31/03/2024: The service was really poor it took about 30 minutes to get a beer by the time I finished with my food my beer arrived. The food wasn't the best either but that could have been the dish.
29/03/2024: Unfriendly waitress who insisted on speaking to us in Italian instead of calling a waiter who spoke English.
An hour wait for 3 coffees and a dessert. When we ask after 30 minutes the waitress complains in Italian without us understanding what she is saying.
Avoid due to terrible service.
PS: the food is still excellent.

01/01/2024: A modern restaurant inside a hotel in the center of Parma. Minimal furnishings, good acoustics and a little cold lighting. Quality dishes with modern reinterpretations of classic recipes and local specialties. Fish alternatives. Good wine list. Fast, attentive and professional service. Medium-high prices.

Attentive and fast service.
Food and prices appropriate to the structure.
Sliced culatello and ham were excellent as were the pumpkin tortelli... perhaps out of greediness I would have appreciated slightly more generous portions, but that's not a critical issue 😊 .
Well-stocked wine list.
A place definitely worth considering for a dinner with friends or for a visit or shopping thanks to the convenience of parking and proximity to the center of Parma

10/03/2024: Locale bellissimo fuori dalla confusione cittadina, personale cortese, cucina tradizionale buonissima, qualità prezzo nella media. Abbiamo preso antipasto di salumi misti (top) come prima portata i cappellacci in salsa rosa ripieni di spalla cotta ( da volare via) tagliata di manzo inglese per due persone accompagnata da patate arrosto (ottima carne) x finire con la creme brulé alla fabio ( il titolare del ristorante) semplicemente spaziale. Stra consigliato.

19/02/2024: Molto carina la location, la parte esterna nel periodo più caldo merita, piatti presentati molto bene esteticamente, cibo buono.
Prezzi comunque medio alti paragonati alla quantità dei piatti.
In generale consiglio
21/12/2023: Bella location per cene sia in compagnia che romantiche a pochi minuti da Parma. Il menù è vario e sicuramente questo è da apprezzare, spazia dalla Pizza, al pesce , alla carne con l’immancabile torta fritta vista la zona. Tutto buono. Vasta scelta per la carta dei vini e l’offerta dei dolci. Prezzi pero’ decisamente oltre la media, quindi attenzione.
