You can eat local food while still revisiting tradition. Great music, kebabs and hot dogs with local meats, and a pretty good location.

Had an excellent sandwich here with panpinsa, pancetta, gorgonzola and grilled bell pepper. Would visit again if we have the chance.

It's hard to put into words how much I appreciated, and continue to appreciate, the food and atmosphere Nicola provides every time we're fortunate enough to return to Sarnano and his restaurant. The quality of the food is his strong point, but his professionalism and friendly atmosphere are just as important—quite the opposite! Whether at lunch or dinner, it's always a real pleasure to rediscover those 100% authentic flavors, prepared and served with such care, both in terms of the Marche tradition and for the customer themselves, who remains at the center of this wonderful culinary experience. For me, it is, and remains, without a doubt, the best focaccia I've ever tasted in my life, and as if that weren't enough, Nicola always makes us feel at home. Bravo! Five stars, in all honesty, doesn't seem like enough. They deserve more!

Il Decantautore is the perfect place to enjoy excellent aperitifs with friends. The charming venue is nestled within Sarnano's historic walls, with part of the space inside a cave, making for a truly captivating experience. It offers a wide selection of wines and excellent sandwiches. The service is equally outstanding: friendly, courteous, and always available, all at great prices!

A welcoming and quaint pub in the village of Sarnano. They offer a wide range of food options using high-quality local produce (the best hot dogs and cordon bleu ever, I'm told they're artisanal from a local butcher). Excellent selection of beers and wines. In addition to the indoor dining area, carved into the rock, there's also an outdoor area with tables. The staff is very patient and courteous, even with children. Nicola, the owner, also gave us tips on mountain hikes. They often host evenings with live music; we promised ourselves we'd return on one of these occasions to enjoy the festive atmosphere.

Charming place! We had lunch in a super cozy grotto...the service was spectacular!...they spoke Spanish!!!...I also recommend the German hot dogs with their unique homemade bread!!!

Excellent selection of wines, craft beers, and local produce. The Marche kebab is a real treat! Highly recommended!
