15/04/2026: Where do I even begin? This restaurant is truly recommendable. Great service in several languages... Very short wait for a great meal. Plus, an extensive menu... We would come back here anytime.

06/04/2026: It's a lovely place to eat, the decor is quite unique. The service was excellent; we were with a baby and there was room to change him and put him in a high chair. They were patient with us and explained the menu in other languages, as well as the ingredients to avoid allergies. For Sorrento prices, we had a very good meal.

09/04/2026: We had a family lunch at this restaurant. Pizza, Spagetti, Pasta and desert/tiramisu is very good quality and taste is awesome. The service is great we expecting the cost rather low but despite it we enjoyed the food and ambience.

18/04/2026: A disaster! First, the waiter. A bald man of about 65 who, I don't know if he was having a bad day or if he's always like that, but he was clearly in no condition to serve customers. He greeted us arrogantly and rushed us to place our order. Then he started arguing loudly with a street performer. Second, the restaurant itself. We asked for sparkling water and they brought us still water. The food was cold, and honestly, after reading other reviews, I'm glad I didn't say anything. Who knows what they would have done to the water or my food if I had complained. In short, a very bad experience. Not recommended at all.

18/04/2026: Staff was very rude, very hesitant to give balsamic vinegar and refused to give us Parmesan for our all expenses paid meal. Would not go again, food sucked.

07/04/2026: We came to an almost empty restaurant (only two tables were occupied) and ordered wine and appetizers. To our surprise, the waiter explicitly said that “this is not a bar,” clearly implying that we were not welcome. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he seemed annoyed that he had to serve us. A very unfriendly place – definitely not recommended.

22/04/2026: Beautiful and amazing food! definitely worth a visit

21/04/2026: We visited O’Parrucchiano La Favorita and what we experienced was embarrassing for a shop that is supposed to have a name. As soon as we sat down, we saw that the chairs had arms and they didn’t suit us at all. There were similar ones next to them without arms, so we politely tried to change one ourselves, without disturbing anyone. Within seconds, a lady jumps up with an aggressive and ironic tone and says to us “what are you doing?” We explain to her calmly and instead of acting like a professional, she starts to get irritated, tells us that “it’s not possible” and —the climax— tells us that “we won’t change things in her house,” as if we were guests in her living room and not customers in a restaurant. Then, she grabs the chair and throws it back with force, in a tone that is not only directed at customers. When I told her “we didn’t know, calm down”, her response was extremely provocative: “don’t tell me to calm down”. The level of rudeness and disrespect was shocking. And the best part? This woman was the manager, Tina. In other words, the very person who should be setting an example of behavior. If this is the level of management, no one needs to look for why the experience ends like this. Her behavior was so bad that it made my girlfriend cry. The waiters — who were the only professionals there — tried to pick up the pieces and calm us down, something that she should normally have done herself. As for the food? Disappointing. Very mediocre, without any special taste or reason to remember it. The only thing saving the place is the decoration and the space — nothing more. If you are looking for a place to pay to be spoken to rudely and eat mediocre food, then you have come to the right place. For everyone else, there are much better options in Sorrento.

25/02/2026: For Valentine's Day, we let them pamper us: a spa treatment and massage 💆🏻‍♀️ It was a wonderful experience, the facility is incredible: a historic residence of the poet Saltovar, which was converted into a spa with the help of architects 🧖‍♀️ The staff were kind, attentive, and professional, and took care of everything: from explaining the treatment to offering us a variety of food and drinks. Thanks again 🤍 We'll definitely be back. It's a shame we couldn't find a place to sleep there!

18/04/2026: You wouldn't think so from the outside, but once inside, we ate excellent fish at a more than fair price. The best I've been to during my vacation on the Amalfi Coast.

04/05/2026: Didn't have the bad experience that some reviewers had. Pizza and spritz okay, not wonderful. Prices reasonable. Just got here so can't compare to other places yet.

03/05/2026: Amazing Neapolitan style pizza. We did this as take away because we only had a short time left for lunch. We ordered at the front entrance and went around with our receipt to the take away window. Our Margherita pizza was baked in a really hot pizza oven with local ingredients. It was ready in 5 minutes and was almost devoured by the time I got a pic.
