was streaky and tasteless, the octopus was bland and boring, the ravioli was generally terrible: with rubber cuttlefish and the taste of strange artificial smoke. At the end they brought us a dish of spoiled fish. In the end, the waiters simply apologized and deducted the dish from the bill. No compensation or apology upon leaving, but we could have been poisoned. I don't recommend it!

02/11/2024: Excellent restaurant serving traditional gourmet cuisine. Excellent choice of raw materials and excellent wines. Very nice and professional owner!!! We will definitely be back!!! Young and good chef!!!

11/12/2024: The change in management has completely reversed the opinion I had of this place. Reputation income field built over 40 years. Please at least change the ingredients (which, "at least", the ingredients are fundamental) at that price they are unacceptable. #gigimanchi

19/11/2024: We went here for lunch, the owner isn't the most friendly but at least the food is really good, perhaps one of the best mushroom risottos I've ever eaten! A little dusty environment

15/11/2024: On a trip to Cremona I was ruined in this tavern, right from the welcome given. The owner/chef wants to force you to take a fixed menu for each person booked. ....They tell us that even if you take a dish you have to pay for the full menu. Very rude ways. To be deleted.
