26/06/2025: We went for lunch as a couple and the waiter immediately welcomed us warmly making us feel at home. We ordered fish and immediately after without having asked for it we were brought a schiaccino, which accompanied some really good octopus alla Luciana and a first course of fresh shells made with sea gurnard, saffron and burrata. All a delight, I highly recommend it. As true Sicilians we were amazed.

23/06/2025: Monday night, few people in the restaurant but we waited more than half an hour for three pizzas. My pizza margherita was inedible: dough that had risen little and badly like chewing gum, very little mozzarella fiordilatte, almost non-existent and there wasn't even a basil leaf as indicated on the menu. More than a Margherita it seemed like a marinara. I left it all on the plate. They wanted to remake it but I wasn't hungry anymore. But they made me pay for it. Dirty fork promptly changed

09/06/2025: Die Pizzeria ist direkt am 1.Mai Platz in Udine gelegen und es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Die Pizza ist neapolitanischer Art mit dickem fluffigen Teig, fast zu viel Teig, guter Belag und freundliche Besitzer und Bedienung.

11/07/2025: Excellent and plentiful dishes, from appetizers to main courses. The service, despite the large number of guests, was impeccable, with no long waits. The staff was friendly and courteous. We felt at home and will definitely recommend it. Good wine. And limoncello after the bill—chapeau.

15/06/2025: Great restaurant! Very fresh fish and perfectly cooked meat. Everything is excellent quality. Fast and friendly service, the atmosphere of the garden is very relaxing and welcoming. We will be back soon.

06/07/2025: We had lunch at the restaurant during a day at the beach. Among the foods, all quite good, a very tender octopus salad stands out. The environment suffers a bit from the confusion of the large outdoor area, which resembles a beer house. I slightly penalized the service for two reasons: when booking we were expressly assured that the menu had options for celiacs, but in reality the first courses were all gluten-free (one could reply that some second courses were gluten-free, but that's how it is in any restaurant). The second reason is that a minute after ordering we asked if we could change a first course, but we were told that it wasn't possible because it was already cooking. Ok, that's fair enough, but the service times were much longer than the cooking time of the dish, and this raises some doubts.

28/06/2025: We went to dinner last night. Everything was perfect! I really go to restaurants a lot but I have to say that the three canals is one of the few discounts where you can find zero-mile fish and traditional and original recipes that are really well done. Let the chef Giorgio advise you and he will be able to tell you about all the qualities and characteristics of his fantastic raw materials. Even the plating is really gourmet and the quantities are just right

26/06/2025: Good food, also trying to be modern in tastes, but nothing exceptional, especially for the price, excessive!!!!!! In the area there are elite restaurants that for the same price excite your taste buds with matching wines.

25/07/2025: Solid pizza place. I ordered the capricciosa, which was fantastic. For dessert, I had the panna cotta. That was a great, too. The restaurant must be related to the local football club Udinese somehow because there are plenty to jerseys and boots as decoration.

20/04/2025: I have been to this place several times and have always had a good time. Today Easter 25th I repeated the experience and the opinion is always excellent. I took the angus millefeuille and the meat was very tender, a real delight. The friendly and competent staff. I definitely recommend.

13/07/2025: We weren't familiar with this pizzeria, even though we frequent Udine often. What can I say? It's a shame we only discovered it this evening. We were greeted by a very kind waitress, whose smile immediately put us at ease. We then ordered our pizzas directly from the pizza chef, who was also very kind and friendly. The pizza was delicious, truly Neapolitan, with quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back!

From the moment you walk in, its decor captivates you – the interior is decorated in an authentic, old-world style, full of warmth and charm. The perfect place for a quiet, atmospheric meal. We ordered pasta with ragu, and it was truly excellent – al dente, prepared with high-quality ingredients, with a sauce full of flavor. For dessert, the tiramisu was a hit – light, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Another big plus is that we weren't charged a coperto, which was a very pleasant surprise, especially since it was standard fare at most other restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for true Italian flavors in an authentic setting and with a genuine approach to guests.

22/06/2025: We stayed overnight at the inn and had dinner. Clean environment, family welcome, Carlo and Amira kind and helpful. Excellent dinner with tasty gnocci all'orso and orecchiette al gorgonzola spisite. You absolutely have to try the different game cuts
