23/02/2026: A very welcoming place, discovered by chance. The menu offers a wide variety of options. The main theme: tigelle. You'll never stop eating them. The atmosphere is quiet and family-friendly.
11/11/2025: NOT RECOMMENDED. The owner is rude to the employees, there are rats in the kitchen, in fact, there is a strong stench before entering, it does not seem like a place up to code.

01/10/2025: We stopped at this restaurant for lunch with two friends and my daughter at 1:15 PM.
We asked if we could sit down and were told it was full.
Seeing many empty tables, even outside, we insisted, asking for explanations, and only after several questions were we finally seated.
The food was mediocre but acceptable. The price was striking for the quality of what we were served and the overall quality of the service.
I should point out that they also charged a cover charge for my 3-year-old daughter, who ate on my plate with me and for whom I asked for an additional small plate, and for the person sitting with us who didn't eat.

15/08/2025: Prices tripled, service terrible (the waiters were incompetent and unresponsive when called).
The bill was brought to us before we'd finished dessert, without asking if we wanted coffee or liqueurs, citing phantom safety reasons (unknown to us).
The owner was unfriendly.
The bill was steep for small, unappealing portions.
I don't think we'll be back.

08/12/2025: Chalet on the northern seafront of Civitanova, a place I know quite well, even though I haven't been there since I got my dog Coco, until today... when, thanks to Zampavacanza, I found several beaches that accept our inseparable friends. To be sure I wouldn't encounter any unpleasant surprises, I contacted the establishment by phone, and they assured me I could access the beach with my dog.
A fantastic day, finally, all together without any problems.
The area for those with pets is located near the chalet, and our friends always stay with us. We were offered a bowl of water and a shower to freshen up. Bathing isn't possible for them, as is the rest of the seaside resort, but the refreshing shower makes up for that. I also give a shout-out to the restaurant, where I tasted one of the best sautéed clams I've ever had on the seafront.
The staff were all kind, friendly, and attentive.
20/09/2025: Disappointment despite the splendid location
The location is undoubtedly this restaurant's strong point: dining with a sea view is always a pleasure. Unfortunately, however, everything else fell short of expectations.
We ordered clams, which, incredibly, were cooked with rosemary and excessive chili pepper: two flavors that completely overpowered the delicate flavor of the mollusc, making the dish truly unbalanced and difficult to appreciate.
The service was unprofessional: upon our arrival, no one brought us water or bread, despite repeatedly requesting it. The waiters seemed disorganized and inattentive to the tables.
Finally, the bill was quite steep, especially considering the overall quality of the food and service. A real wasted opportunity, because with a location like this, one would expect much more. I don't think we'll return.

21/08/2025: I went in and asked for a pastry (poor counter) then to ask for a coffee I waited for one of the 3 employees to finish an order because the other two didn't know how to make coffee (absurd) then what about the price 😨 a pastry with chantilly cream and two pieces of fruit €2.80 ...... I was amazed and paid and she told me that if I wanted to eat well I had to pay for the quality 😨 ......mha in Civitanova there are other places where the quality is much higher...... I won't go again.

17/02/2026: To be avoided!!!! Tiny grill and without veal... actually a 2cm x 1cm piece of veal (cold by the way) with a "toasted" skin attached from who knows what salami from who knows what other dish from who knows what other customer (as in the photo).... I do the same job as them around Europe... It's hard to put it in that place for me.... If Google allows me another 12,000 characters I'd start talking about the annoyed waitress.... but I fear a dislocated thumb.... Luckily in Civitanova there are 1,400,000 other better restaurants... The old management from the good old days is a whole different story!!! I ran away!!!
08/02/2026: Sunday lunch with a friend: a first course each, a sliced steak, grilled vegetables, and a mixed fried dish. We loved everything: generous portions and reasonable prices. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and cheerful. The atmosphere was clean, spacious, and very bright. A lovely, quiet lunch. Highly recommended!

26/08/2025: We waited over an hour for two sandwiches, even though there were few people. The waitress was rude and annoyed. The sandwich was good overall, but it wasn't as good as the photos or worth the price.
The price was excessively high for the service we received.

15/12/2025: The pizza menu is fantastic... It costs less than per person and the pizza is delicious.
They should make the self-service option more affordable too.

29/07/2025: Personally, I only used the pool and bar, and I found them perfect. Everything was spotless and tidy. The staff was friendly, kind, and welcoming. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to friends.
10/07/2025: Avoid... our experience is one to forget... we booked in March for July 2025 for two double rooms at the same price, but upon arrival we were given one that matched our reservation and the other without a refrigerator, a small window that we had to avoid opening because it overlooked the stairs used by all the guests, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. Upon requesting clarification, we were told there had been a change of management and that was it.
I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
Furthermore, the pool is open to external users, so reservations are required and there's a charge for use.

The staff always has smiling, super-kind faces.
A little treat that smells of humanity.
There are also some kids with Down syndrome who work here, and they're also super sweet.
This is what this place sums up:
kindness, smiles, equal opportunities, and joy.

24/08/2025: Terrible... selection at the entrance, they prevented me and my partner from entering because in their opinion we were not elegant enough. I wore long black trousers and a Desigual shirt, she wore a long skirt and a red shirt. Only to then let people in in shorts, swimsuits and flip-flops. Never again.

24/09/2025: The place is very elegant, but the space for tables is too small. The outdoor seating is at exhaust height due to the constant traffic. Parking is often very difficult to find. Unfortunately, the coffee has changed recently; the previous blend was excellent, but this one doesn't satisfy me. The pastries are excellent, especially the cream filling, but even then, lately, I've found some croissants that weren't too full! They could have done without the mural!
24/09/2025: I went to this pastry shop because I had high expectations and for an event that was close to my heart: my son's first birthday. I explained in great detail how I wanted the cake in question, but these requirements were not respected and completely distorted the principle. The main colors were supposed to be red and yellow, and the Mickey Mouse theme was supposed to cover the entire cake. The result was a completely broken cake (the cream decorations), the color went from red to PINK, the color on top changed the entire cake, and the Mickey Mouse wafer on top was faded. It was supposed to be a sponge cake with pistachio and hazelnut cream, but instead the flavor seemed like a mess, the sponge cake was not noticeable at all. EDIT TO BE FACTUAL!! I initially left a negative review because the cake did not correspond to what I requested. However, I must recognize that the pastry shop handled the problem seriously and professionally, refunding me the full amount. Even though the experience didn't go as I had hoped, I appreciate the helpfulness and honesty shown.
