02/04/2024: This was by far the best pasta we have had on our 10 trip visiting several cities in Italy. The lemon sauce with king prawns was life changing, and I’m not exaggerating! The service was outstanding without being overbearing.

08/01/2024: Place found by chance on December 31st for lunch. Attracted by the very Christmassy exterior and a kind character. Spectacular and very characteristic interior of the restaurant, friendly staff. We took both the first and second courses as well as a taste of wood-fired pizza which to say was all good, nothing 5 star cuisine but the fresh pasta was really excellent. Prices are obviously those of a tourist place. However, the worst thing about Sorrento are the very expensive parking costs. To return

17/03/2024: Locale ampio, dagli arredi un po’ datato ma tutto sommato gradevole vista la posizione e il panorama. Personale super gentile, cameriere sempre col sorriso. Antipasti vari : a parte il fior di latte a treccia non proprio fresco e i crocche ‘ congelati e un po’ insapori, il resto e’ stato buono specie la parmigiana fatta con le melanzane ripiene, una vera goduria. Primi discreti, ma i dolci fatti dalla moglie del proprietario sono stati eccellenti: porzioni enormi e un sapore da far invidia all alta pasticceria. Tiramisù all’ arancia ottimo. All’uscita, stavano sfornando dei casatielli… li ho guardati estasiata dal profumo, me ne hanno donato una fetta. Buonissimo

16/03/2024: La drammatica conclusione di una piccola vacanza al top nella costiera Amalfitana. La domenica prima di rientrare andiamo a mangiare in questo posto. Fuori dal centro di Sorrento. Prezzi altissimi e fuori ordinanza per quel che può proporre una trattoria. Pensando di fare scelta giusta con la tradizione ordino degli gnocchi alla sorrentina. Mi vengono serviti senza mozzarella e con il sugo assolutamente non cotto. Secondo. Grigliata di formaggi alla brace. Quattro pezzi, freddi e senza assolutamente sapore di sorta. Una grigliata fredda. No comment. Allora spero di recuperare con una delizia al limone 🍋. Piena solo di panna. Inqualificabile ed acida. Riferisco alla cassa quanto accaduto e vengo preso in giro. "Allora erano gnocchi al sugo?". Maleducazione assoluta. Se poi pensate che per 24 ore ho avuto dissenteria?!!? Posso concludere che è stata il peggior pranzo della mia vita. Se serve altro. Chiedo un greco di tufo e mi portano una falanggina.

06/01/2024: Splendid period structure, very well maintained and with attention to small details. The rooms are truly very spacious apartments. Lovely garden, swimming pool and spa, all in the center of Sorrento. What more could you want? All accompanied by kindness, education and great availability! Keep it up.

31/12/2023: It is categorized as a B&B, but honestly it is a HOTEL which only lacks a night porter. Stunning in taste, clean colours, atmosphere, all very well looked after. In the impeccable welcome by the owners Ilaria and Francesca who welcomed us with such kindness, courtesy and friendliness. In short, a true luxury residence in the center of Sorrento. And having seen all this in winter, I imagine how wonderful the garden could become in summer. I give my all to everything.

03/04/2024: The pizzas are really good, 'neapolitan' style with nice thick crusts. If you live in the UK, they're similar to Franco Manca's pizzas (although actually not quite as good, frustratingly). We didn't have pasta but the table next to us did, and it looked pretty rank. The glass of red wine I had was easily the worst wine I've ever had, it really did taste like vinegar. So basically, come here only for their pizzas - and don't get the house red.

29/03/2024: Greeted warmly, accommodated our special food requests, and immediately felt at home. The salad was exceptional! Prices were reasonable. Grazie!

07/04/2024: Sorrento style gnocchi with meat sauce... the same as the cannelloni which tastes like broth, a disappointment, you couldn't taste either the tomato or the buffalo mozzarella. In the Capri area there were no buffaloes. The fried foods looked like they were from the supermarket, the parmigiana didn't have fried aubergines, and here too the same sauce that tastes like broth and sauté covering. Overall good but from what I said, it costs too much. Two stars because generally good and plentiful. The environment repays the experience, in particular the internal garden which can be visited even if you eat less or nothing at all.

24/03/2024: Ne vous trompez pas sur l'enseigne, la charcuterie et le fromage n'ont rien d'allemand . Les tables en trapèze pourraient l'être en revanche. Un très bon dîner avec un service attentif et gentil et du très bon vin à prix raisonnable. Un endroit très agréable à l'entrée de la rue piétonne.

17/03/2024: Bel locale,personale super gentile,ma nel complesso troppo caro per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Tagliere di salumi a 30 euro,bottiglia di vino a 20. Focaccia simile alla pinsa romana,senza la possibilità di farla di gusti diversi... quindi anche poca scelta nel menu.

06/04/2024: Skip it. Quality was poor and service was worse. House wine was not drinkable. And make sure to triple check your bill.
