21/02/2026: I've been frequenting this place for a while now, and it never disappoints. The coffee is always a great habit, but today I wanted to try the hot dog for the first time, and I loved it: tasty and well-prepared. The staff deserves special mention: even though the place is often crowded, they're always friendly, quick, and professional. It's a pleasure to stop here.

17/01/2026: I'd like to point out that I was wrong to approach the staff through the back door, but with complete politeness and respect, asking for a bag to take away my two-year-old son's leftover pizza. After a blonde woman was super kind and courteous, saying, "Sure, I'm coming," a brunette colleague of hers, who mostly works at the tobacconist's register, arrived immediately afterward, saying in an arrogant and aggressive manner, "You can ask for things from the counter." So far, everything's normal. The problem is that she immediately turned her back on me and closed the door in my face without even giving me a chance to apologize. I find this behavior absolutely unprofessional and grossly disrespectful. For a bar like this, it's a serious downfall; I'm shocked and disconcerted. I hope it was just a coincidence and that this attitude toward customers isn't a habit.

11/03/2026: Stopped by chance during a lunch break. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the courtesy of the staff, and the splendid view of Lake Varese. Recommended.

10/03/2026: Visited last night, very friendly staff, amazing food and didn't have to wait much. The chicken was well cooked and the quality was great, their fries are fresh and warm. Will definitely come back!

31/01/2026: A historic pastry shop near Gavirate Verbano. I've tried their brioches, and they're delicious. They offer a wide selection of sweets, along with a few savory options. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, as well as distinguished. Specializing in "brutti e buoni," they're a guarantee.

15/02/2026: Total Disorganization – Valentine's Day Evening Ruined Unfortunately, our Valentine's Day evening was a complete disaster due to the poor management of this venue. We had reserved a table for 8:00 PM, hoping for a pleasant dinner, but at 9:00 PM we were still waiting at the door, along with other impatient couples. It's unacceptable to accept reservations for such an important evening if you can't manage the time. After standing around for an hour and having no certainty, we decided to leave and try our luck elsewhere. A real shame and a total lack of professionalism towards those who had made advance arrangements. If you want to avoid stress and endless waits, look elsewhere.

25/03/2026: Good cappuccino, but the pizza Napoli contained canned sardines, and they were very salty and not so good quality. Also one guest came with 2 big dogs inside of the restaurant (while it has a big terrace) and the staff just let them...

29/10/2025: We went here one weeknight for dinner. I had a carbonara, while my boyfriend had a Margherita pizza with cooked ham. I was happy with my choice, while he found the pizza too chewy, undercooked, and the sauce a bit acidic. To finish, I had the tiramisu, which was good, but the ladyfingers NEED TO BE DEEP IN because they were still dry. The girls were super kind and quick with their service, and the atmosphere was nice and informal, suitable for everyone. Prices, in my opinion, are a little high for a chain; drinks are more expensive than at a regular restaurant: €2.50 for half a liter of water.

16/02/2026: First time since the management/name change High expectations Decent but poor buffet Dishes ordered at the table look different from the photos on the tablet, thrown on the plates all at once by category, with little attention to presentation. The steamed foods are presented in tin baskets, so you burn your fingers picking them up and have to pray they don't get stuck together. The ravioli were very dark in color, and the taste was disgusting. The fried foods were greasy and rubbery. The shrimp were dirty inside. We won't be returning. We were nauseous all evening and had heartburn all night.
