Great value for money.
Unfortunately, the outdoor seating is on the street, but it's very quiet and there's little traffic.
We'd love to come back.
04/08/2025: Very cool place, with delicious coffee and pastries! The service is fast, they are very kind, and if you eat there, they bring your order to your table. "Homely", heartwarming, it was always a good feeling to go in and sit there. I recommend it to everyone! :)

08/09/2025: We went as a family after the Love Walk along the lakeside and the viewpoint with the road to the furnaces.
An exceptional place to eat, the owners are a delight, and the food is delicious!
Well done.
29/08/2025: Well, of course, you have to ask yourself why you'd go to a "German" restaurant during a vacation in Italy. Quite simply, because all the Italian restaurants were still closed and we were hungry.

22/07/2025: We went there for lunch by chance. We were alone in the restaurant. Three dishes written on a blackboard and a wonderful surprise. The best pasta all'amatriciana I've ever eaten. A very reasonable price for homemade dishes. A real treat!

20/09/2025: As a Too Good To Go user, I have to say this bakery never disappoints! The 'Surprise Bags' are truly generous: I found tons of croissants and other treats, all fresh and delicious. The quality is excellent. I really appreciate their initiative against food waste.

28/05/2025: Really disappointing experience at Bar Cielo in Ispra. The service is terrible: long waiting times even when the place is half empty. The staff is rude and unhelpful, it almost seems like they are doing you a favor by serving you. No smiles, no courtesy, zero attention to the customer.
A place where I will definitely not return and that I strongly advise against for those looking for a minimum of kindness and professionalism.
25/04/2025: Tobacconist's Bar, slot room with billiards and table football, as well as betting, good in the evening, plenty of aperitifs and good at preparing aperitifs and drinks. Advised.

08/09/2025: I arrived with my two dogs, to an empty restaurant—definitely empty due to the poor quality of the food—and they wouldn't let me sit.
Ugly, rude people.
Avoid at all costs. There are Italian trattorias that accept dogs, and the food is better.
08/09/2025: Unexpectedly spacious inside, the atmosphere and service are excellent. They offer a sushi and hot dish menu, typical of Chinese restaurants for Italians and tourists. They offer a fixed price "all you can eat" service.
