01/06/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel, we just had dinner. The dinner was perfect. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. We preferred to dine inside with the air conditioning after spending all day out in the sun. The menu doesn't have a huge selection of dishes, but in addition to the set menu, it offers a selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses of the day. A good wine cellar with a wide range of Italian wines. Spaghetti with clams, octopus on a bed of mashed potatoes, and dessert with a bottle of white wine, Villa Antinori. Everything was delicious, the spaghetti perfect, and the octopus tender. Perfect service, Onder the waiter and his colleague were very kind. The final bill was reasonable, and they even gave us a small discount.
A truly lovely evening.
27/05/2026: A very pleasant short stay. Neat, well-maintained rooms, friendly reception, and there's also a parking space right at the hotel for a reasonable €10.

09/07/2026: Great lunch menu in a relaxed atmosphere! The food was excellent – fresh, flavorful, and the portion was just the right size for lunch. The value for money is also excellent. Service: The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. (Thanks, Andreas!) Atmosphere: A very nice and clean restaurant. Perfect for a quick break during your lunch break. Conclusion: Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

16/05/2026: Excellent location for reaching the events organized at Villa d'Este. The single room was very nice, a little small but adequate. As mentioned, the location was really convenient. It's a shame the breakfast service isn't included, but the pastry shop across the street makes up for it.

06/04/2026: We went for dinner. It was nice and warm, and we were able to sit outside on the terrace. A wonderful wisteria, with fairy lights. A very intimate atmosphere.
Above all, for me, GF 2026 certified. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
the staff is VERY friendly and attentive to any potential contamination. They give you all the necessary instructions.

11/05/2026: Anyone who gives this restaurant a bad review is because they don't know what to order and end up paying a lot for dishes that aren't typical of the lake. We shared an appetizer with excellent lake fish, ordered a risotto with Persian fish and another typical fish with butter and sage, a nice bottle of white wine (Pinot Grigio) from Lombardy, and our dinner was wonderful. I've lived in Italy for 13 years, I know that restaurants on Lake Como are expensive, but this one was worth every penny.
02/05/2026: Mediocre, very low quality with high prices for what's on offer. It's a shame because the atmosphere and the venue deserve it.

The room itself was nice, spacious, with a lake view...
Pleasant staff.
Breakfast was average for a 3-star hotel; everything was pre-packaged: ham, cheese, rusks...

14/06/2026: I'll start by saying that I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews, on the contrary, but I believe that in order to grow professionally, constructive observations are needed, which I hope can be a starting point for improvement. I booked a hen party dinner for 7 people. We arrived and were given a table in an excellent location, even though I had specified in the reservation that I wanted a table on the beach side, and when we arrived we learned that the beach area was closed for dinner. We ordered a Napoli pizza (17 euros), neither praise nor infamy, then continued with tagliolini with citrus fruits and shellfish bisque with clams, as the menu stated... inedible to say the least, they seemed like simple tagliolini with butter, unseasoned, and even with clams drained from the jar, or so they appeared. Zero hints of citrus fruit, zero hints of shellfish. A friend ordered the tagliata, which, in addition to its small size, was inedible due to its rubberiness. The only dish that stood out and I give it a thumbs up is the salmon and mango tartare. Otherwise, the paccheri with shrimp and sea bass were absolutely bland.
The location is superb, but if they don't put in the effort to offer top-notch service, perhaps it's best to stop and reevaluate. It's a shame, because if it weren't for the dinner, it would have been a perfect day. Food should be a joy to the palate, not a sadness.

03/07/2026: Mediocre in all aspects. Food is nothing special, but service is really bad. Asked for a spicy sauce for my pizza, never received it. Asked for the check, after 15 minutes waiting I had to go to the counter and do it myself else I would sit still there. It’s clear that the staff is not ready for a larger customer volume. I wasn’t even sure if the helps understood what I was saying. Great location tho.

06/07/2025: El Pinot Grigio Gravoso estaba fresco y tenía sabores muy interesantes. El Genisia Pinot Nero fue igualmente bueno y razonable. Los tagliatelle al funghi eran ligeros pero satisfactorios. El pesto estaba igualmente delicioso. También funciona como tienda de vinos por lo que su selección es variada. Queríamos volver para una segunda noche de comida reconfortante, pero nos quedamos sin noches en Como. Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias Mille.
17/06/2025: Buena comida, pero propietario desagradable, grosero y poco alegre. Su personal parecía miserable. No hay ambiente ni relación entre todos ellos. Creo que es probablemente un poco intimidante para ellos, como yo sentía que era para mí.
No volveríamos. Gran pena, ya que la comida era muy buena.

24/04/2025: Qué experiencia fantástica de nuevo. Era nuestra cuarta vez y nos encanta aún más. La comida, el entorno y el personal maravilloso hace que sea una gran experiencia cada vez que visite!
