25/08/2024: At 12.00 on Saturday morning we have an aperitif, which is brought to us with our hands and not with a tray. At this point we ask for a couple of appetizers and the boy says "ah, I'm sorry they ran out of everything". But I wonder how you can be in this industry and not have two chips to give to a customer. For goodness sake, the pastry chef is a master, but the staff employed in this establishment is SHAMEFUL.

27/07/2024: For heaven's sake, I stopped by chance for breakfast, an empty croissant that was at least three days old and had been dried up, luckily it was empty, I don't want to imagine with the fillings. Pitiful coffee dirty water 2024 we are still at these levels not even knowing how to make coffee

16/08/2024: Quando passiamo a Civitanova non perdiamo mai l'occasione per fare un salto da Caracoles. Si mangia un pesce ottimo con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Soprattutto apprezziamo l'ambiente familiare che lo contraddistingue e la cordialita' di Daniele, il proprietario, insieme ai suoi ragazzi. Una nota per la location, sul mare, non è un ambiente ricercato ma il bello è proprio questo, ti senti come a casa tua. Da non dimenticare, hanno sempre accettato le ns. cagnoline e non è da tutti.

23/07/2024: Direttamente sulla spiaggia, menù con vasta scelta e piatti non scontati. Tutto buono, dagli antipasti ai primi e ai secondi. Prezzi in linea con altri ristoranti di pesce.

23/06/2024: I'm sorry to say that my experience at this beach establishment was decidedly disappointing. Since our arrival, we have been greeted with a rude and arrogant attitude by the staff. Not only did we find little willingness to help us with our requests, but we were treated with disdain and rudeness. The receptionists seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than in assisting customers. When we asked for information on the services available, we were answered with an irritated and annoyed tone, as if we were disturbing. This lack of professionalism and respect was further accentuated by haughty attitudes and hasty responses. Furthermore, when we pointed out that our umbrella had not been set up correctly, the reaction was a mixture of annoyance and irony, rather than an offer of assistance. This unacceptable behavior ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day at the beach. In summary, the arrogance and rudeness of the staff made the experience at this beach establishment decidedly unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing day at the seaside.

23/06/2024: dire che il personale è scortese è un complimento. Ci siamo sedute su un tavolo in una sera piovosa in cui in giro non c’era assolutamente nessuno e abbiamo ordinato 2 estathè, ma la cameriera con molta insistenza ed arroganza ci ha costrette ad ordinare altro perché a quanto pare l’ordine minimo è di 3€ a persona, ma attenzione, gli estathè non valgono! Per questo locale valgono sempre più i soldi che i clienti, forse non capiscono che così facendo gli unici che ordineranno qualcosa in futuro saranno i titolari e i camerieri stessi!

23/08/2024: Premetto che abito a Civitanova e andavo ( perché non ci metterò più piede ) spesso al San Marco, in quanto a mio parere c'è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Prenoto e vado con degli amici che vengono qui per le vacanze .... ordiniamo varie pietanze tra cui 3 fritture e il mio amico mente mangia, si trova vicino la forchetta, un bracciale da donna in metallo, attorcigliato al calamaro e pertanto fritto insieme al tutto. Per me è troppo grave questa cosa, perché denota una scarsissima cura dell'igiene in cucina e poca attenzione a queste regole che in una cucina sono basilari. A questo punto, se l'andazzo è questo, non oso immaginare cosa ci sia in quella cucina. Ci avviciniamo alla cassa, la proprietaria fa il conto e dice, la frittura la tolgo per l'inconveniente successo ( e ci mancherebbe volevo aggiungere) senza manco scusarsi più di tanto....!!! Forse non comprende la gravità di quanto successo !!! Dispiace, ma per me da oggi sul questo ristorante c'è una croce nera.

12/07/2024: Ma come si fa a tenere i bagni in quel modo e le doccie con la muffa,non parliamo del personale che quando avevo chiesto un estate e un cornetto gelato che in realtà era una brioche e ho pagato invece di 80 centesimi il prezzo del gelato cornetto dicendo pure che io l'avevo preso ma non è vero ho spesso 3,80 invece di 2,80 poi alle 8 non si può fare che chiudi le docce si chiudono quando tutte le persone sono andate via,esperienza terribile

04/08/2024: For 3 menus and a salad (with chicken), €70 seems like an excessive price to me even if on the motorway.... upon my complaints they told me that the transaction had now been carried out, not to mention that they don't accept the app's promotions.

31/08/2024: The bathroom is very well looked after and the distance between the umbrellas is discreet. Bathrooms always clean and stocked with hygiene materials. Staff attentive to customer needs. The restaurant has a very limited menu and the price is higher for the same product.

30/08/2024: I was only there after dinner, fair entry price €15 with drink, nice place to spend an evening outdoors with music and nice people

04/08/2024: At 2am, finding this pastry shop besieged by at least a hundred kids playing cards and talking, occupying tables outside and inside, consuming freshly baked and stuffed pastries is really nice. The boy at the counter, very quick and friendly, manages the situation well. Clearly visible laboratory with pastry chefs at work, clean and polite staff. Super good desserts and a great assortment!!

23/07/2024: HIGH PRICES AND YOU ALSO PAY FOR A SIP OF WATER (not even from a bottle)...... Too bad.... In the past I often went there, but their policy was unclear (you pay less for their pastas in the bars that they supply)
