04/07/2025: We had a lovely meal here. At first we thought it was very quiet and should we be concerned but our meals were delicious ! We were given complimentary bread and mini bruschetta. The owner was so lovely and kind and welcoming. Would eat here again . Nonna is in the kitchen cooking

10/08/2025: Peter’s Beach may have a nice setting, but it feels like a textbook tourist trap. €70 for two sunbeds and one umbrella is steep—especially since it’s the most expensive of the three clubs in the area. The bar prices are inflated too, so you end up overpaying at every turn.
10/08/2025: Terrible experience. We paid €69 for two sunbeds, because you’re forced to pay for the umbrella whether you want it or not.
There was zero communication among the staff. First, we were told we could choose our own spot. Then an old grump of a man came over, doubted that we had paid, and demanded to see our receipt. After we showed it, he insisted that we had to move to a different spot even though we were already settled.
The staff were unfriendly, rude, and clearly didn’t want to be there. Place is dirty and it all felt like a greedy tourist trap. Absolutely not worth the money, just go to any other beach club nearby.

25/08/2025: Disappointing! Extremely high prices! Poor staff. We ordered a pasta Bolognese, 3 pizzas, 2 bottles of water, and a beer for 71 euros (some pizza toppings were even 35 euros, absurd!) and that's not all! The best part is yet to come: They sell pizza by the centimeter!! The bigger it is, the more expensive, obviously!
We definitely won't be back!
I don't recommend it!
P.S.: The pizza left much to be desired.

08/08/2025: Not recommended! We went there, and they only served pizza, although the waitress said they also had spaghetti and other items. Then the menu says sparkling water costs €4, which is pretty expensive anyway. It was actually €5. Everyone was incredibly unfriendly. A disaster. The food didn't even taste good, and the pizza was almost drowned in oil. A real shame :(
04/08/2025: It's a bit of an old place but although we thought that wasn't going to matter we sat down to have a beer and they didn't give us any appetizers and it cost us €17 for a Fanta and 2 beers. We thought it was too expensive for what we had ordered. We don't recommend it.

24/07/2025: When Tony learned that we would be in the area of Sorrento for vacation, he was extremely kind and offered us a tour of three of the locations that Don Pedro proposes to prospective wedding couples. Over three days, one location per day, each of them breathtaking, he's shared his experience in the organization of such a complex event and was the kindest, nicest person, taking some of the planning tension off us. It's like having an old friend who knows a lot about the area and who's got your back in a stressful situation. Thanks, Tony!

26/02/2025: We stumbled on this place after walking to the Villa di Pollio Felice. What a treasure to find. The bar staff were super friendly and the food and drinks we had were great. The music was pretty loud when we got there around 6pm and there was a youthful crowd, sunbathing. You can swim in the sea off the rocks from here and the sunset is worth any trek you might make to get here.

15/08/2024: Inizialmente si chiamava Antico Frantoio, poi Vino vero, poi di nuovo Antico Frantoio, oggi sembri che continui a chiamarsi Antico Frantoio pur avendo cambiato gestione a fine 2023, dei sapori antichi purtroppo non c’è più nulla. Personale gentilissimo, qualità scarsa, prezzi nella media, ma eccessivi in relazione al prodotto offerto.

14/10/2023: Passeggiando ci siamo fermati. Bella location sul pontile con mattonelle del pavimento a vetro. Tavoli apparecchiati molto minimalist stile mare. Servizio un po’ lento e con qualche dimenticanza. Pesce molto buono. Abbiamo preso: 2 antipasti, 1 secondo, 2 dolci, acqua, 1 coca, 2 bicchieri vino e 2 caffè: euro 125!
Capisco che siamo a Sorrento sul mare a Sorrento … ma un bel MA è di dovere. Non penso co tornerò.
29/08/2023: Non riesco a capacitarmi di come un normalissimo lido balneare con pontile sul mare sicuramente carino possa offrire piatti da autogrill e servizi quasi nulli a dei prezzi assolutamente assurdi.
Questo è l’esempio lampante di come l’imprenditoria italiana del settore turistico sia totalmente inadeguata, poco lungimirante e mediocre.
Sono disposto a pagare senza problemi per qualità, servizio, ambiente ma non per la mediocrità.
Un giorno la “zizzinella” finirà e tireremo le somme
