26/06/2025: Price quality is bad. Sea bass full of bones with literally nothing with it, except the fish. Pasta not Italy-worthy. Very nice place though

25/06/2025: Food was average. Not terrible but nothing special. However, Service was completely unprofessional. Staff were very impolite. Did not care to be there, abruptly speaking to customers and shoving people around.

03/07/2025: My "Simpatica pensionata" party was a success. Enchanting atmosphere, terrace overlooking the sea of ​​Sorrento. Attention to detail, impeccable service. The buffet and restaurant service were of excellent quality, with tasty and well-presented dishes. The food satisfied even the most demanding palates. Professional music and entertainment. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants, like me, to spend an unforgettable evening in company and joy. I went home with a smile, THANK YOU for the beautiful evening! 01/07/2025: Our visit here was simply magnificent, exquisite. Everything from the food and drink, to the service from Michele was perfect. I’ve been here in Sorrento for over a week and this has been the best meal we’ve had by far, if I could stay longer I would just for this restaurant alone. Thank you for an amazing experience, thank you again to Michele, and thank you to the chef or chefs for a perfect evening. I hope and pray I’ll be back 🙏🏼

10/07/2025: Went in to get gelato and server was upset with me over grabbing a napkin from the “wrong” spot. She started lecturing me as to which napkin I should use. There were no napkins on the table & I don’t live here lady, Staff is rude. There are plenty of better options in the area.

15/07/2025: After being in Sorrento for the last week I’ve tried several places and this one we passed by several times and decided to try it on our last night. Being let down on some of the highly rated places this was a very well welcomed surprised on the whole experience. You can taste the love and care in the food. We got the calamari, chef special of Seabass with vegetables, meat sauce with a home made paste, and the Diablo sauce pasta. All food was seasoned perfect and done perfectly. Do not pass on this hidden gem. My experience is 10 years in the Resturant industry in US and my wife’s experience is 25 years in high end Resturant’s around the world.

14/07/2025: Food was ok. Nothing exciting. Staff fall at your feet when you arrive but quickly their rudeness appears. Waiter treated a lovely gentle younger waiter like crap. Was so rude to him in front of the handful of customers. Safe to say we won't be going back. Endless array of gorgeous restaurants to eat in in sorrento that aren't just there to demand a tip at the end. Tried to sneak a tip to the lovely younger waiter but the rude guy was glaring at us from he sidelines throughout. Stunning building and has great potential, shame about the rudeness.

30/04/2025: It had live traditional music and great ambiance, food was good, it is inside a 5star hotel and you will pay more for it. But I enjoyed my dinner

12/05/2025: Yesterday afternoon I went to the Artis Domus Relais SPA with my boyfriend and it was a fantastic experience, the place is really beautiful, clean and well-kept. A special thanks to Arianna and Ilaria who welcomed us warmly, explaining what the route consisted of and always being ready to satisfy our needs in the best possible way, making our stay magnificent, I recommend it to everyone.

03/05/2025: Bad service and shower in our room was not working for two days. When we asked for a refund we didn’t get it and couldn’t stay elsewhere. We were offered to shower in a bnb 5 minutes away and we were offered to shower in the spa. The spa showers also didn’t work well and only the small shower head worked. Also the floor was flooded because the drain didn’t work well

23/07/2025: Sorry to say- unfresh tasting seafood, sour cheese in ravioli, and pre-made pasta/pizza dough for sure. Save your money!

13/07/2025: Visitamos este encantador lugar dos de cada cuatro noches. Muy a un precio razonable. Porciones enormes. El personal suele ser local y te atiende tan pronto como les das un vistazo. Las pizzas están ricas. Lasaña irreal. Pan de ajo delicioso. Lo visitaría nuevamente si regresara.

07/07/2025: Bastante promedio, para ser justos. La pizza no tiene nada de especial y las he probado mejores en casa, en el horno de pizza. El pez espada estaba congelado y, para ser justos, no lo anunciaban, por lo que comprarlo fue un gran error. Buena ubicación, precio razonable y personal aceptable, pero no esperes nada especial.

21/07/2025: This restaurant is a tourist trap. They had a DJ playing American music outside to lure you in. There was a long line of people waiting. When you are seated, everything is rushed. They didn’t have recommendations, or want to answer questions. They were just in a hurry to get you in and out. The bread was hard and not very good. The only gluten free options for my daughter were Risotto or steak / other meat. My husband ordered lasagna and said it was “ok”. My spaghetti with tomatoes was nothing special. We wouldn’t eat here again.

20/07/2025: Got off the ferry from Almafi & the lift to the city center was too long so we voyaged by foot. Upon reaching the top, this place caught our eye after only being able to walk a short distance more. Waiters were friendly & older one was most social. Our food was DELICIOUS! We both cleaned our plates dry. Gnnocchi was cooked on point & loved the sauce! I asked for Parmesan & the waiter agreed with me - life is cheese ❤️. Husband enjoyed his linguine with calamari & shrimp. Side of grilled veggies had good crunch and was a nice addition to the pastas. I’m no wine connoisseur so idk names to prices. I was a little bummed that a glass of Chianti was €16 but when in Sorrento right? We definitely did not have room for desert. Eating outside was a pleasant experience, noisy enough to feel like I’m eating dinner outside in Italy, but not loud enough to not hear our table conversation. The waiter did prompt that they did not charge a service fee- I knew what that meant & had already intended to tip anyway. Im not mad at yeh hustle. When tourists eat in Sorrento right?

05/05/2025: Fantástica comida, Pino el camarero era muy servicial con respecto a la comida sin gluten. Sin duda recomendaría. Pudo tener entrante con pan caliente, plato principal y postre. No te preocupes por la contaminación con gluten

09/06/2025: Spesso andiamo a cena in questo ristorante. Location gradevole e soprattutto fresca. Cibo abbondante, buono e di qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente.

17/05/2025: Estaba deseando sentarse en el jardín, pero no abierto todavía, así que comimos en interiores en una zona alegre y luminosa junto a una gran ventana abierta con vistas a un parque infantil. Fresca brisa que a veces llevaba el olor a estiércol tan contento de que estábamos dentro. El servicio era amable, pero la comprensión del inglés no es la mejor y mi italiano no lo suficientemente fuerte para ser útil. También los servidores tardan en volver para comprobar si necesitábamos algo más. Tenía 3 langostinos grandes con linguini que era excelente pero desordenado aunque las herramientas que enviaron eran excelentes en el agrietamiento y limpieza de cáscara. Mi esposa tenía un espagueti especial que era bueno. Ensalada Caprese un poco en el lado verde tan temprano en la temporada para los tomates. 72 euros con bebidas y sin postre

17/06/2025: Ruccio was an an amazing restaurant. The view was spectacular! Make a reso because it gets busy! The vibes are so nice and it’s right on the beautiful water. Eugene is the best waiter there is. He’s so nice and caring! Ask for him if you can! He will take care of you and make sure you have the most beautiful time! The food was also so amazing! Mortadella pizza was soooooo good! Come here! You won’t forget it!

28/04/2025: Auf dem Weg zu unserem Abendessen, wollten wir spontan etwas trinken. Die Kellner schienen wenig Interesse zu haben unseren Tisch abzuräumen und zu reinigen. Wir kamen nicht dazu etwas zu bestellen. Nach 20 min gingen wir. Sehr schade

20/04/2025: El servicio no era amable. La comida era muy promedio y los precios, aunque está bien son fácilmente igualados en otros lugares en lugares mucho mejores. Le daría una falta a esto.
