Fantastic light tasty pizza with fresh, high quality ingredients. Delicious fish starters, first courses and second courses! In short, all I have to say is I LOVE IT!

19/04/2025: It has remained for me for many years, I think almost six or seven, the only Neapolitan pizza (and not, beyond the Roman one) in Udine that meets my tastes and that I eat happily and peacefully. The dough is very thin and soft, it is not rubbery, there is always a lot of good tomato, not acidic, not left raw, good (Amen) and fresh mozzarella which remains separate and moist (which does not mean watered down, as I read from some reviews and was a little perplexed, it is normal for it to release some liquid especially if it is buffalo mozzarella). It is never burnt or dry and if you prefer stuffed pizzas there are many flavors to choose from, I highly recommend the one with ragù. As far as the service is concerned, there has never been a time in which I have had a bad experience or they have been anything other than very kind even in the face of various questions and requests, as have all the people to whom I have recommended the place (For some it has become the ✨favourite✨ pizzeria eheh) They also do a delivery service with just eat but they manage the deliveries themselves and in fact everything always arrives on time and well preserved, still hot as far as realistically possible given that I don't live nearby, it would not be sensible to expect the pizza as it is freshly baked and eaten at the restaurant, which is why I will necessarily have to come and visit you as soon as I can eat another pizza again Well, after declaring my love for this pizzeria, I conclude by saying that I need to try the Neapolitan ragù, that their first and second courses are also really good and that there is a giant underground car park exactly in front, basins

12/03/2025: I'll start by saying that the restaurant is truly beautiful with a truly Spanish theme, with dishes that aim to be as close as possible to the original ones, and in part they succeed but in my case I found the paella so dry and dry, it wasn't the best. Too bad because that's what I went for. The sangria and creme brulee are delicious, freshly sweetened with a tool used to burn the sugar. The Spanish waiter was a real highlight. The prices are a bit expensive, it must be said.

15/09/2024: The Ai Confini restaurant, located directly on the golf course in Tarvisio, is truly a culinary gem! Here, good, honest cuisine with regional products is offered on a manageable menu. The number of tables is limited, so it is absolutely recommended to make a table reservation. The price-performance ratio is great! Of course, Italian is spoken, but also Slovenian, German and English. Anyone who can't resist the temptation to divide several dishes onto two plates will be generously rewarded with this option at no extra charge. This means you can enjoy several starters together. The drinks menu is very remarkable and includes all of Italy, a few French and all at really moderate prices. We would be happy to come back here next time and be very hungry. The fifth star for the kitchen in the rating comes about because the frequency of strawberry crumble on many dishes was not necessarily appropriate due to the acidity... but that shouldn't detract from the overall impression... 👍 🤗 PS: If you like my review, I'd be happy to give it a thumbs up! 😁👍

03/05/2025: The bear meat was very good, I had that. The gnocchi with ragù excellent. Special meats that I want to try.. friendly and helpful staff.

30/04/2025: The place is not very large, rustic, with parking. There are several symbols that depict the bear. The food is very good, generous in portions. All done in a simple and good way. Clean place, very friendly and helpful staff. We were more than satisfied, and therefore recommend it to everyone. I offer my compliments again.
