20/08/2025: I booked a room with a balcony through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were told we couldn’t have it because we were staying only one night. The receptionist explained that those rooms are reserved for guests with longer stays. Additionally, the hotel is clearly short-staffed. Only one person seemed to be handling everything, and she prioritized her own convenience over guests’ experience. For example, although there are lovely outdoor tables with amazing views for breakfast, she refused to let us sit outside, saying it was too difficult for her to serve both inside and outside tables. The only positives were a clean bed and bathroom, which is why I gave 3 stars. Overall, very disappointing.

14/08/2025: The hotel is right next to the lake, with only a road in between, and the room windows open directly to a beautiful lake view. In front of the hotel, by the lakeside, there are benches where you can enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise. The owner was such a nice, warm, and attentive person. The building itself is very cute.

05/09/2025: Such a lovely place, the tasting menu was amazing and the education in wine that I had was so much fun, our waitress and sommelier where really attentive, the views where incredible, we will try to visit again in the future

03/09/2025: Food is mid, so for Italy it’s really bad. The views are unbeatable so if you just want the view and drinks it would be great. The service is terrible even when we were expecting Italian views. Prices are stupid high. Don’t go here.

21/08/2025: Disastrous experience. Rude staff and no children's menu. You CANNOT charge a child under 2 for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce €15, and a €3 cover charge. 3 people for a total of €93 for just 3 entrees. Never again.

16/08/2025: The place is nice, but the prices make me think it's a tourist trap. It's not nice to say that, and I realize it, but I can't help it... it's not about value for money, and I'm sorry. I'm happy to pay a lot, but you have to give me proper service. The showers are open and in plain sight as soon as someone enters the dedicated area. The changing room is far from the shower, so if you shower, you have to go into the common corridor to change... what's the point? You're charging me so much. Thanks for the free bottle of water and the towel, but it's not enough. I misinterpreted the price list twice... (yes, I've been there twice before this review) The "restaurant" menu in the pool area is limited in choice... In addition to paying almost €100 for admission, the lunch prices are truly high. Children splashed around in the water all afternoon—I understand, they're kids and they're not a nuisance, for goodness' sake—but I'm not at a municipal beach club; I'm paying as if I were at a 5-star hotel, which needs to be monitored... and I'm not someone who minds the noise. Overall, the experience was positive... but not at this price... considering the total cost for the whole day (about €160 for two), I don't think it was worth it. Again, I'm sorry... but before setting these prices, you should be aware of who you are and what you offer. I've never spent this much at the best beach clubs in Dubai...

08/08/2025: We really enjoyed lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious. And the 30-euro menu of 2 pasti, 1 dolce, 1 coffee, 1 glass of wine, water, and bread was very satisfying. Thank you.

28/08/2025: Great pizza’s Italian style. We ordered 10 pizzas to share. One of the better pizza’s I’ve had in a place. Still served at late night for us. Definitely recommend!
