10/05/2026: The service started promisingly, as the waiter was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, this couldn't salvage the overall disappointing experience.
The bruschetta appetizer was completely off the mark. The mixed salad with mozzarella was particularly bad: the mozzarella was obviously old, hard, and dry – absolutely unacceptable.
The presentation of the food was uninspired and more reminiscent of a simple cafeteria than a restaurant in one of Calabria's most beautiful cities.
The quality of the main courses was very inconsistent. The sea bream and the tuna were okay, but nothing special. Everything else we ordered was a huge disappointment in terms of taste and not worth the price.
The attempt by a server to remove our half-empty bottle of wine in order to immediately sell us a new one was particularly brazen. Such behavior is extremely unprofessional.
The absolute low point was the tiramisu: it had obviously come straight from the freezer, was still frozen, and had obvious freezer burn. Additionally, one of the glasses was only half full, yet it was still served as a full portion.
Conclusion: A classic tourist trap. The food was presented without care, the quality was mostly disappointing, and the service seemed more focused on maximizing revenue than on customer satisfaction. Only the sea bream and tuna were acceptable. Overall, a clear disappointment and not recommended in our opinion.

05/10/2025: We were visitors from Budapest and found the pizzeria accidentally in Parghelia. We ate pizza and drank wine,3 people. The food tasted good,the atmosphere was like home and the final sum was too low. The proprietor would deserve a higher income in our opinion.
It is a respectful pizzeria indeed.

03/05/2026: This is not an agriturismo! A meadow next to the restaurant, no electricity, no other amenities, one toilet belonging to the restaurant, and guests are directed to a public trash can on the street for garbage disposal. The staff were treated with appalling disrespect. Dogs barked all night. In the morning, the exit was closed, and we were locked in! I cannot understand the positive reviews! €20 cash! A rip-off! Don't go there!

Excellent restaurant!
The place is truly delicious! The staff is super hospitable, friendly, and always smiling. They warmly welcome people from all over the world and make you feel right at home.
The food is fantastic—everything is prepared with care and flavor. My favorite dish was the "Spaghetti alla Carbonara," truly exceptional! But the other dishes are also delicious, beautiful
to look at and delicious to eat.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. It truly deserves 5 stars!

14/07/2025: Grandioso. Vera cucina locale e piatti tipici. Fatti artigianalmente, una di quelle trattorie che speri di trovare quando cerchi un locale tipico. Trovati per caso e siamo felici di esserci fermati. Super consigliato:)
12/07/2025: Di solito scrivo una recensione solo se positiva, ma quando un cliente si lamenta e non riceve nemmeno una spiegazione o un "mi dispiace", allora forse con una recensione scritta forse viene ascoltato. Ho chiesto un piatto che nel menu viene descritto come "filetto di maiale con costine", invece mi è stato servito una carne che sembrava una braciola divisa in due, dura e piena di nervi, immangiabile. Non ho mai visto un filetto di maiale con l'osso. Le costine ovviamente erano metà grasso, quindi nel totale avrò mangiato l'equivalente ad una piccola bisteca. Oltre che dura la carne aveva un retrogusto di leggermente scaduta. Inoltre abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora per ogni piato. Il locale era pieno e ci sta un'attesa un po' più lunga, ma mezz'ora è tanto. Capisco che in un posto di mare si mangia meglio il pesce, ma allora forse è meglio lasciar perdere la carne. Ci hanno dato un sconto di 3 euro per l'accaduto...

19/07/2025: Ottimo cibo preparato con cura e dedizione valorizzando le materie prime di prima scelta. Gli spaghetti ai moscardini sono il punto di forza. La caponata di spada una delizia. Il cerruzzo è uno sfizio prelibato. Non c'è abbastanza tempo per descrivere tutto il resto. La cantina da ampia scelta per tutti i palati. Ma la vera forza è lo staff di sala e cucina. Fortemente raccomandato. Bravi tutti
19/07/2025: da cece , ristorante posizionato in una zona suggestiva di Tropea vicina al belvedere. Si mangia bene ; il proprietario gentile dalla dizione apolide, abbiamo mangiato bene le tante paste proposte preparate per bene il cerruzzo buono , un po’ costoso. Caponata di spada buona. Sufficiente la scelta dei vini. L’ombrellone protettivo dei tavoli limita la fantasia dei commensali e riduce la suggestione del posto. Il servizio lento . Nel complesso i proprietari ospitali , si può fare di più

30/04/2025: Was für eine Bereicherung für Bad Kissingen. Habe meine Frau besucht und mir wurde diese kleine kulinarische Oase empfohlen. Abgesehen von einer mega netten Chefin ist auch die Küche eine Reise durch Süditalien. Die Weinauswahl hat mich auch überrascht da vorallem die Preise mehr als fair sind. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

20/04/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo locale a Pizzo Calabro per le nostre vacanze di Pasqua. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto misto di pesce, un primo a base di pesce e una zuppa di pesce. Tutto molto buono. Servizio eccellente e prezzi più che onesti. Il posto è molto bello vicino al mare, ed è tutto ben curato. Ci siamo innamorati degli alberi del parcheggio del locale, hanno tutti una forma a tettoia molto particolare.

Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad, deliciosa comida con ingredientes locales, vino con sabor y su atención a todos y cada uno de los detalles.
17/05/2025: Mio marito ed io siamo tornati a mangiare a Pasqua in questo meraviglioso ristorante. Esattamente come la volta precedente, abbiamo trovato i titolari che ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte, come persone di famiglia 😃. Cibo delicato, di ottima qualità, preparato veramente con tanto amore. Il dolce al bergamotto è la fine del mondo😁. Ci torneremo di sicuro 😉.
