11/01/2026: We had a wonderful experience with a reservation through The Fork. We enjoyed the delicious pizza, the kindness of the wait staff, and the welcoming atmosphere where we could eat well and watch football in a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent value. We'll be back!

11/12/2025: For me it’s one of the best places to take a slice of pizza in all cvt. I use to try pizzerias in different towns but here the pizza and the service it’s always great here! You can not paid with card but it’s fine, 100% recommended

11/12/2025: 33cl water €1.50 I find the predatory attitude of selling 33cl cans of water for €1.50 embarrassing, no doubt touting it as environmentally friendly "because they're more recyclable than bottles." But if we truly cared about the environment, we'd use a water purifier. Here, we only care about our wallets. Otherwise, the food is good; the breakfast staff makes you feel like you're not welcome.

08/12/2025: Very good brioches, yes, but... considering the prices, they should also improve the service, which is instead poor, with indifferent staff... there is only one polite and smiling girl, for the rest not even simple information on the menu... they invite you to consult the Instagram page when they are there free and they could explain it to you verbally in less than a minute (there were not even people there, it was almost empty). I go there because in Civitanova they definitely have the best and most delicious pastries, but I strongly recommend raising the tone of the service, which should be consistent with the prices.

15/02/2026: The best smell in Civitanova is finally back! After its forced closure, Il Pollo d'Oro remains the undisputed number 1. Succulent chicken, perfectly crispy skin, and a friendly service that makes you feel right at home. If you're in the area, follow the scent: you can't go wrong. Welcome back, we missed you! All summer, passing by the street, I'd seen this wood burning with the roast chickens. The day before yesterday, I decided to stop and order a chicken for the evening. What can I say? I found two fantastic, polite, and helpful guys. They recommended the chicken that best matched my requests, so not too stringy and obviously good. 😉 I went home and looked for reviews, and I really couldn't understand why. Why do people have to behave like this? I found a place different from the one described by the reviewers (luckily few). I found kind, humane people, even willing to crack a joke, a nice, clean environment, a lovely chicken shop with other products as well. And above all, a smile, which is not a given!! But let's get to the chicken. That evening, I picked up the chicken and I promise I'll write a review whether it was good or not!! What can I say? The chicken was FABULOUS!! It took me back to my childhood when I ate chicken in Sicily!!! The roast potatoes are even better!! I'll be back soon; you'll become my go-to chicken shop!!! Well done, guys!! Highly recommended!!!!!

21/02/2026: The best restaurant in the area. The owner is kind and extremely helpful. If you want to experience the real Italy, this is the place. The food is all truly excellent... the pizzas, both classic and Neapolitan, and the seafood ravioli are delicious. You can truly feel the warmth of the staff without the privacy of your table being invaded (as happens in so many other places, even renowned ones). This restaurant exudes the history of Italy. Highly recommended.

14/05/2025: Ristorante individuato per la sua vicinanza all’hotel presso cui alloggiavamo, non ci aspettavamo che fosse così carino. Location davvero bella, atmosfera calda ed accogliente. Personale simpatico, affabile ed attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Qualità del cibo eccellente. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Senz’altro da ritornare!

23/03/2025: Ho pranzato sabato con mia moglie..ormai per noi è una tappa fissa quando veniamo a Cvitanova Marche...preso un antipasto di crudi..annaffiato da un buon vino bianco campano..chiuso con un dolcetto e un caffè...inutile dire che siamo stati bene sia per mangiare sia per il servizio..

13/09/2025: After our visit to the weekly market in Civitanova 🛍️, we stumbled upon Café Magga Kakao while looking for a café ☕️. We had a delicious Americano ☕️ and a very good Cornetto vuoto 🥐. Unfortunately, we didn't take any pictures 📸 today, but on Monday, on our onward journey 🚗, we'll enjoy another coffee there ☕️😋. We're really looking forward to it! Oh, and by the way: All the staff, both behind the counter 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 and in the service 🧑‍🤝‍🧑, were excellent 🌟👍.

04/02/2026: High culinary expertise and excellent quality ingredients, both for pizza and meat, and beyond, from the lightly fried foods with the oil replaced promptly, I'm thrilled with this simple shop, with its good food and good practices. I'd also add that Mrs. Letizia is an extraordinary woman.

09/11/2025: They've dropped significantly since the beginning. Smaller brioches and pancakes, but more expensive. But then...can you sell a brioche for €1.70 if there's nothing to fill it with?! Just a smear of pistachio cream on top (in this case, but they're all like that).

04/08/2025: Besides the fact that the pancakes are much smaller than normal, they only put the cream on top and they use very little of it, we asked if we could have a little more (paying for it) and the answer was "no, we make them like this." Rude. It's not a place that makes me say "I'll start my day off right here," so I won't be setting foot in it again.

25/10/2025: Not for the food or the atmosphere, and even less for the service...but for the prices, yes...really expensive...

27/02/2026: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... PIZZA. Over 120 types of pizza, and you can choose the dough for each. Spectacular. Incredible combinations, you won't be able to eat the same pizza twice. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I recommend a few pizzas: 31 Noci, 63, 110, 92, Pinza Cacio e Pepe, 61 Mirella, 49 Estate, 118, 117!! And finally, SWEET PIZZAS!

25/01/2026: We ordered a takeout pizza, mozzarella jo, and olives all'ascolana. We thought they were mozzarella balls with buffalo mozzarella and speck inside, but they're not mozzarella balls at all, but rather a small piece of buffalo mozzarella wrapped in speck. Not to mention the pizza, which isn't good at all. The only good thing? The olives. Not to mention the price, which is ridiculous.

01/03/2026: Spoiled cutlet. Luckily, I tried it before my son, because the color didn't convince me. I mentioned it to several waiters, but we didn't get any response. So I decided to tell the cashier everything, but I got a rude response from the other end, as if I were lying, and the cashier looked annoyed. I insisted not to pay for the cutlet, and again, the cashier was annoyed, as if she were doing me a favor. Extremely rude!! As for the rest, let's forget about it. Cleanliness is out of the question. Waiters who bring you plates dripping with sweat and in filthy uniforms—let's just say my desire to eat passed as soon as I set foot in the restaurant. Never again.
