Truly exceptional dishes, carefully prepared, tasty, and—not to be taken for granted—extremely light. Finally, a place where you leave satisfied, but without that heavy or bloated feeling that often ruins everything. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and it shows. A special thanks to Carlo: impeccable. He recommended the perfect wine with rare expertise and kindness, making us feel looked after but never invasive. He's someone who truly knows how to do his job, with passion. Pleasant setting, relaxed atmosphere, and customer service that makes all the difference. We were delighted, truly. A place that deserves an A+, without a second thought.

24/05/2026: A unique experience, an event worth celebrating. There were about a dozen of us. In addition to the courtesy, the unique local products were there. You don't have to rush, because you have to eat everything! Congratulations! Being Tuscan and traveling to another region where food and wine are always top-notch is a great satisfaction. The modern setting, while nice, doesn't compare to the finish, because the quality of the products is far superior. The photo shows the mixed roast, but everything was truly delicious. 16/07/2026: Excellent welcome. The waiter was waiting for us at the entrance and showed us to our table. The location was very nice. The basil plants as a centerpiece were beautiful. I didn't really like the pizza dough. It was a bit chewy. The toppings were very good. I had a pesto and it was good. Service gradually declined throughout the evening. Due to the weather, they moved us inside, saying they would take all our things to the new table, but that didn't happen. Also, since the place was empty that day, they placed us near the entrance, where the door kept opening and closing. We would have hoped for more attention.

13/07/2026: The pizza was a given, as were the appetizers. The quality-price ratio was excellent, considering the fresh produce, which is understandable, but quality comes at a price. The service from the staff was truly excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The basil plant on the table was a great touch; I was considering eating it in small bites 😂 its aroma whetted my appetite 😂. In any case, I'll be back.

25/04/2026: The food is excellent; I loved everything I tried. The service is perfect down to the smallest detail. The setting overlooks the sea, and if you go there for dinner and then go to the beach afterward, it's beautiful. All this makes me give it a total of 15 stars.

11/10/2025: Excellent artisanal gelato. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in suggesting flavor combinations. I tried the mango and coconut, and they were very good, not too sweet, and very full-bodied. The cream costs extra, but in my case, it wasn't necessary. They also provide a waffle cone with the gelato. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. The place is bright and clean.

What's most striking is the ability to combine tradition and creativity without falling into the trap of "strange flavors at all costs." The combinations are original yet always balanced and well-researched: from buffalo milk with tonka bean to single-origin Ecuadorian cocoa, through fine spices, aged must, Calabrian licorice, and other offerings that demonstrate authentic research into the raw materials. It's a gelato with a strong personality, where each ingredient has a specific function and contributes to creating distinctive and recognizable flavors. A place that enhances the art of artisanal gelato making and demonstrates how quality, local tradition, and innovation can coexist harmoniously. Without a doubt one of the best ice cream shops I've ever tried.
