09/07/2024: The Best. If you have an hour or so, stop to taste an encore of tortelli, turkey slices with peas (freshly made) and baked potatoes. All this with bread and water for €13.00. Incredible. Impeccable service, courteous and friendly staff. A well deserved 5 stars.

14/08/2024: “You who enter here, leave hope” Dante is said to have said. Everything is in a beautiful setting, the welcome is cold, the menu is out of date, the Barolo served too hot (12 euros anyway) the lamb chops visibly too strong to be fresh and no gesture to make up for the inedible dish! The tiramisu alone stands out! So go on your way and find something better in the neighborhood, it won't be difficult.

Location questionable because it seems small and honestly from the outside (where we were sitting) it looked small.

11/08/2024: In this restaurant they offer a beautiful combination of the solid Cremonese gastronomic tradition and contemporary creativity, in which contrasting flavors are harmonized with a certain mastery. Like the fattiness of eel with the acidity of fermented vegetables or the sweetness of pear with the flavor of sardines in saor in a Franciacorta risotto. The linguine with fish sauce and prawn tartare are also delicious; the aubergine with tomato and burrata and basil cream reminiscent of Neapolitan parmigiana is very delicate. The bottle of wine is also excellent, always a Franciacorta. In the dining room the service was very courteous, although with some small inattention. The bill reflects well the quality of the experience offered. We are in the Baptistery square of Cremona, a truly particular historical and monumental context, which certainly gives added value to the stop in this restaurant.

11/08/2024: A very good restaurant in the very center of Cremona. For dinner, shrimp tartare, beef tartare and octopus were served. All dishes were very good and the combinations of ingredients were interesting. It's not a cheap restaurant, but it's worth it.

And a great taste in music! Small but perfect selection of delicious plates: A big charcuterie plate to start off with.As well as a uniquely layered Burrata. Home-made pasta. Octopus, could have been cooked a bit longer, but that is a matter of taste. Pheasant cooked in coffee with a yoghurt dressing on a bed of salad was a new discovery and very delicious.😋

10/08/2024: Well renovated place, welcoming not only for the walls, but also for a professional and familiar service!!! I feel at ease... I was with them this evening as they just reopened from their holidays and I was there the evening before they closed! Same exquisite quality in the service as in the dishes!!! The large turbot is excellent, the prawn and calamari skewers are excellent, they melt in your mouth! Bettella's XXL ass is exquisite!!! It's like eating an Iberian ham!! The prawn and avocado tartare... sublime! Between sea and land they have an excellent and excellent choice! One thing that I infinitely appreciate is their firmness in offering excellent quality despite also having a tourist clientele... this is not the case everywhere!!! Anyway.. wine cellar..SUPER!!! 14/05/2024: I wanted to try the restaurant for convenience, but I was skeptical as restaurants connected to hotels have generally always disappointed me. Instead I found food worthy of more renowned restaurants. I ate the stuffed calamari cooked, in my opinion, to perfection with a mix of well-blended flavours. Followed by the Octopus on buffalo stracciatella. it left me speechless, so much so that I was tempted to have a second portion. Perhaps for the wine in the glass he should have allowed a choice between different wines and not put the house one, which is not of excellent quality. The location, on the 4th floor with a view from the terrace over the roofs of Cremona, justifies the name and makes it pleasant to chat at the table. If I return to Cremona, I will definitely return.
