03/09/2025: The mixed fried fish was good, but the pizza wasn't.
Terrible service. I arrived at 8:45 PM with some friends, and the food arrived at 10:10 PM. It was noisy while eating from the kitchen, and the staff was short and disorganized, as we had to ask them to clear the table full of piled-up dishes. Plus, the men's bathroom doesn't have a lock.
I didn't have a great evening, and honestly, I wouldn't go back.
I gave one star because zero wasn't an option; I'm really disappointed.

13/06/2025: Friendly and welcoming staff. Tasty ice cream. Lots of variety of flavors and combinations. I recommend sitting down and trying the cups, milkshakes and creations paired with fruit.
02/06/2025: Exceptional ice cream shop under new management!
We were pleasantly surprised by this ice cream shop, which has recently come under new management. The change is immediately noticeable: the place is welcoming, the staff is friendly and attentive, but above all the ice cream is truly excellent! Authentic, creamy and well-balanced flavors, with fresh, quality ingredients.

10/08/2025: I will truly recommend Locanda Fontezoppa Vineyard and Restaurant! We got a fantastic tour at the vineyard and the vinecellar, guided by Lucrezia💜 She gave us the very best service and told us all about the history of the vineyard and the making of vine. After the tour we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant, where we tasted several of the amazing vines. The atmosphere and the view from the restaurant is breathtaking! Thank you for an experience we will never forget! 😍

04/10/2025: Unfortunately, the photos posted a few years ago don't reflect the current level of service at the restaurant. The self-service concept is a good idea, but as soon as you enter, there's no line or queue, just people trying to squeeze in front of the counter to be served. The bread, part of the cover charge, was hard; even changing it, it had the same consistency. I asked for a fish dish and they gave me a ticket to pay for it in advance at the cashier. It was as if I were going to a restaurant and paying in advance. I gave up, abandoned everything, and went elsewhere. I'll try again next time.

29/09/2025: The staff were rude and unfriendly, so much so that I left without finishing my drink. And it wasn't the first time they've treated customers badly. Highly discouraged. They may have good products, but they're not kind at all.
15/05/2025: I recommend the citrus plumcake. Excellent.
But everything here is good. My boyfriend tried the friarielli mozzarella prosciutto crudo sandwich and it was excellent. The coffee is also sublime.

12/10/2025: The place itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a good atmosphere, but unfortunately, the overall experience is ruined by the screening process at the entrance and the behavior of some people inside.
They often turn away young men simply because they're not wearing shirts, even if they're neatly and appropriately dressed, while they let in adult men who behave in a disruptive manner. More than once, I've been touched or harassed, and this should never happen.
It would be nice if the place paid more attention to respect and safety than to the outfit. The place has potential, but customer service needs a serious overhaul.

26/08/2025: We waited over an hour for two sandwiches, even though there were few people. The waitress was rude and annoyed. The sandwich was good overall, but it wasn't as good as the photos or worth the price.
The price was excessively high for the service we received.

07/10/2025: Either they ran out of product, or a machine didn't work, the fact is that half of what you order is always missing.
After a long time, I returned via the McD Drive-Thru: a 25-minute wait, and the girl couldn't give me a receipt because the machine wasn't working (????)
Finally, I ordered one thing and they brought me another, of VERY POOR QUALITY, even saying they hadn't noticed when I placed the order that the one I'd ordered was out (as usual!!!!)
DO THE MANAGERS AT MCD'S SLEEP STANDING UP????
IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SAN SISTO AND BASTIA seem to belong to another chain??????

24/08/2025: Terrible... selection at the entrance, they prevented me and my partner from entering because in their opinion we were not elegant enough. I wore long black trousers and a Desigual shirt, she wore a long skirt and a red shirt. Only to then let people in in shorts, swimsuits and flip-flops. Never again.

08/06/2025: Passing by, curious, we stopped, I wanted a tasty sandwich and I was lucky.
There is a choice of both simple and gourmet sandwiches, I liked it very much, delicious, tasty and well-stuffed, fast service, the girl who served us is very nice. The place is small but well kept, the evening enlivened by karaoke was a pleasant surprise ... We will return to try the pizza !!!

29/07/2025: Personally, I only used the pool and bar, and I found them perfect. Everything was spotless and tidy. The staff was friendly, kind, and welcoming. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to friends.
10/07/2025: Avoid... our experience is one to forget... we booked in March for July 2025 for two double rooms at the same price, but upon arrival we were given one that matched our reservation and the other without a refrigerator, a small window that we had to avoid opening because it overlooked the stairs used by all the guests, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. Upon requesting clarification, we were told there had been a change of management and that was it.
I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
Furthermore, the pool is open to external users, so reservations are required and there's a charge for use.

24/09/2025: I went to this pastry shop because I had high expectations and for an event that was close to my heart: my son's first birthday. I explained in great detail how I wanted the cake in question, but these requirements were not respected and completely distorted the principle. The main colors were supposed to be red and yellow, and the Mickey Mouse theme was supposed to cover the entire cake. The result was a completely broken cake (the cream decorations), the color went from red to PINK, the color on top changed the entire cake, and the Mickey Mouse wafer on top was faded. It was supposed to be a sponge cake with pistachio and hazelnut cream, but instead the flavor seemed like a mess, the sponge cake was not noticeable at all. EDIT TO BE FACTUAL!! I initially left a negative review because the cake did not correspond to what I requested. However, I must recognize that the pastry shop handled the problem seriously and professionally, refunding me the full amount. Even though the experience didn't go as I had hoped, I appreciate the helpfulness and honesty shown.
24/09/2025: The place is very elegant, but the space for tables is too small. The outdoor seating is at exhaust height due to the constant traffic. Parking is often very difficult to find. Unfortunately, the coffee has changed recently; the previous blend was excellent, but this one doesn't satisfy me. The pastries are excellent, especially the cream filling, but even then, lately, I've found some croissants that weren't too full! They could have done without the mural!
