13/01/2026: I was there for lunch on Sunday. I want to compliment you in particular on the steaks with rosemary and truffle. The meat was excellent and succulent, then the olives and artisanal creams were really good, as I make them at home. The first courses were excellent, the tiramisu was wonderful, not excessively sweet, as usual. I will gladly return. The waiters were very professional and attentive, especially Mr. Fabrizio. Thank you for everything.
12/01/2026: An excellent food and wine experience in a beautiful location. A special mention goes to Giorgio, the waiter, who expertly recommended what to eat and the perfect wine to pair! We'll be back!

03/12/2025: The ASD Santo Stefano Sport, Serie A wheelchair basketball team, was extremely pleased with the welcome, service, and warmth of the Marche region, as well as the friendliness of all the staff and friends at the Ai Pini restaurant in Sarnà. I highly recommend everyone stop by for a meal if you're passing through, and if you're not, be welcome! An unmissable experience. Maximum star rating: 20 stars overall! If I could, I'd have given more. A hug!

13/01/2026: Farmhouse in the Sarnano countryside, with the possibility of seeing some animals like horses, ponies, goats, and cows. Fast and friendly service, simple but excellent cuisine, three starters, a main course, a side dish, a dessert, wine, water, and a digestif for just under €60. We'll definitely be back.

09/02/2026: Nice place, although we struggled to squeeze our legs under our table. Therefore, it was uncomfortable. I found a stone in the vegetables and showed it to the owner, Jacopo, which put me at risk of breaking a tooth; I was dismissed with a joke. Price paid for four people: €217, without having eaten any main courses. Draw your own conclusions.

18/01/2026: Il Decantautore is the perfect place to enjoy excellent aperitifs with friends. The charming venue is nestled within Sarnano's historic walls, with part of the space inside a cave, making for a truly captivating experience. It offers a wide selection of wines and excellent sandwiches. The service is equally outstanding: friendly, courteous, and always available, all at great prices!
09/01/2026: A welcoming and quaint pub in the village of Sarnano. They offer a wide range of food options using high-quality local produce (the best hot dogs and cordon bleu ever, I'm told they're artisanal from a local butcher). Excellent selection of beers and wines. In addition to the indoor dining area, carved into the rock, there's also an outdoor area with tables. The staff is very patient and courteous, even with children. Nicola, the owner, also gave us tips on mountain hikes. They often host evenings with live music; we promised ourselves we'd return on one of these occasions to enjoy the festive atmosphere.

29/10/2025: This is a traditional local restaurant which provides excellent food at an incredible value. The locals show up at 1PM for lunch but even though they officially open at 12:15 they were more than happy to serve us when we arrived at noon. My wild boar was delicious and my wife's tagliatelle with pecorino and black pepper was great! The service was great, I highly recommend visiting.

08/01/2026: Surprisingly open in the winter with a great selection of ice creams. I was suspicious of apple with cinnamon, thought it might be too sweet, but it was as a great apple/strudel filling turned ice cream. Coffee strong and caramel great as well. Thanks!
13/09/2025: Small ice cream place in the centre of Sarnano, L'Oasi del Gelato offers an ample choice of flavours and the one we tried proved to be averagely good, with a special mention for liquorice and Sacher. Service is efficient and prices fair for the ice cream quality. Recommended.

19/10/2025: We were looking for a place for dinner, walking along the Franciscan Way of the Marches. The reviews were good, the staff were friendly, the place a bit shabby, but most importantly, for the same price, we'd eaten and drank better the previous few days.
