15/10/2025: This restaurant was recommended to me as one of the best in Padua. After such an extraordinary culinary experience and impeccable service, I can 100% confirm that it was simply fantastic. 🤩 I had the mushroom tatlatelle and a wonderful dessert with yogurt cream and red berries. Delicious.
13/10/2025: Small osteria above Gardone! Friendly welcome, nice table in the courtyard! Reservations required! Nice ambiance, but we missed some background music. Waiters were very sales-oriented, communication was sometimes difficult. Vitello tonnata was very good, and the main course, such as fish or steak, was top-notch!
Best dessert I've ever had! A bit pricey, but top-notch!

23/01/2026: We went for lunch during the Christmas holidays with our two children. The welcome was wonderful, the atmosphere was family-friendly, the food was good, and the pizza was fantastic. The polenta skewer deserves five stars. We'll definitely be back.
28/12/2025: Seriously, that pizza was something else. I'm still dreaming about that crust. And the toppings? Absolute perfection, a truly inspired combination. It felt like every bite was a little celebration. I'm so glad we went with that option. It definitely hit the spot after a long day. Honestly, it was a fantastic culinary decision. I'm already looking forward to having it again soon.

10/01/2026: I organized a walk from the San Michele guesthouse to the Nablus restaurant, where we enjoyed our stay. Starting from the guesthouse, the route is slow, and after about 30 minutes of walking, you reach the restaurant. The road is very scenic, with some slight slopes. The return journey is a bit uphill, but doable on a paved road.
26/10/2025: Nablus was recommended to us by locals, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The view is magnificent, the staff is friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes we ordered.

18/08/2025: Fantastic location, even though it's inside a hotel, you still feel comfortable even as a restaurant guest.
A good selection of both fish and meat dishes, albeit at a high price. All good, but the Hessian is transcendent.
Service is okay, but perhaps not up to par with the location.
02/08/2025: Very good food, attentive and friendly staff, spectacular location.
The only drawback is the small portions, especially for the price.
Two small pieces of turbot with zucchini, €50. Excessive.

08/02/2026: After visiting the Vittoriale, we stopped for lunch at this charming and welcoming restaurant/wine bar. The food was excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive, but never intrusive. Congratulations. If I were to return to the area, it would definitely be my first choice.

26/04/2025: Cenare alla locanda degli angeli ti fa riscoprire i sapori di un tempo. Siamo stati accolti dall signora Patrizia che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. I ravioli allo stracotto superlativi, gnocchi di ricotta un'esperienza sensoriale. E per finire i dessert, tutti fatti in casa. Se amate il crème caramel dovete provarlo. Tarte tatin alle pere e che ve lo dico a fare.

08/07/2025: Sinceramente mi aspettavo molto di più per essere un ristorante stellato... Sia per quanto riguarda il menù...niente di ecclatante...anzi su una decina di piatti diversi ne salvo uno/due ...sia per quanto riguarda il servizio... troppo invadente e troppo amichevole......un maitre di un ristorante stellato dovrebbe avere un modo di fare più distaccato....dovrebbe essere cordiale, gentile, disponibile, preparato e soprattutto non dovrebbe permettersi certe battute da taverna di paese......insomma a parte la vista sul nostro bellissimo Lago di Garda sicuramente non avrei motivo per ritornare a cena al Ristorante Fagiano...non posso fare valutazioni sull'hotel perché siamo andati appositamente per cenare al Fagiano....
01/07/2025: Il ristorante Il Fagiano del Grand Hotel Fasano è molto più di una semplice cena: è un viaggio sensoriale straordinario in una cornice da sogno.
La location è impareggiabile: affacciata direttamente sul lago, con una vista mozzafiato e un’atmosfera raffinata ma mai eccessivamente formale. Il servizio è impeccabile: discreto, professionale, ma sempre attento e cordiale. Ti senti davvero accolto e coccolato in ogni momento.
Il menù è una sinfonia di sapori, equilibrio e creatività. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro, curato nei minimi dettagli sia nella presentazione che nel gusto. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione e la tecnica dello chef Maurizio Bufi , che riesce a valorizzare ogni ingrediente con eleganza e originalità.
La carta dei vini è ampia e ben selezionata, con ottimi suggerimenti in abbinamento da parte del sommelier, sempre disponibile ma mai invadente.
Un’esperienza perfetta dall’inizio alla fine. Se cercate un ristorante dove vivere un momento speciale, Il Fagiano è una tappa obbligata. Complimenti sinceri a tutta la squadra per l’eccellenza offerta. Torneremo sicuramente.
