18/12/2024: The hotel is completely renovated. New large elevator. Beautiful renovated rooms. We got a room facing the lake, second floor, amazing view. Hash the man from the reception was very helpful and explained how to get to the parking lot by email, as well as how to check in independently. Amazing attitude. The only problem is that the parking is for an additional fee and there is no choice but to take the parking because I am parking on the street.

29/11/2024: Very nice hotel, completely renovated and opened a few months ago. The rooms are original, spotlessly clean (it has rarely happened to me at this level) and quiet. Excellent welcome and exquisite buffet. Internal parking and location a few steps from the lake. Highly recommended.

17/11/2024: Il posto carino, ma secondo me un po’ troppo datato. Pizza buona, ma nulla di eccezionale. Il prezzo eccessivo. Per due pizze, una bottiglia d’acqua e un dolce 67€.

31/10/2024: La salle est décorée d'œuvres d'art, un vrai plaisir pour les yeux. Les plats sont bons et le service impeccable. La musique est top....une chanson de Metallica 🤘c'est rarissime!!!!

17/02/2025: Locale un po piccolo ma bello, nel centro di Cernobbio ,mangiato bene. Sicuramente da tornare, per assaggiare altre pietanze.

15/02/2025: Visitamos Cernobbio en San Valentín, así que reservamos este restaurante. Era un menú fijo para este día, pero no nos decepcionó. Es un pequeño restaurante lindo con un entorno tranquilo y romántico. La comida era excelente y excelente. El postre era delicioso. En general superó nuestras expectativas. Bien hecho y sigue así. Antes de irnos nos dieron un par de fichas.

02/11/2024: Luogo fantastico che unisce l’ottima cucina del ristorante alla possibilità di visitare una delle ville storiche più prestigiose del Nord Italia. Vista sul lago mozzafiato, percorso nel parco attraverso fontane e cascate, unite alla comodità del parcheggio riservato e alla gentilezza del personale. Davvero un’oasi felice che permette di estraniarsi per qualche ora dalla realtà

20/10/2024: Comida: estupenda Servicio: genial Ambiente: increíble El mayor problema era que la factura era 250 euros más de lo que comíamos. Eran 750 euros pero tenían que ser 500 y dijeron que cometieron un error y lo cambiaron. Pero el problema era que no había ningún precio de la comida en el menú! ¡Así que simplemente decides comer sin ver los precios! Entonces, ¿qué pasa si mi esposo no revisa la factura? Aparte de esto todo era perfecto.

28/10/2024: We are so thankful for Hotel Riviera! Long story: my wife & I were driving a rental car along Tremezzo area, when we encountered two flat tyres at 12 midnight! Called the towing service, and they said they can only tow the next day since it was a Sunday. So we were basically stuck the whole night, and our b&b was at the other side of the lake (1hr 30 minutes drive). We had to scramble for a overnight stay. In desperation, we went to every hotel along the road to find a last minute accommodation, until we found Hotel Riviera. We rang the intercom and the owner, Andrea answered. Thankfully he is fluent in English. Even though he was already getting ready to sleep, he offered us a room for the night. Room is cosy, bed is comfortable & the toilet had heated flooring after a good shower! The next day, we met Andrea in the breakfast area. Andrea & his dad are one of the sweetest & kindest people we met in our Italy trip! He prepared breakfast for all his hotel guests. He happened to be friends with the towing person! He even helped to coordinate with him so that we can have our breakfast before heading to the towing spot. We are just so glad that we survived this situation & thankful for Andrea & his dad! 1 star for the rental car. But 5+ stars for Hotel Riviera! HAHA

29/10/2024: Convenient location for the ferry to reach the various locations, rooms a little outdated but clean and with a view of the lake, plentiful and nice breakfast, very kind staff. I highly recommend

02/10/2024: Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time.... Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine. Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough. It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

15/01/2025: Good small restaurant, with decent dishes. We recommend the risotto with perch and the pizzas.

13/01/2025: 99 euros for 2 starters, a first course and a second course! Well if it had been exceptional I would have accepted it but unfortunately they had been prepared days before with a warmer at the time. I hope you can see it in the photos.

01/10/2024: After a long walk around the lake, we enjoyed a double espresso with a stunning view of the water, accompanied by the charming chimes of bells from a beautiful nearby church. The staff went above and beyond, lighting a fire for our outdoor heating and providing warm blankets, allowing us to savor the classic Italian scenery in comfort. It was a perfect moment of warmth and beauty. Thank you !

30/12/2024: Truly beautiful and exclusive place, however neither the location nor the service or the food justify the price beyond any standard, which is really expensive. Obviously they are choices, a Ferrari costs more than a Lamborghini or an Aston Martin, however here we are not at starry levels, but in a simple little restaurant, expensive as fire, beautiful, good but not very good, but too expensive for the service produced made. However, we will happily return, even if it is expensive, it is worth it.

11/11/2024: I had dinner with my daughter at this place on Father's Day. Stratospheric prices, two plates with two small pieces of meat, 50 euros and a miserable bowl of fruit salad, 10 euros! In total I spent 82 euros including drinks. The waiter rushed us, listened to our chatter and looked at us, making us understand that he wanted to close. Never again!

24/10/2024: I said "that's good!" at least twice, which is anything but a given lately. The room is rather small with a characteristic historic fireplace which only has an aesthetic function, a little too crowded with objects for my tastes. There is a very wide selection of wines offered through a large book which takes some time to consult but is the only one for the whole place. At the same time I don't think there are any staff trained in wine pairing. The food is really excellent. Fresh pasta, fresh mushrooms, excellent cooking. A restaurant worth a visit. The price is a little too high in relation to the service offered but considering that now, between Como and Cernobbio, tourism has gone to everyone's heads... at least here you can eat well.

09/01/2025: Restaurant where you can eat divinely, with professional service, all close to a wonderful location. All dishes were well cooked, including the pizza, prepared with the crust high as it should always be. Beautiful experience by the lake, I can only recommend it.
