31/05/2025: Un accueil agréable, mais la suite laisse vraiment à désirer. Service très long, cher pour la quantité et la qualité . Arrivée 12h30 départ 14h45 pour seulement trois plats .
Et, cerise sur le gâteau, la personne qui a encaissé, très froide .
Cela manque de professionnalisme .

The meal was perfect, it was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Very good advice on the wine.
However, we wish the owner would learn to count before coming to attack us and telling us there was money missing from the bill.
Furthermore, she openly told us that she preferred a single payment, either card or cash, and then left in a very haughty manner.
The goal is to get paid, right???
For this inconvenience, we would have liked a complimentary digestif.
However, as for the servers, nothing to complain about, they were great! Thanks to them.

30/04/2025: Il ristorante è composto da una sala interna di media grandezza, un pò buia e una parte esterna porticata. Il menù della casa costa 35 euro escluso le bevande con 4 antipasti tipici liguri, 1 primo 1 secondo e dolce. La scelta si limita fra due primi piatti edue secondi di carne . Pur di qualità la materia prima, i primi sapevano di poco ( soprattutto il ragù), discreto il coniglio. Servizio abbastanza buono e personale gentile. Dato il prezzo, mi aspettavo di poter scegliere tra più opzioni.
28/04/2025: I Gumbi è un ottimo ristorante dove poter mangiare se vi trovate a dover soggiornare o anche solo transitare per Dolceacqua. Il locale offre piatti tipici locali con prodotti freschissimi, su tutti spiccano i Tagliarin Verdi e il coniglio alla Ligure. La struttura è ricavata all'interno di un vecchio frantoio creando così un'atmosfera di altri tempi.

12/04/2025: Énormément de choix sur la carte. Plats typiques et non typiques.
Les plats sont relativement bons et copieux mais un peu trop cher à mon goût. Personnel sympas.
