13/04/2025: Historic place made famous by Dante's verses dedicated to the tragic end of Paolo and Francesca. The castle walls enclose a village that today lends itself to acting as a frame for a tourism distracted by worldliness. You have to close your eyes to imagine the site at the time when the Actors of the love tragedy lived. Personally I think it is well worth a visit.

22/03/2025: Rispetto agli altri ristoranti siamo stati invogliati, ad entrare in questa locanda ,dalla semplicità ed eleganza con cui erano apparecchiati i tavoli e arredato il locale . E abbiamo “visto lungo “!!! Personale gentile , premuroso e professionale . Abbiamo gustato una buonissima selezione di formaggi ,una tagliata cotta perfettamente con contorno di insalata e patate al forno . Deliziosi i dolci , ottima cantina . Giusto costo . Tappa obbligata per una cena o un pranzo all’insegna della qualità , dell’accoglienza calorosa e del buon cibo . CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

16/03/2025: Sono stato con amici in questa locanda viste le recensioni. Aspettative rispettate: menù corto ma ricercato e tipico: abbiamo gustato tre antipasti su quattro e devo dire che il flan era ottimo! A seguire ho provato la carbonara, ottima dose di uovo, pepe e guanciale. La tagliata veramente tenera e saporita al punto giusto. Nota di merito la MILLEFOGLIE! Assolutamente da provare era semplice per quanto buona. Location tradizionale forse da personalizzare un tantino in più. Lista dei vini corta come quella delle pietanze d’altronde ma con vini territoriali, che apprezzo sempre, e qualche chicca francese. Da riprovare sicuramente in estate dove il borgo di Gradara darà ancora più atmosfera.

30/03/2025: The most sincere compliments to this restaurant that we happened upon by chance, assuming it was a typical commercial place to attract tourism. It is a very nice and welcoming little place and above all clean. The waiters are very kind, especially a waitress who served us with care and professionalism. We tasted the tartare poker and the crostone with truffle as an appetizer. We were speechless because they were so good. Followed by two first courses of passatelli with fondue and truffle cream. Delicious. The price is really balanced. I decided to leave a review because this restaurant truly deserves my esteem. We will definitely see each other again. Thanks again.

31/03/2025: I celebrated my birthday lunch here, a really nice and welcoming place, especially the outside area for nice days. Super nice, kind and welcoming waiters. We ate very well, excellent quality food, local products, everything made with love and this was perfectly visible on the dishes. I really recommend it if you want to find a nice welcoming place where you can eat very well

09/03/2025: Sconsiglio decisamente: piada insapore e inspiegabilmente cara, l'ho pagata €7.50 e aveva due fette trasparenti di crudo ma soprattutto l'impasto della piada era davvero insapore, sciapo e troppo asciutto.

13/01/2025: We stopped for a quick lunch on Epiphany day. We found a place without having to book. The place is small and welcoming. The cuisine is simple but appreciable. We spent 41 euros for 2 people taking 2 first courses, a piadina, a side dish, water and a coffee. Pleasant lunch, I recommend it.

03/01/2025: We blindly booked for New Year's Eve. They didn't have a big dinner, and that's what we wanted. Excellent food, welcoming place, atmosphere suitable for a medieval village, very kind staff. And the bill was a pleasant surprise. We'll be back

22/03/2025: Absolutely recommended for fans of Paolo and Francesca from the 5th canto of Dante's Inferno. Everything is themed, from the napkin to the menu, to the writings! The atmosphere is definitely pleasant, they welcomed us with an aperitif offered by the house, unexpected and absolutely appreciated. The place was full because we went on Thursday evening (weekly medieval historical reenactment event) and overall the service was adequate in terms of waiting times. The waiter was really kind, helpful and prepared (10 and praise). The food is good, the portions are right, not particularly abundant. the price is good (10/12€ for first courses) and the cover charge is 1.50€. The place is on the main street.

30/10/2024: In visita a Gradara, grazie ad un consiglio di un negoziante, ma già avevamo letto recensioni a riguardo, abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per pranzare. Bel locale, proprio di fianco alla rocca, ma subito fuori dalla mura di Gradara. Buon pesce, frittura croccante ed asciutta, ottimi gratinati... Personale cortese e puntuale, tutto molto bene.

15/02/2025: This little place was a wonderful discovery. Intimate atmosphere, like at home. The service is truly kind, attentive and friendly, the cuisine feels like it belongs to those who put a lot of love and commitment into it with seriousness. The ingredients are of excellent quality and the combinations of the dishes fully enhance it without being too complex. The attention to aromatic herbs, aromas and the balance of dishes is very high. We have discovered a rarity that has an edge. ♥️

01/01/2025: Certamente trovare un ristorante aperto a pranzo il 1 gennaio è raro, soprattutto senza prenotare. Ordiniamo due cappelletti ( rivelatisi buonissimi) ma uno dei secondi richiesti era terminato (bisogna dirlo prima). Cambiamo ordinazione ma alla fine si dimenticano di portare l’altro secondo (che evitiamo di prendere). Concordo con chi ha scritto che i prezzi non sono da osteria

19/03/2025: We stopped one evening for dinner and ate well, particularly good were the Mastin Vecchio appetizer and the pasta carbonara with truffle. Unfortunately among the pieces of fried dumpling we found a squid tentacle; we would have expected a small discount, it would have been enough not to include a glass of wine to apologize for what happened. It's a shame this lack of style and professionalism!
