I noticed that the staff taking reservations and processing payments don't wash their hands before topping the pizzas (they don't even wear gloves). This hygiene aspect is crucial and left me quite perplexed. The pizza itself isn't bad, but the lack of attention to hygiene is a disservice to trust. I hope they can improve this aspect, because it's truly essential for any food business; it's the basic HACCP rules!
