- It's a little different from the pizza you're used to finding elsewhere;
- You might have to wait a bit;
- It's very good.
The quality of the ingredients and the preparation justify, in my opinion, the slightly higher prices. I was pleased and will gladly return.

04/08/2025: I visited the Italian restaurant Risorta with high expectations, but unfortunately, the reality was far from perfect. Despite the elegant decor, views of the bay, and friendly service, the dishes didn't live up to expectations, either in taste or portion sizes. The dishes were mediocre, lacking the intensity and freshness one would expect from Italian cuisine. Furthermore, the portions were surprisingly small, and the prices were definitely inflated for the quality offered. The baked potatoes, such a simple side dish, were disgusting! I felt like I was paying primarily for the location and decor, not the food itself. I paid €250, and no one was satisfied. It's a shame, because I was hoping for a true Italian feast. Don't eat there!
03/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this splendid seafood restaurant overlooking the sea, immersed in a relaxing atmosphere with meticulous attention to detail. But it's the food that truly made the experience special. Every dish served was a triumph of freshness, authentic flavors, and elegant presentation. The attention to quality and seasonality of the ingredients is clearly evident, as is the skill and passion of the kitchen. The staff was impeccable: friendly, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. A special mention goes to young Marco, a truly talented waiter: polite, kind, always smiling, and available. His friendliness made our evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent seafood in a unique and relaxing setting. We'll definitely be back!

Después de hacernos esperar durante 1 hora y media sirven una pasta ridícula sin ningún sabor.

22/07/2025: Great food in a pleasant setting. Several restaurants are located around this small square. The waiters are attentive and make every effort to serve you what you ask for. The pizza was perfect. The scallops, au gratin, and the vitello tonato were a bit underseasoned and lacked salt. When the shower came, the awnings opened, ensuring a dry evening. The dessert selection was very good and fresh. The wines, Friauli and Lambrusco, were impeccable, thank you.

24/07/2025: Personale sempre cortese ed attento, ci hanno trovato un tavolo in pochi minuti, purtroppo rispetto agli anni precedenti dove trovavo una giusta qualità con dei prezzi onesti, riscontro un aumento di prezzi ma una diminuzione della qualità almeno nel reparto ristorante.

My experience at Ristorante Corallo in Lignano Sabbiadoro was a real catastrophe! My family and I ordered a "4 stagioni" pizza and we got a "Fai da te" pizza! When I pointed out the mistake to the waiter, he responded with a sarcastic and rude tone, saying "Yes, that's how it is here".
But the worst came when we ordered the house wine, which was served mixed with water! It seemed like it had been left open for 3 days, it was like a spray! What a shame!
The service was terrible, the staff seemed to be composed of rude people with no desire to help customers. The response to our complaints was just a series of frowns and dirty looks.
*Rating:* -5/5 stars
*Advice:* Absolutely avoid eating at this restaurant! The rudeness of the staff, the lack of professionalism and the quality of the food and drinks are unacceptable. I strongly advise against this place to anyone! Go somewhere else!

08/08/2025: Trust the reviews. This place is a disgrace to Italian cuisine. The only good thing is the view. The food arrived in 5 minutes, from the microwave, and not fresh at all. In the end, something we didn't order was added to the bill. The service was also terrible. Don't go here under any circumstances!

A very cute restaurant from the outside, but the staff and menu should be avoided. The server was very rude; we felt like we were intruding. Also, be careful when checking the bill; we paid €9 extra just for the cutlery, the tablecloth, and the bread...

28/07/2025: Sooo schlecht. Die 2-3 Kellnerinnen waren heillos überfordert. Es dauerte ewig bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde (auch Getränke) und über eine Stunde bis das Essen kam. Die Portionen waren sehr übersichtlich, relativ geschmacklos und, was am schlimmsten war: kalt!
Zur Bezahlung ging mein Mann extra rein, um dann gesagt zu bekommen, wo käme an den Tisch… natürlich dauerte dies wieder ewig, um dann zu erfahren, dass er zum kartenzahlen eh rein gemusst hätte, was wir vorher schon gesehen hatten. Hätten wir bloß vorher die Bewertungen hier gelesen, dann wäre uns diese sehr negative Erfahrung erspart geblieben.
26/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per caso in questo ristorantino a due passi da piazza Unità d’Italia. Abbiamo mangiato bene, il servizio ottimo, personale accogliente e premuroso.
Inizialmente ci eravamo un po’ spaventati leggendo le tante recensioni negative ma alla fine siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Recensioni ingenerose. Consigliato vivamente soprattutto per gli gnocchi al Gulash ed i dolci.

We thought we had found a good pizza and pasta restaurant here, but we didn't.
Because the terrace was crowded, we thought it would be a good place. When we entered, we were immediately shown to a table. We asked if we could sit at another table. In an unfriendly tone, they said that the tables were "reserved". This was nowhere to be seen or indicated.
Eventually, we sat at the designated table and ordered. A spaghetti pesto, and a spaghetti peperonico (if you write that well).
The spaghetti was far undercooked in both dishes.
The spaghetti pesto tasted like it came from a jar of the grand I talia, with waaaaay too much olive oil.
The spaghetti peperonico was so hot (spicy) that you wouldn't wish it on your worst enemy.
We left half of both dishes because they simply weren't tasty.
When paying, they charge a tip per person, without asking for it.
All in all and a summary.
1. Staff is super unfriendly.
2. The cook(s) can't cook spaghetti.
3. Food was inedible
4. They automatically charge tips
5. No choice of tables
!!! NEVER, EVER GO THERE!!!
P.s. I will probably get the same "temprament comment" because of this review as on the other guests, who wanted to sit from inside to outside.
