05/06/2025: Vimos esto en línea y aunque no estaban tomando más reservas fuimos a ver si podíamos conseguir una mesa. Se acomodaron en 15 minutos. Hermosa decoración, gran servicio y presentación de comida instagrammable. También nos sorprendió gratamente que los miércoles tuvieran músicos de jazz que fueran geniales. Genial historia también.

11/04/2025: Vorrei solo fosse più vicino da casa mia. Frequento questa piccola osteria da diversi anni e non tradisce mai. La piccola e dolce Ersilia cucina alcuni tra i miei piatti preferiti in assoluto, assolutamente indimenticabile lo scarpariello con scarpetta obbligatoria, la pasta fresca fatta in casa con una attenta selezione di grani antichi. Invidiabile la selezione di vini e i cannoli cilentani il perfetto fine pasto. Menzione speciale, ultimo ma non per importanza, per Vincenzo, perfetto padrone di casa attento ad ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti.

16/03/2025: Group of 6 people, we stayed 7 days during a ski mountaineering trip, in February 2024. At the Rendez Vous Hotel we find all the charm of the Aosta Valley: good, genuine Valdotan family cuisine and a simple, warm welcome. Very good value for money half board. Central hotel in the valley, very well located for getting around. A good address. I returned there, under the same conditions, in January and February 2025, with two groups, for a stay, each of one week, of ski mountaineering. Always the same assessment: very warm welcome, comfort, cuisine, etc. I confirm, a very good address with excellent value for money.

24/02/2025: I stayed for three nights in this hotel with my partner. 3 star hotel, very nice, renovated, clean. Very nice wooden rooms in Alpine style. There is also the possibility of using the spa. Excellent and plentiful cuisine with typical Aosta Valley dishes. Breakfast is both sweet - with homemade cakes and delicious jams - and savory with excellent cold cuts and cheeses. Thanks go to the owners who have always given us excellent advice to make the most of our holiday.

07/06/2025: Impeccable service provided by a local professional. Mis en plas of great respect, beautiful and good food, the prices are fair for what they offer you, for example a glass of white wine 6€ and they served us a pinot noir. I was happy and will certainly return.

The only small flaw, the menu is a bit limited, even if I understand the choice of the restaurateur, I would have preferred a slightly wider choice. 08/06/2025: I know the bakery, I wanted to have breakfast on Sunday morning with my partner and my son. We arrive with the baby in the stroller. The owner, who was talking to friends and had her back to us, turns around and stops us immediately in a somewhat brusque manner, saying that the tables are occupied. Only after I move away from the table I was approaching a bit confused does she tell me that there are free tables near the bar. We go up the stairs with the stroller and sit down, the owner approaches us again, repeating in an extremely violent manner that they couldn't sit us at those tables because they were booked. I try to reply that there are no problems, that they just wanted breakfast to relax, but she attacks us again "because I'm answering her with my hands in my face". There is a reason why educated people go to university away and run away from Caserta. The reason is people like that. It is the lack of services. It's that those who have "something" that can be considered slightly above the average of Caserta believe they have gold in their hands and can behave in this way with customers.

02/06/2025: Passing through Caserta I came across this modern pastry shop. Beautiful, precise single portions with refined combinations. I took the saker single portion and was amazed. For the first time I found a reinterpretation that truly maintained the original flavors. Perfect execution and not too loaded with sugar. Highly recommended

03/06/2025: We went there for a gourmet lunch via smarbox, very elegant refreshment area, the waiter is very polite, the dishes were good but little food, probably because we went with the package given the prices, paying separately for 2 bottles of water and 10 euros cover charge, I think that by having lunch à la carte the dishes are more substantial, the only difficulty is parking, but the hotel made itself available for lunch time.

08/05/2025: Another unplanned stay booked easily on the net. A nice quiet boutique style hotel, right in front of the historic Villa Romana e Antiquarium. Within walking distance to the shore, shops & dining... EVEN THOUGH they have an on site restaurant. The room was bright, fresh & exceptionally clean (they even wrapped the TV remotes). It including a safe, mini bar, coffee maker, robes & slippers, nice toiletries. A bit of a small shower but not unusual Europe & the bed was a bit hard. But the balcony was huge! The lobby & bar were very comfortable & relaxing.
