12/10/2025: I totally agree that it's not worth it. We spent 40 euros for 2 bruschetta, 2 beers, and dessert. We left the table still hungry.

06/10/2025: I've been going to this place with my boyfriend for about a year and we love it. We go at least once a week, both for breakfast (one of the best places on the lake if you like savory as well as sweet) and for a quick lunch or dinner. The bruschetta is delicious, the guys are all really good and put a lot of passion into it (Andrea is the best 🫶🏻). Going to Nose is always a pleasure 💜

28/10/2025: Wow, until now I thought the best pizza in Desenzano was made 1 km away, but the pizza from Vesuvio managed to surpass it. Perfect dough, sugo, leopardo, lovely staff and capo pizzaiolo – simply like in Naples. Wonderful, I applaud!

23/11/2025: We decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant based on the positive reviews, and I must say they were absolutely true. From the starter to the dessert, everything was delicious. The meat and fish dishes were excellent. I don't think it's mandatory, but I recommend making a reservation. The atmosphere is informal and the spaces comfortable. Despite the crowds, it wasn't at all chaotic. Highly recommended. Congratulations!

26/10/2025: Nice place, mediocre food, nothing special. The staff is very rude, they treat all customers badly, and act as if the restaurant were theirs. It's not racism, but the right things need to be said. Behave well and respect the rules of our country. You go to lunch or dinner to relax, not to be attacked by the waiter. I've been here twice now with friends and family, and they've reaffirmed their mediocrity. I'm sorry, but I'll never come again for their sake.

13/10/2025: We ended up here by chance, we took a cutting board with giardiniera and two pizzas, an anonymous cutting board, pizzas among the worst we've ever tried, completely raw dough and acidic tomato, tasteless ingredients on top

20/09/2025: A - at times - extraordinary experience when it comes to food. Since we're open to anything, we tried a few things. Unfortunately, the standard dishes: duck breast and lamb chops, were a bit overcooked and rather unspectacular. Perhaps our expectations were too high?

02/10/2025: Unassuming from the outside, inside you receive a very friendly welcome and are shown to your seat. Very friendly staff. You are not immediately rushed to order, but have plenty of time to study the menu. We opted for pizza. Very large pizza, bigger than the plate, thin crispy base that isn't drowned in tomato sauce. Plenty of toppings. Overall, our first visit was excellent and it won't be the last. The menu is very extensive; you have to try everything. Excellent value for money. As for what they say, Italy (especially Lake Garda) is no longer something Germans can afford (I can't hear it anymore). In Germany we would have easily paid €15 more for what we ordered, including tip.

16/11/2025: I'd been wanting to eat at this tavern for a couple of years. I'm a good eater and a decent cook. As I passed this tavern in the center of Desenzano, I always smelled the inviting aroma of good food, and finally, on November 10th, I managed to go for lunch. There were three of us, and I chose the place to have lunch. Those with me trusted my instincts, and I wasn't wrong. I was greeted with a warm welcome. A beautiful young woman with long black hair and Asian features greeted me with a smile and sat me down even though I hadn't booked. While waiting for the other diners to arrive, I perused the menu and found many tempting options. In the end, when the others arrived, we chose the wrong carbonara; I chose the garlic pasta, while the other person chose the shin. Everything was truly as I'd always imagined, excellent quality. The dishes were simple, but simplicity always pays off, especially when they're of excellent quality and well-prepared. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and warm, and the place is well-attended. I sincerely recommend it and will return, hoping to find the same warm welcome, culinary offerings, and quality at a good value that is so often lacking elsewhere, especially in Desenzano. I wanted to write this review, as I told the owner, because those who deserve it deserve it.

16/11/2025: A traditional inn in Desenzano's historic center. Quality food made with local ingredients. Truly friendly staff and fast service. Great prices for the quality of the food. The only drawback is that the atmosphere is a bit noisy.

25/10/2025: When my friend and I were staying in Desenzano in June, Al Fattore quickly became our go-to for dinner. It stood out amoungst the other more generic and tourist-trappy restaurants in the area. The staff were very friendly, efficient and flexible, which coupled with delicious and very well priced food and drinks (the €5 Aperol was the favourite) made for a great experience. They were very accomodating even when busy and never rushed us for a clear table, we stayed until closing a few times. Enjoyed ourselves very much, and we hope to be back! Thankyou!

24/10/2025: The food is delicious and fresh, the service is impeccable, and the prices are completely reasonable. I'd happily come back! German is also spoken here.

27/10/2025: The location on Lake Garda is beautiful, quiet and charming, but this tranquility can be disturbed by the attitudes of some staff members, if you're close to them. Chatting and joking is fine, but some over-the-top behavior is just not to your liking.

05/11/2025: A very beautiful restaurant with a panoramic view overlooking Lake Garda: generous and tasty seafood dishes and very attentive waiters. They don't have their own parking lot, but there are plenty of parking spaces outside the restaurant, and parking is easy.

31/10/2025: I went to celebrate a friend's birthday on Saturday because this restaurant had been recommended to us. We ordered 4 pizzas, 1 gnocchi, and something else. The pizzas were like we were eating cardboard, not to mention the ingredients, which were completely poor quality. It felt like we were eating a frozen pizza that had just been reheated, while the gnocchi seemed to be made of plastic, literally inedible. I have never eaten such disgusting food in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

10/11/2025: We went there on a Sunday for lunch. It's a super cozy place in the historic center, with several small rooms and a stunning heated covered courtyard, full of plants and lights, and a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious. We were celebrating a birthday, and they brought us streamers and funny hats with fabric candles.

20/08/2025: The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We had two fabulous pizzas for dinner!
