05/04/2026: Every time we pass through Imola, Osteria900 is a must-visit,
and so far it has never disappointed us. The fish is fresh, well-cooked, and you can tell the ingredients are treated with respect. The seafood risotto is excellent, one of those dishes that alone makes the stop worthwhile. A reliable place where quality remains consistent over time, which is no small feat. Highly recommended.
30/03/2026: I returned to this historic restaurant in an early 20th-century building after a long time, and was surprised even when it came to settling the bill. I expected to face a hefty expense, but that wasn't the case. Generous dishes accompanied by good wine.

07/03/2026: Let's start with the positives: the place is beautiful and welcoming, the waiters are kind and helpful, but let's get to the sore point: we ate terribly. The passatelli in broth were so salty they were inedible, the grilled meat tasted stale, the grilled vegetables were cold from the fridge, the grilled tomino was cold and undercooked. At the end of the meal, we left almost everything, and my daughter said, "Lucky Dad, there was bread!" We reported this to the waiters, who were understanding and apologetic, but the bill remained the same. The coffee was good! In conclusion, we won't be returning, and we're sad because the place deserves it! Perhaps there's something in the kitchen that needs updating!
