We've been coming here for years to coincide with my son's fencing competitions. He's incredibly friendly. The food is good, fresh, and tasty.

We went there for lunch with 7 people, including three children. We hardly spoke any Italian but we understood each other perfectly. The food was delicious. The portions were a bit small but it was well worth it.

Very good homemade pasta, but I have to admit I had better on this trip. At the time it probably came to the 3 I ever had, now it's in the top 10.
The restaurant came highly recommended and I do as well, but it is a small mom and pop shop, hard to serve too many people and hard to get a table.

Pasta L’ove – The temple of handmade pasta in Gabicce Mare
If happiness had a flavor, it would be pasta at Pasta L’ove. Step inside and you immediately understand: this is where things really matter. It's an intimate restaurant in Gabicce Mare where fresh pasta is a religion and every dish smells of home, but at a level you'd only dream of at home.
What made me fall in love:
1. Pasta made daily by hand: freshly rolled pasta, just the right amount of roughness to hold the sauce. The passatelli in broth are poetry, and the tagliatelle with meat sauce take you back to your childhood, but in a 2.0 version.
2. Local ingredients: in addition to the pasta, the main courses are carefully selected and speak of the Marche region. Authentic flavors, no frills, just substance.
3. Hospitality: a simple, family-friendly atmosphere, without Michelin-starred attitudes but with incredible attention to detail. You feel like a guest, not a customer.
4. Value for money: Moderate price range, and every euro is worth double. Generous portions, amazing flavor, and a fair price.
I left with a smile and the desire to return the next day. If you're passing through Gabicce/Pesaro and skip Pasta L'Ove, you're doing your taste buds a disservice.
