13/05/2026: Terrible experience! We left 45 euros lighter, having eaten truly poorly. We ordered pork souvlaki, a plate of skewered minced lamb, and stuffed peppers. The waiter told us there would be a bit of a wait for the stuffed peppers. I asked how long, and he said 10-15 minutes. Okay... After more than half an hour of waiting, with no communication with the dining room, the dishes finally arrived. The skewered pork with raw pork, cold fries, and the rice stuffed with peppers crunching under your teeth. We complained to the waiter, who seemed completely uninterested, but he did kindly finish cooking the skewer. The peppers were still there... Oh well, at the cashier, after paying, I told the cashier that we weren't happy, listing the problems that she also didn't care about. Truly disappointing. I'm adding my response to the management who accused me of being rude. If pointing out the problems with the food I received from your kitchen is considered polite, then you have a problem, my dears. Best regards, and good luck. Don't worry, I definitely won't be returning.

13/04/2026: In Imola, the beacon of excellence is San Domenico, but I, frankly, prefer Le Callegherie. It's an osteria in name only; it's an excellent restaurant with a top-notch chef. Its menu features superbly crafted meat and seafood dishes, which, combined with a remarkable wine cellar, rival the aforementioned Imola's excellent restaurants. The location is beautiful yet understated, but reservations are recommended due to limited seating. Worth a visit for an important evening, or simply when you want to indulge in a gastronomic treat.

05/04/2026: Every time we pass through Imola, Osteria900 is a must-visit, and so far it has never disappointed us. The fish is fresh, well-cooked, and you can tell the ingredients are treated with respect. The seafood risotto is excellent, one of those dishes that alone makes the stop worthwhile. A reliable place where quality remains consistent over time, which is no small feat. Highly recommended.

30/03/2026: I returned to this historic restaurant in an early 20th-century building after a long time, and was surprised even when it came to settling the bill. I expected to face a hefty expense, but that wasn't the case. Generous dishes accompanied by good wine.
