14/09/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, sampling a selection of first courses and a fish-based second course. The first course featured rigatoni allo scoglio (seafood rigatoni) and ravioli with shrimp, while the second course featured roast beef. The dishes were delicious and plentiful; the staff was friendly and helpful. Meat dishes were also available.

22/12/2025: Nice environment, clean and well-kept, we went for lunch, there were few people in the room, with 2 waitresses, but despite everything, very long waiting times, the pasta was served cold, they forgot to bring the wine, the meat and the side dish were good, but the service could be improved.

06/01/2026: During my adolescence (I was born in 1995), it was very good. Tyrolean atmosphere, tasty, well-cooked pizza. Last time, I was a bit disappointed. The fries had been cooked in overly hot oil, so they were tough on the outside and raw on the inside. The pizza wasn't burned, but overcooked. In any case, I've always had a good experience, and this was most likely due to the high demand on Saturday nights. In any case, I'll be back!

28/12/2025: The atmosphere is the only thing that can be saved! I was here a few days ago and the service was truly embarrassing! They got my and my friend's orders wrong. It's pointless to tell you what you don't want in your sandwich because they'll end up giving it to you anyway. As a tourist, I don't recommend it.

11/09/2025: I've been to this Chiantineria and I have to say it was one of the best culinary experiences I've had so far. The first courses were truly exceptional, and the meat, including the special hamburger, was simply perfect: authentic flavors, top-quality ingredients, and meticulous attention to detail. The wine was also excellent, pairing perfectly with the dishes. The location is unique and evocative, with an atmosphere that makes the place unique. Furthermore, the prices are fair for the quality, which is not a given these days. The only downside: upon our arrival, the welcome wasn't the best, with the owner making an unpleasant comment even though we were on time. It was an unpleasant experience, but the quality of the cuisine and the overall experience were so high that I have no doubts: I would definitely return, because it's a place where the food is truly excellent and deserves to be experienced again.

24/08/2025: Really enjoyed this place! The food was very good – I had pasta with ragu and it was delicious, and the meat was also excellent. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, and our waiter was very friendly. Definitely a restaurant worth coming back to.

30/12/2025: We were in SBT for sightseeing, freezing cold, and looking for a place to warm up for an aperitivo, and we were incredibly lucky. They recommended a good glass of local wine, and we tried some excellent Ascoli olives. My partner, who loves meat even now after we've left, keeps mentioning them, saying they were spectacular (and we've tried several at other places too). The staff was also kind enough to not make a fuss about the bulky stroller (which isn't a given, considering I've been terrified of going out since we had a baby because I don't know if they make us feel uncomfortable). If we ever visit again, we'll definitely be back to try other things.

18/10/2025: A welcoming place in the pedestrianized historic center of SBT. Ideal for tasting excellent wines from their well-stocked cellar, they also offer quality food! The owners are very friendly and always welcome you with a smile. Highly recommended! Poldo

We stopped to use the restroom, but first we had a coffee... €1.40 for a coffee at the counter seems like a bit of a premium to me, and everyone is free to sell it for as much as they like... The restroom was quite dirty and tiny.

07/01/2026: We were two couples with a child for lunch. The appetizer was cooked only. Spaghetti with clams. Fried food. Everything was very good and the service was excellent. Excellent linguine with mussels and pecorino cheese. We'll be back.
